This was our 2nd time staying at the house with our grandkids. It is close to everything, nice layout, kids really enjoy the pool, rented a boat and tied up to the dock to do some fishing. We all had a great time.

Everything was nice about this property, location, cleaning, and features. Very nice pool with a boat deck and close to the beach. The only comment is that we found a couple of live roaches around the kitchen, so maybe a tigther pest control is needed.
We travelled with family and had a great time!

Loved having 3 separate sleeping areas, 3 adult couples all had private space. Pool area was convenient and we also spent time on the dock.

The home has everything you need away from home. Fully stocked with linens, cookware, various odds and ends in the kitchen and some items for the beach. Short 7 min flat walk to the sand from your door. Pool is great, always warm and the dock is a great place to enjoy the time after dinner. Priscilla was very communicative during the stay and made sure everything was attended to.

We had a wonderful time in Marco Island. The only issue we had was with the cable. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool.
Would love to do it again.

The house is will laid out for each couple to have privacy. It is located within walking distance of several restaurants and the beach. The sliding glass doors leading to the deck even had an alarm to protect small children.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. The owners were very welcoming and ensured us a great stay. It was a great experience for our first time to Marco Island and would definitely go back.

Beautiful home, very clean, great pool, close to the beach. I appreciated the property manager who was redily available to help and answer questions.

Excellent home with great amenities. It was close to the public beach entrance, restaurants, and shops. The house was clean, the check in was seamless, along with checking out. Check out even one hour later ( 11 am) would have made it even better! Only negative was the beach chairs and beach cart were broken and not useable.

We loved the location, and with the bikes at the property, we could be at the beach in 5 minutes. Could also bike to Mackle Park in 5-10 mins with our kids. Lastly, the house and pool were great too.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is a 15 minutes walk to the beach access that is located next to the Marriott Crystal Shores and all of the shops and restaurants at the Marco Walk Plaza.

Beautiful home close to the beach! Great pool and lanai. It’s a short 10 minute walk to the beach, shopping & restaurants. House was stocked with so many things we needed including beach umbrellas, chairs, pool toys & floaties, etc. Very clean & comfortable. It was wonderful and we can’t wait to come back!

Wow! This home was immaculate, roomy, and absolutely stunning. Main master suite: the bathroom was large, bright, clean. Separate toilet area with a pocket door. Large closets with hangers provided. King sized bed was nice (though the mattress is pretty soft, and the mattress pad was waterproof with a rubber backing, which made for noisy rolling over). The blinds at the sliding glass door to pool didn’t work either, but not that big a deal, since we left them closed. There was a television in the room with a great cable selection. 2nd master was a bit smaller, but still quite comfy. Again, the bed was softer than expected, but that was about the only complaint. This bedroom also contained a TV with cable box. The 3rd bedroom was on the 2nd floor. This featured a queen bed and a lovely balcony that had 2 chairs and a small table. The balcony overlooked the canal, and allowed you to get a bit of the sunset view. There was also a curly-tailed lizard hanging around up there. The room did not have a TV. This room had a Jack & Jill bathroom which was shared with the other upstairs bedroom which features a cute boat twin bed, with an additional trundle bed under the boat. There was a TV in that room.
The living room was large and spacious, with a HUGE (over 80”) television mounted on the wall, with full cable as well. (All the TV’s are smart TV’s, so you can log into your Netflix/Prime/Hulu accounts…don’t forget to log out before you leave!!!) The downstairs is very open, with high ceilings and tile floors. This leads to a very “loud” room, echoing like a concert hall. The kitchen was well-supplied with dishes, though figuring out where everything was is always fun! Before you go shopping, check in the pantry/cupboards…there are plenty of seasonings (salt/pepper, etc) and enough coffee filters to last a year or more! The coffee maker is a Mr. Coffee and takes the basket-style filters. There is also a Keurig, but no adapter baskets, so either buy k-cups or bring an adapter to use your own coffee.
The pool was perfect. The water was never too hot. Like many of the homes on Marco, they are using a solar water heating system, but it’s not necessary in the summer. There were plenty of toys to play with as well. Bikes in the garage, rolling cart to bring to beach, chairs, umbrellas, fishing poles. Such an easy walk to the beach, too!
You won’t regret staying here!

My family and I loved the stay here! We did find cockroaches around the house that was gross so the reviews I saw were true! And on the description it says it’s a 5 min walk to the beach and that’s not true it’s like 14 min walk. But other than that everything was great!

Our stay was amazing! The kids loved the pool and the toys and floats not to mention the outside tv, we could have got away with never going to the beach. The new 85" tv in the living room was also bonus. The house is a short walk to the beach and conveniently located to everything that we had planned to do. While there the guys enjoyed fishing off of the dock.
The only complaint about would be the temperature in the second bedroom was set to high to comfortably sleep in it, oh and my vacation wasn't long enough. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Beautiful and comfortable home! Very easy walk to the beach. Excellent location. Kids loved the pool. Very family friendly!
The bikes in the garage were a great bonus! My husband was able to ride the bike to his conference for work. We were even able to go to Tigertail beach and my husband biked to us after his conference.

Nice place think a grey can of paint with white trim would improve the look of the place. Also feel new comforters are needed. When you pay what we paid to rent feel the house should be kept nicer. The patio furnature had stains as well as mold. The air conditioner never was fixed. Missing light bulbs. The door from the house to garage didn’t lock,

The property is perfect for all our needs. The pool is beautiful , spent lots of time in it. Location is great. We had a chance to meet the owners, they are lovely. The property manager is excellent. She is very helpful and takes care of any of your requests or needs.

House was clean and well organized. The location was great and a 10 minute walk to South Beach and many of restaurants. enjoyed being on a canal and even got see dolphins swimming in the canal. Would recommend and consider for next year.

You cannot beat the location. For us it was perfectly located to almost anything we wanted - beach, food, convenience, walking. We stayed for 2 weeks and overall enjoyed our stay. Priscilla the property manager was super helpful and very quick to respond.
The only complaint I would have would be the cockroaches. I know it is a warmer climate, etc. but most places in that region hire pest control for a reason! We bought spray and used it for the two weeks we stayed. That did seem to put them at bay. It is very disconcerting seeing a roach run around the floor when you walk in the door, etc.

Beautifully maintained house, outstanding location and perfect for the family for a week long getaway! Highly recommended!!!

The house was beautiful. Location was perfect. Kids were amazed on the size of the house. We fished out back. Saw dolphins the last day at the dock.
Had three issues. One when I
Message the realtor a week before to ask how we access the house she never responded. Put me in a panic mode until about a few days before we were to leave she send the instructions. On the last day I messaged her about a cockroach in the bathroom. To this day still no response. Last. I asked about thermostat. She said it was controlled by the owners. I was sweating every night on the settings

Loved the home! The pool was great! Location was awesome, close to the beach and restaurants. The only slight inconvenience was that we could nit adjust the air temperature ourselves. But otherwise, it was a memorable stay at Marco Island.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Overall comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool. The location is great as it is walking distance to ocean and several restaurants.
We had a number of minor issues with our stay. The lock on the garage door stopped working and we were locked out until the property manager was able to come over. She was very responsive and helpful in getting this resolved. She was annoyed and had a tone of blaming us for this happening and insinuated we should have realized the batteries were going dead. Repeatedly said if we hadn't deadbolted the front door we wouldn't have had an issue getting into the house. Even after having a handyman replace the batteries, the lock stopped working again.
When we went to use the grills there was no propane. This was on the last night or we would have called to have this fixed. We did contact the property manager so hopefully this is taken care of for the next renter.
Overall the house is nice and beds are comfortable. We found it very strange to be told that you must bring your own soap for washing machines and dishwasher. There was limited toilet paper and we had to buy some to make it through the week. We found it odd that they were so limiting when you are staying at a nice property for a week to have to provide these on your own. We would consider staying here again because of the location, but we will explore other options because of the minor issues.

This was my third time staying in Marco Island, which is an area my family loves. The location of the property was close to the beach, miniature golf, ice-cream, restaurants and Mackle Park. The street is often busy, so may be difficult backing out of the driveway at times. We arrived on the day of booking a little early, so we stayed with family at their condo until our check-in at 1600. Once we arrived, the property had not been cleaned and when I contacted the property manager, I was told that it was a busy time and that she would contact the cleaners and have them come over. We had a reservation at 1800, therefore it was important that we get situated after a 28 hour car ride from NY. The property manager was very short with me on the phone and again seemed disinterested that the property had not been ready at the time it should have been ready per our contract. I have stayed at three different locations in Marco and this home, was in the worst condition of all three. The location is great, however the home owners need to invest in more up keep of the property. On the outside, the property looks great, however inside the property is worn and outdated. The furnishings were stained or distressed; everywhere. The pool was not heated and when we asked the pool cleaner about this two days before our departure, he confirmed the pool heater had not been turned on; which he was able to reach out to the property manager to do. We also noticed the light on in the garage, which we learned was to keep out the cockroaches. After two hours at night with the light off, I went to use the fridge in the garage and killed three cockroaches. We left the light on afterwards and did not notice anymore. We did notice one next to the couch on our final day there though. I love the Island and have had the ability to stay in other homes at the same price point or lower, and would advise everyone to do the same.

We had a wonderful time on our trip! We loved the house. It was so beautiful, clean and spacious. The pool was awesome and was warm on a cool evening. We loved the location of the house. It was so close to restaurants that we were able to ride bike. We rode bike to an ice cream shop 2 evenings. We also used the boat lift for the boat we rented. It worked perfectly! We loved taking the boat out and exploring new beaches. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone!

My family and I (8 people in total) came here for 5 nights in February to get away from the cold and relax. This house accommodated us perfectly and is exactly what we were looking for. The heated canal-facing pool is where we spent probably half of our time, and when we wanted to get out, we were able to take an easy walk to the beach and local restaurants. The listing accurately depicts how beautiful, clean, and full of amenities the property is, and I highly recommend a stay here and hope to return myself.

As advertised. Pool was great and we enjoyed the spacious home for the 7 of us. Convenient location to beaches, food and shopping.

Staying at this gorgeous, well kept house for the week allowed our family of four to get out of the Covid cold winters of Michigan! This house, pool and community exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be back to the property and Marco Island! Beyond beautiful!

Great house for walking to the beach, restaurants, or staying in and using the pool.

Great stay at this wonderful home for the Thanksgiving week. The home had everything you need, from all kitchen amenities to beach chairs and towels. Pool and lanai were fantastic. Great location unfortunately public beach access is a distance. We rented a golf cart for the week since we had my 80 year old mom, so that helped. Overall, couldn’t be more happy with our week at this home - well kept, clean and luxurious!!
