About this house rental

Located just one- half a block from the Beach and 3 blocks from the Intracoastal Waterway! Fully Equipped Property in Indian Rocks Beach filled with comfortable furnishings and privacy. The house is walking or biking distance to plenty of restaurants, grocery, shopping, and more! Our property is located in a family neighborhood and is an 1100 sq ft home with parking for a boat, and a back yard pool oasis... (Pool heat is available for fee of $40 per day. Spa is $25/day and is operated on-demand via text) You will be a short walk to the sandy beach, 7 homes, to be exact. We love to fix a beverage and stroll down to the beach for sunset. There is plenty of outdoor area to relax in front or back with family and friends, or just lounging alongside the tranquil fountain, or chiminea (outdoor fireplace) on a rare cool night. We've provided a gas BBQ grill with side burner for your use. IRB has lots of beach parks and plenty of events around the area... The bungalow has a Master Bedroom with King Size Bed and a smart TV, (Although we don't recommend watching much TV when you can be soaking up all that is available in this unique environment. !). There are 2 TVs in the home for your viewing. They receive the local channels (ABC, CBS, NBC & FOX) through antennas. They are equipped with Roku and Sling Best of Live TV channels ESPN, ESPN2, History, Travel, etc... The Roku will also allow you to use your personal Netflix, Hulu etc… (Just be sure you log out of your account before you leave). . . The master bedroom even has its own back door for sneaking out for a night swim in the pool or relaxing in the hot tub. The Master Bath is a Tile Shower with Glass Enclosure.. Our Guest Room has Queen over Queen bunk beds, a large closet and is across the hall from the guest bath. Our comfortable den is set up for relaxing, reading, playing any of the assorted board games/cards provided, and even sleeps an average-sized person or 2 pint-sized people on the futon. We have a Washer and Dryer and provide all linens.
There is a breathtaking nature preserve just 2 and a half blocks away with a secret boardwalk through mangroves. Perfect for Nature Lovers, Golf Enthusiasts, Surf and Beach Bums, Seniors, Honeymooners and Anyone who appreciates an escape from the daily grind of life! There are 5 bicycles on site for your use.
Boat ramp 3 blocks away... Restaurant & Bar, A Surf Shop, bait n tackle shop, and a market/ice cream shop are right down the street. This is an ideal location for a getaway...The home is 3 blocks away from a children's skate park, baseball diamond, pickleball!, shuffleboard, library, police station and small park. There is even a community art gallery where you might take a quick email or call with any questions!! “February 2023: One exterior security camera is being installed to face the street and driveway. This is used to monitor location of the trash bins, as the city began fining us hundreds of dollars each time the bin is out at the wrong time. We have never needed cameras to monitor our amazing guests! ”

Our favorite things about this house were the backyard and the proximity to the beach access! The weather was perfect for our stay and therefore each of the above were used multiple times daily! Laura was an excellent host - always responded quickly to any questions. The house was equipped with anything and everything we needed during our stay. We only wished that there was more storage space (to put and unpack luggage) in the 2nd bedroom. Otherwise, our entire family ages 11-73 truly enjoyed our time at "Knot on the Clock". Indian Rocks was the perfect beach getaway!

We had a wonderful time at Knot on the Clock! The location is amazing. We very much enjoyed getting to know IRB. This is a great home to rent for families - especially the heated pool and hot tub. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and explore the town. Laura is on top of everything - very communicative. The home is clean, spacious, the backyard is beautiful - like a private oasis. The beds are very comfortable! We highly recommend you not only visit IRB - but rent this home!

This is our second year staying at Laura's property. It is such a great location with lots of privacy. It is a great place to relax and get away. The house is clean with everything you could ask for. The beds are also SO comfy. Laura is always within a text reach and is super helpful. Highly recommend! We cannot wait for our next stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Indian Rocks Beach. The beach was absolutely beautiful and not very crowded, which is a plus! Our house was in a perfect location. Very close walk to the beach, and to the nature preserve. Also, walking distance to ice cream, coffee, convenient store, and restaurants. Close drive to Clearwater Beach and shopping. Only a 30 to 40 minute drive to Tampa for more shopping, dining, and amusement park fun. The house had a beautiful pool, and the host was readily available. Overall a great place to stay and the location was perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect - very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and ice cream. It was all walkable. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean. We loved our stay! The home had everything we needed, location was perfect. Toes in the sand within a five minute walk. The backyard with pool, spa, patio with fireplace and tropical landscaping was our own private oasis. This was our second stay at Knot on the Clock and if we return to IRB we would definitely book again. Can’t say enough about Laura - she is absolutely the best hostess! I would rate her higher than a 5 if possible.

Very happy with our stay. The house was nice and clean. The pool and spa was was very nice especially the heated pool was wonderful. The location can’t be any better in terms of location to the beach unless you stay directly on the beach. You are within walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars etc. They also have a trolly you can ride up and down the strip for only $5 the entire day if you want to explore further north or south. I have no negative comments and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience here! This house was everything we needed and more for the perfect family vacation. Loved that we didn’t have to worry about packing extras for the beach- the wagons filled with all we could think of were super convenient. My husband and I made a spectacle out of ourselves riding that tandem bike to the French Bakery 😂. Lots of memories to last us a life time. The pool, the kitchen filled with essentials, comfy beds, washer/dryer, perfect location… We will surely be back!

Great little cottage! It’s all about the backyard though! The pool and hot tub were beautiful with a ton of privacy. Huge palms and bamboo made you feel like you were in your own world despite being in a neighborhood. Walking distance to beach with cart provided for hauling chairs, toys, etc. You do have to cross Gulf Blvd which is a busy road running parallel to the beach but Laura provided the necessities! She was a wonderful host and answered all needs/issues promptly.

My husband and I decided to celebrate our birthdays with a quick trip with another couple. Everyone agreed that the property is well kept and the perfect size for 2 couples. A short walk to the beach and the owner gave us an excellent restaurant suggestion. We enjoyed the hot tub and conversations outside by the chimenea. Great birthday!
