Very nice boutique hotel!

It was modern and comfortable! Good breakfast.

The beach area in front of the hotel is not for swimming. The cleaners must knock on the door before entering. We were inside the room and one of the cleaners opened the door without knocking.

There was nothing at all that we were not happy with, it was spotlessly clean everywhere and all staff were really nice and pleasant and did all they could help you. Breakfast also great we were very happy and would return

Perfect location our room had full sea views and was serviced daily. Breakfast buffet was lovely by the pool area which we enjoyed too. Definitely would book again all staff friendly and helpful gave recommendations for Skiathos restaurants on departure really couldn't do enough.

Breakfast wasn't so good... And if we came to eat at 9.30, everything was over and we have to ask more for excample egg's, juice etc... and there was one particular waiter who is very rude...in every morning?? I don't know what was her problem, but she show's it to customer's, that she don't like her job. Otherwise customer service was excelent :-)

Well, that one waiter was the only negative thing...and the breakfast wasn't so good... You should have warmnt milk in a thermical can and olive oil. Allways have a olive oil in your place! It's a must in Greece! ;-) Otherwise everything was great! :-) <3

Hotel is at amazing place. Great view, clean and lovely rooms and balcony with amazing sea view. You can feel waves sound inside your room. The reception was so friendly and they had a very nice surprise for us. Skopelos is amazing island and this hotel is so worthy to stay here.

Nice concept, close to the center and to the sea. Very friendly staff in the reception and also during breakfast. Nice variety for the morning. Special welcome host was Grey, the cat of the Olia Green Residence. :-)

Our rest in Olia Green is the Best

.Olia Green is located next to the beach and a short walk to the township. The hotel is modern and the rooms are exceptional. The pool is lsrge and the pool bar service from Leonidas very customer friendly and professional. Anna Maria at reception was welcoming and very helpful. Our stay in Skopelos was great and so is Olia Green.

The location was very central for everything,walkable from the ferry. Sea view and view of the harbour from the balconies were amazing. The apartment was very well equipped and large,exceptionally clean. The pool area was very relaxing ,nice breakfast and lovely helpful staff.

3 nights wasn't enough so we booked a longer stay next year !!

Perfect hotel for your vacation in the beautiful island of Skopelos. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service levels from all hotel staff, very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Perfect location, within 7-8 mins walk and you are in the middle of the town. Very good breakfast. Very clean and fresh room and also overall the hotel has a very fresh and clean feeling.

Wi-Fi was not always working, I believe it needs an extension for the upper rooms where we stayed and also an extension to the breakfast/pool area where the signal was minimal or lost.

The staff was so amazing! Very rich breakfast, breathtaking pool, the beach in front of the hotel with umbrellas and loungers. We really enjoyed our stay in Olia Green Residence.

The only thing I have to reccomend is to bring a beach shoes.

around 5min outside of the town center, therefore rather quiet (except for weekend nights whe it gets a bit louder in the port). nearby beach doesn't look inviting, but the newly added salt water pool is more than sufficient for a quick refreshment! breakfast was good, with homemade cakes as highlights. extremely friendly hosts!! we definitely will return!!

air condition pointing directly on the bed with less than a meter distance...apart from filter coffee, all coffees had to be paid at breakfast (which seems to be the rule on the island though)

This was my daughter's graduation gift and it exceeded all our expectations.

From the moment we arrived we fell in love with this location. From my first line of communication with the hotel they were beyond helpful. The pool the staff the food and the beach area were all top notch. Would definitely return and recommend to everyone.

Great breakfast, friendly stuff, nice pool area. Very modern rooms. Great view from little terrace.

Cleaning ladies were also tidying up personal belongings - folding clothes, cosmetics, closing suitcases. Some people like it and see it as an advantage, but I don't.

The perfect oasis of calm!

Everything was just perfect! Beautiful spacious room, nice staff, breakfast absolutely great and the food from the daily menu by the pool is also great. The pool is a gem!

Lovely, small stylish hotel

Familiar (and great) location; modern and stylish; comfortable room with great view; new pool/bar/breakfast area is a great addition. All the staff we encountered were lovely - friendly and professional. Breakfast was varied and enjoyable. Would consider staying there on a future visit.

Wifi could be a bit patchy. we had our own so not a great inconvenience.
