Master Bedroom – Entering the condo to your right is the Master Bedroom with King Size Mattress and flat screen TV with cable and Smart TV. In addition there is an bathroom with shower and closet with condo essentials such as blankets, vacuum, pack and play with linens and booster seat and beach towels.
Second Bedroom – Entering the condo down the hall on the right is the second bedroom with Queen Size Mattress and flat screen TV with cable and Smart TV. In the closet you will find all of the beach toys you could need for your stay such as beach chairs, umbrella and coolers.
Guest Bathroom – Entering the condo down the hall on your right between the Master Bedroom and Second Bedroom is the hallway bath with shower tub combo.
Living Room – Entering the condo all the way down the hall you will pass the upgraded LE washer and dryer to a spacious living room with upgraded furniture and sparking quartz countertops. We keep our kitchen stocked with all of the essential cooking pots, pans, baking sheets, coffee maker, blender toaster, tea kettle, and utensils. The kitchen includes a dining room table seating 6 plus 2 bar stools for the eat in kitchen bar. The living room is equipped with plush couches with a pullout sofa plus a large flat screen TV with cable, Smart TV and DVD player. We also try our best to keep it stocked with games, books and family friendly movies for our guests!

Everything about this place was wonderful. The upstairs family had a couple of children that were a little rambunctious and we could hear them through the floor, but other than that it was a wonderful place to stay. Easy access to the beach. Plenty of places to set up umbrella, and didn’t have to wake up at 4am to save a place.

My family has been vacationing the IRB area since the 1980s and have rented dozens of condos during that time. My family knows what we want and are willing to pay for it.
We rented this condo upon seeing the pictures of a 12-unit complex with a pool. While we thought that was going to be a little busy at the pool we were unaware that this property is, in fact, 18 units with 2 additional buildings in the back off the beach. The first 2 days of our stay ALL the available pool chairs were occupied so we never went to the pool. While the managers did add additional chairs/lounges it still was a packed pool area.
Another heads-up to renters is this is a 2nd floor condo and we heard the echoing thump-thump of the renters above us. We rented during Easter break so there were many kids in the complex. While previous renters touched on that fact, it was annoying.
The condo is clean and well maintained. The master bath is a little tight, but the other bath is better. The elevator is a nice plus. Check in is at 4 pm abd that MEANS 4pm. We attempted to enter the condo about 20 minutes early and was rebuffed by the cleaning lady. We came back after 4 pm and the floors were still wet.
The location is great close to restaurants and the trolley line.
All in all we're glad we vacationed in IRB, but for what we paid for our week we'll try elsewhere in the future.

While in an excellent location, and a unit design that was fine, we found the experience so-so, particularly due to the lack of unit amenities, such as extra blankets or sheets, toiletries, and what seemed only the basic necessities to stay in the unit. Possibly acceptable for the price, but as a frequent visitor to Indian Rocks Beach and a former rental owner ourselves, the unit didn't match up to other units we have rented within walking distance of this one.

Located right on the beach with an elevator to your condo... very convenient! The condo, however, could use a little tlc. A few things like a bath mat, some trash bags, and a screen on the patio door would make it nice. Really lacked guest ammenities.

When I first walked in I was floored at the quality and size of the condo. We came to celebrate our cousin graduating and our family had a beautiful space to get together. The elevator made it easy for our relatives with mobility issues to get down to the pool and beyond to enjoy themselves - and great for loading and unloading the car. Every one of us were so happy with the space. The condo provided chairs, umbrella and toys for the beach! The pool was great and the beach was incredible. I can’t say enough good things. Thank you for this space!

Our first time to this part of Florida. My son and I loved it all. The condo had so many thoughtful touches. One example is the barstool height table and chairs on the balcony. I’ve spent many previous vacation hours staring through the railings. The pool was directly beneath our balcony, but the guests using it were quiet, and there was no loud nighttime use.
We ended up using the elevator so much.
This was just a delightful stay!

I absolutely loved this location, the property was clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs and an umbrella which we used daily. The keypad entry was so convenient. I hate using keys. We didn't take advantage of the elevator because we like using steps. My only complaint which others had also is the condo needs better sound proofing. Wow was it loud when someone was walking or talking the floor above us-almost like they were in my condo. That will not keep me from returning, but I do hope there is a future solution to sharing that noise with other renters. Wonderful place and appreciate the updates!

This listing is accurate from the description which is very important to me. I loved the beach theme throughout the unit with every wall hanging, picture and general color scheme. The front deck view was wonderful and we spent most time there when not on the beach. The walk to the beach was wonderful especially with the built in elevator that brought you from the condo to steps away from the pool and beach.
I can’t say enough about Lindsey Bushman who answered my questions within 5 minutes every time I asked. We hope to come back again!!

This condo is located in a perfect location. The condo is a little dated but clean. We enjoyed the space and the close proximity to the beach. Our only negatives were the firmness of the beds and the loudness of the upstairs neighbors (outside of condo owner's control). We heard every footstep and conversation. We were a group of 3 and did have a fabulous time. I definitely recommend this condo for families looking in this area. Just be mindful you are on lowest level.

Beautiful Sunsets/Relaxing stay
The condo was very nice, clean, and comfortable.
There are lots of restaurants nearby to choose from (PJs, Caddy's, JDs, Localz just over the bridge, etc). We ordered Hungry Howies Pizza our first night and had it delivered to us. You can get sandwiches,
snacks, and ice cream at the Cooky Coconut right down the street. They have the best Cuban Sandwiches.
We visited Fort Desoto Park and the Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks during our stay.
The balcony overlooks the beach and water. We had the perfect view for sunset each night. Indian Rocks Beach has the best sunsets. My sons and I really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic view, right on the beach!!!! Nice pool. The kitchen was minimally furnished as there were only 6 plates, 4 knives, could definitely use more silverware with knife, forks s MN d spoons. Definitely needed more plates. A pitcher for making tea etc would have been nice along with one or two bowls with lids for leftovers.

IRB stay 5/28 to 6/4
The Indian Rocks beach area is great for families with great beaches, great restaurants and overall atmosphere. The room is actually what was promised. The only complaint was the room was too warm (AC locked at 72). I understand the reason why but 70 would have been cooler for the hot weather. We will definitely be back next year.

Nice unit that was exactly as advertised. Close to the beach and overlooks the pool. Great views of the ocean from the living room and kitchen. Clean unit with all the amenities needed including beach chairs and toys. Walking distance to many small restaurants and other shops, but also close enough to hit many other attractions by car.

Guest parking and during our stay we never had an issue getting a guest parking spot. Great restaurants walking distance...if you are looking for a family beach vacation, this is a great location! The unit was comfortable and clean. Master room has a king bed, walk-in closet, and bathroom. The second bedroom has the beach toy closet, full of anything you may need to spend time at the beach: beach chairs, boards, sand toys, floats. The second bathroom is next to the second bedroom, and it has a bathtub, while the master bathroom has a walk-in shower. The kitchen is well-stocked, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, coffee filters, basic items like salt, pepper, and anything you need to cook meals. One minor suggestion is to leave extra garbage bags, we filled up the first one and then used grocery bags for the rest of our stay. The unit also has a full-size washer and dryer. There is a very comfortable pull-out sofa and books and games for entertainment. We enjoyed our family beach vacation and found a great place to stay. I do have to mention one negative item (and Lindsey was extremely accommodating and responded right away), so I would not fault her but the property manager for the unit above. It was extremely noisy, thanks to the guests staying in the unit above. Unfortunately for us, there was at least 8 people in that unit, and 4 out of the 5 nights the noise level was unbearable at times, it sounded like they were dragging furniture from one end of the unit to the other, loud yelling and banging, and this would go up to 1am-130am, with two 6-year old’s it was tough to get sleep. Lindsey immediately sent us a noise machine which help drown some of the noise, but it was still difficult, she also reached out to the property manager for that unit. On the second night my husband went up at 1245am and asked them to please stop the noise, and of course they didn't like it. I hope Lindsey can take the noise comments and show the property manager for that unit so they can enforce a noise and occupancy policy, IRB is a quiet community not a party town.

Made our Vacation Relaxing
If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation spot, this is it! This condo can’t make it any easier to chill out and enjoy your time away. Roomy condo with space between bedrooms for privacy. Small complex on a quiet strip of Indian Rocks but close enough to great local restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment if you’re looking for it. The complex itself is quiet, well-kept and provides the easiest access ever to an uncrowded beach, even on the weekend! The private elevator access to the balcony was a lifesaver, but even without it, access to our front door was quick and convenient with keypad lock/entry. Plenty of beach toys, chairs, beach towels and even coolers…super if you are arriving by air and can’t pack those items. And let’s talk about the views from the balcony…beautiful sunsets, even saw dolphins in the distance as we drank our morning coffee. Bonus-if you have kids, great view of the pool and the beach. Lindsey, the property manager, was super easy to contact and communicate with. Selfishly, I hate giving it such great reviews because that means it may not be available when we come back again…and we definitely want to come back! (PS-local recs for families include Slyce Pizza and Crabby Bill’s Seafood restaurant, Smuggler’s Cove mini golf, Eagle Parasailing and The Hut Bar & Grill at John’s Pass)

The condo was beautiful. Right on the ocean. Sitting on the balcony was like having a front row seat to the sunset. The condo was well- appointed with everything we needed. We had never been to Indian Rocks before. We found it to be perfect for a family vacation. Highly recommend!
