RIVERFRONT! RIVERFRONT! RIVERFRONT! Helen's Best In-town Vacation Cabin, located on the Chattahoochee River about 1/2 mile from everything Helen has to offer. This cozy, fully equipped, chalet rental has 4 bedroom and 4.5 bathrooms, and is surrounded by a river burch and oak trees with direct access to the Chattahoochee River. Fishing, tubing... just play in the water, and enjoy the soothing sounds of the river. Walk to the shops and restaurants, Oktoberfest, or have a horse drawn carriage pick you up. Plus, you'll love your hot tub found on the large screened-in patio, large deck, and outdoor TV. Entertain family or friends, and enjoy Helen, Georgia at the best-in-town chalet.

Chattahoochee Chalet offers an open-air living space, with the kitchen, dining and living room on the main level of the chalet. The living room has a smart TV with access to Netflix, fireplace, and beatuiful views of the river. Also, has doors leading to the main level deck with outdoor dining table additional seating to enjoy the river view and sounds. The master bedroom with a fireplace, smart flat screen TV, and full bath with jacuzzi tub is on one side of the living area that leads to a beautiful screened-in deck, and the 2nd and 3rd queen bedrooms are located on upstaris. Each of the upstairs bedrooms are on suites with flat screen TVs and wall mounted fireplaces. One of the bedrooms has doors that open to the deck overlooking the river. The fourth bedroom is located on the first level which has an on suite bathroom.

Chattahoochee Chalet has a spectacular outdoor living space on the river with that features the following:

- large main deck with gas grill, dining table, umbrella, & chairs and additional seating to enjoy the river view
- patio under the deck that includes a hot tub, dining table & chairs, &
outdoor TV
- third story deck with table and chairs overlooking the river
- the grassy level river bank with easy access to the river for swimming and
large area for fishing
- corn hole game provided for your enjoyment

We have a few special treats for you to enjoy!
- We have a Keurig brewer and six (6) cups of complementary coffee. We love sitting on the deck in the mornings overlooking the river and drinking a freshly brewed cup of coffee…we hope you do also.
- You will find eight (8) chilled mugs in the freezer waiting for your favorite cold beverage.
- We have installed fairy lights with a remote control on the Master Bedroom’s canopy bed to create a romantic mood.
- All of the TVs in the cabin are smart TVs and you can log into your Netflix account to enjoy movies during your stay.

This property was very nice. Everything was there that you needed. Well equipped. Only issue was the deck tv would not work

Enjoyed the water and close to town. We could walk or drive. Needed more room for trash. It was mostly full when we got there sat. Left Friday and still no trash people came. Loved the porch on the bottom floor. If you have a large group and plan on cooking bring your own pots. Couldn't get the tvs to work properly. Each room had a bathroom so everyone felt more at home.

Room for the whole family! My husband & I and 2 teenagers, my mom & special needs brother, my sis & her husband, my brother & his wife. Perfect fam trip. Kitchen does need a cutting board & larger skillet. The toilets get clogged easily.

Lots of room for adults and children. Clean, fully equipped, and we loved the fireplaces in every room. We were able to walk everywhere. Loved being on the water! Would definitely book here again!

Stayed here with my entire family ( 9 people) large enough to both all be together, yet have a private space to go when you need to not be with the big group. Helen is such a beautiful town, lots of natural beauty and lots of friendly people.

Everything was wonderful. The family had a great time. The house was clean and very organized to make our stay a wonderful trip. Would gladly recommend to anyone. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Overall it was great place for the 10 of us to get together for a little reunion! The only thing that could have made it any better was if it was all on the same level as the 3 older folks had a hard time with the stairs. But we made it work and the view of the river and closeness of the short walk / drive to Helen was worth it . I would definitely book this lovely comfortable place again.

Family vacation grandparents, parents, grandchildren. Three babies under 2. We had a great time! A couple of issues after arrival, taken care immediately by Barry and Jessica. This is a great place for adults and I would stay here again with friends and other adults, but probably not with babies again, just because of the stairs. We did take baby gates with us, so that helped a lot.

It was a beautiful place to stay. The backyard is beautiful. The people staying next door parked in front of the chalet we were staying at so it was very difficult entering and leaving the carport. They would not move even though it was not their parking spot. Very little parking available so that was not fun. No internet, bad service. Remotes were missing batteries. Televisions did not work. We enjoyed how close it was to town.

This property was just what we expected. Perfect location. Walking distance to everything. The location on the river was the most amazing part of the stay. The location was just past where all the tubers got out so it was like the river belonged to us. The downstairs bedroom turned out to be a queen bed with another full/twin bunkbed. Everything just perfect

This is a wonderful accommodation and located next to Helen Tubing. We could walk over and float right back to our cabin. We loved everything about this cabin. We want to come again next year!

We loved our stay. There was an issue with the dishwasher and they were quick to respond and fixed the issue asap. We loved being right on the river. The porch areas were noticeably dirtier than the interior, which is to be expected as they are outdoors, but we felt the cobwebs could’ve been knocked down and the porches/patios swept off. Overall it was a relaxing stay and we would go back again.

Beautiful and peaceful place to stay! Walking distance to town was nice and still didn't have to worry about crowds around the house! Had one snag with the hotub not being hot when we arrived, but owners were on it immediately and we were in it by the end of the first night!

This home is quite lovely and very spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need. Especially nice is the fact that each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. After each day of exploring Helen, we would sit on the patio around the gas fire pit and listen to the river. To be so close to everything, you feel miles away from it all. We would definitely recommend this home to a large family or group of friends. Note to those with older or disabled guests - this is a three story house with lots of steps. Restaurant recommendations - Cowboys and Angels, Bigg Daddy’s and Betty’s Country Store.

Loved it! Plenty of room for the 7 of us with a room to spare. We loved the location on the river! The sound was amazing and peaceful. The Chalet’s location was ideal for our family & Friends. Close to town and all that Helen, GA has to offer. Zero issues during our stay! Would definitely recommend this location to other families!

The place was very spacious and accommodating for 11 of us to stay. The set up was nice and was close to everything. There was only a few problems. I tried to email and no one ever reached back out to fix these problems. The downstairs toilet was getting clogged and would not flush from the beginning. Also the master shower was holding water and on Christmas day we had to work on it to get it drained. Also had to call maintenance because the breaker to the power flipped. It stayed really cold downstairs so be prepared if you're going in cold weather.

Fantastic location, this house was perfect for bringing multiple families together in one location. We were able to walk to just about everything we wanted to do. Fireplaces in every room was a great touch and we enjoyed them all the time as we went in the winter.

Great location! Easy walk to restaurants and downtown Helen. Everything was clean and welcoming. Stayed for a girls trip & there were plenty of bedrooms so that we were all comfortable. Would highly recommend!
