About this house rental
Our home has beautiful wide water views from most of the rooms with 2,000 square feet of bright indoor living space with high ceilings in every room. Located only one block from s. Collier blvd, our home is only a 5-minute walk to the white-sand beaches, and 10-minute walk shopping center, movie theater, restaurants, sports bar, ice cream shop and much more. This property has a large screened lanai that offers complete privacy to the heated pool and spa with eastern exposure, enjoying sun for most of the day.
Some of the features included are the open spacious kitchen with 4 bar stools, double sinks granite top in master bathroom, walk-in closet in master bedroom, hot tub (6 seating positions, 22 jets), high-powered pool heater, and 2 staircases access to the dock (new, rebuilt after Irma).
The house includes a pool table, board games, cable, free Wi-Fi (wireless internet) high-speed access, and DVD player, two 55" TVs in family & living rooms and three 32" flat screen TVs in each bedroom. There are leather recliner sofa, queen-size sleeper sofa, leather recliner couch, and love chair allowing for plenty of fun, family memories. We have 5 bikes (with helmets), beach chairs, a beach trolley, beach umbrella, tennis rackets, a wheeled cooler, pool toys, poolside chaise lounges, outdoor BBQ grill, etc.
You can also enjoy the convenience of having a private water access dock to tie up the boat you may rent from the local marina on the island for fishing or cruising the inland waterways into the Everglades, up to Naples, or for picnicking on the Gulf beaches.
Just relax, sit back, and watch the manatees & dolphins swim by right from our lanai!

By far the best part of this property is the view!! You can swim in the pool or sit in the hot tub and watch fish jumping and see dolphins swimming. A good 3 blocks to the beach and plenty of space. Would stay again!

The location is really great for beach access, as well as being on the water and a nice pool and hot tub. However this is very much a rental. The kitchen was the biggest detractor - dishwasher wouldn’t adjust settings, oven smelt awful when we used it to bake a meal, microwave had a large crack on the exterior and burnt out lettering to read the time. There also wasn’t a complete set of anything - everything mismatched - felt like a college kitchen. The house was awkwardly stocked - random kitchen utensils or cleaning supplies found in random places - nothing was locked up so it was hard to know what was for us to use or not. For example there was dry food in the kitchen cabinets and a matching cooking utensil set in the laundry room cabinet. What felt very cheap was the lack of typical products needed by any guest such as detergent, garbage bags (only a few provided), toilet paper, paper towel, etc.
We wouldn’t stay there again as I feel like we could find higher quality at same price in similar location.

The house is lovely and situated mere blocks from the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The house is arranged so that families are not on top of each other.
The pool was warm and overlooked the canal and dock. We had a friendly dolphin visit the dock every few days. We rented a boat on day and tooled around the area which was beautiful.
Beach towels, wagon and toys are all available as well as bicycles.
Host responded immediately and even sent us restaurant listings!

We were very pleased with our stay at this beautiful home. It is less than 1/4 mile to the beach access entrance. It was very clean, and all the amenities listed on the site were on point. The owner was very informative with all instructions and very accessible when we did contact him. His response time over a Keurig machine that unfortunately stopped working for us was less than 1 hour!!!
Our family had a great time relaxing in the pool and in the hot tub, both during the day and night time.
Quiet neighborhood were you can relax with a morning coffee in the outside patio overlooking the amazing water view! Very close to restaurants and shopping areas. Will not hesitate to rent here for our future Marco Island vacations!

This rental house was overall outstanding. The location was a very convenient walk you to South Beach on Marco Island. The owner provided a great assortment of beach assessories, umbrellas, chairs, cooler, kid toys and both a cart and wagon to transport everything to the beach. This rental property is a great arrangement from the three bedrooms, excellent kitchen, comfortable living room furniture and a great pool, hot tub arrangement enclosed in a Lanai. We spent many wonderful evenings having dinner outside. The owner was great to work with. We highly recommend this property.

Our family of 6 adults and one baby enjoyed our stay in this home on the canal. Traveling with a baby can be tricky, but the accommodations made it comfortable for everyone including the baby. Very clean and well supplied are words to describe this property. The listing was inaccurate, but has been corrected. We would not hesitate to stay here again; the owners were easy to access and communication was efficient.

This house was a wonderful base for our Marco stay. We loved its serenity and stunning setting at the end of a canal and facing the broader canal in the distance. The morning light was gorgeous on the water. The beach is nearby as well. The house was well- stocked with all you needed to set up a stay. Great warm pool and hot-tub. Comfortable for us as a couple but also for a visit of our son and daughter-in— law and our three grandchildren who could not stay out of the pool. Dog was happy as well. Sofa bed provided extra sleeping space. What a great time we had! Landlord was also very responsive to our needs. And there isn’t a restaurant on Marco Island that isn’t terrific!!

Super clean and comfortable place right on a canal. We rented kayaks and enjoyed the canal almost every day. Ocean is a 5 minute walk to public beach access. Quiet street which was wonderful. Communication with the owners was incredibly fast and they were very kind. Beautiful spot. We will be back!

Beautiful house with pool and close to beach
The property owner was very responsive and thorough with the check in and arrival process. The house was clean upon arrival and it was larger than expected. I did not expect the layout of the rooms to be on opposite sides of the house. Just something to consider for families with young kids. After a few days in the house, I noticed it does need a deep cleaning. It felt like a rental. I honestly think if it was cleaned a bit better and upgraded amenties, the house could rent for more $. The pool was the main draw for us and it did not disappoint. The water temp was refreshing and we spent hours playing in the pool. The canal provides a beautiful backdrop and we did see a glimpse of a dolphin! The hot tub was not working at the time and the owner was so kind to offer a discount and fix it the next day.
Overall, we would stay here again. We did rent a bike with a trailer for our child as the walk to the beach Can be exhausting for little legs :)

We spent the first day shopping for toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, garbage bags… that were very limited in the house only 2 garbage bags.. every place I have rented had plenty of these items… all we had to worry about was groceries….

This house was perfect for our family. The neighborhood is quiet and in walking distance of the beach, mini golf, shops, and restaurants. The pool temperature is perfect, my kids swam every morning when they woke up. The house was clean and spacious with everything we could have possibly needed in the kitchen- extra items for the beach, including a wagon to transport our things. The owner is friendly and responsive, check in and check out was simple with no issues.

An Excellent Stay
We spent a really nice week at the Marco Island house. We immediately felt comfortable when we arrived. The house condition, comfortable beds and location were great and we appreciated the cleanliness. We enjoyed all the amenities that the hosts offered - the heated pool and hot tub, bikes, well appointed kitchen, fishing rods, and the pier. Even when one of the bikes developed a flat tire, we called the host and he immediate set up a repair service to come to the house. We were back on the bikes the next day. We hope to stay here again.

The property is in a great location with Collier Blvd, beach, shops and restaurants a short walk. The highlight of the property is the pool deck with covered lanai and three patio doors from the house opening to the pool area.
Communication was great and the minor issue we experienced with the TV was addressed immediately.

Overall, we had a great time on this Marco Island vacation. The house was clean, comfortable & convenient to the beach....and the pool & hot tub made for relaxing evenings!
The "little" things you would expect to be top notch on a property like this bring my rating down. Toilet tissue, paper towels, Kleenex, dish soap, & trash bags all needed to be purchased at the local Winn-Dixie within a few days of arrival. Every knife in the house was dull, so I had to buy two @ Wal-Mart to have something to cut with. The stove is old, worn out and the dial settings for the burners were very difficult to read. Plus the mix of pots & pans were also old, warped and very difficult to cook with.
These are all small things, yes....but to me, these are the little things that distinguish a Five Star property from a Four Star property.

Such a great stay!
We had an amazing week of fun and relaxation at this home on Marco Island. Our daughter swam for hours in the heated pool while we relaxed under the covered porch and hot tub. It’s an easy walk to the beach and all of towels, chairs, sand toys, etc helped make our time at the beach even better. The check in/out process was the easiest I have ever had with a rental property. We’re already talking about wanting to come back and stay at this property again in the future.
