Very comfortable, well equipped and quiet location.

As we arrived my son asked if we can come again in future. The property is simple yet stylish and practical. A lovely place to relax.

This is such a beautiful quiet lovely place to stay, it’s cozy and feels like home while being away from home, beautiful view and has absolutely everything you need except for your own clothes. This property also allowed our dogs to join us and they absolutely loved every minute of it
My own personal issue is my back problems so the main bed in the room attached to the verandah was quiet firm, a bit uncomfortable and hard to sleep on but nothing wrong with the property at all
4.5
Stunning location in a rural hub, far enough away from the hustle of Noosa as well as being close enough to all the beaches, hinterland and main shopping hubs.

We absolutely loved the location of this property. Would highly recommend for families or couples. Loved the proximity to the great outdoors and seeing the kangaroos each day. We used the kayaks to explore lake Weyba and the creek which was really magical. House was well equipped and we enjoyed using the fire pit.

Lovely location, birds, kangaroos, quiet and comfortable with a friendly helpful host
Just a couple of small maintenance issues -the door between the two double rooms needs fixing as it wouldn't close and the bathroom door also needs fixing to securely close.

Awesome location. Close to shops, restaurants and beach but peaceful. The kids loved canoeing in the lake and watching the kangaroos. We had a campfire and bbq dinner. Comfy beds and cosy house. Perfect!
Nothing.

beautiful quiet setting on the doorstep of Noosa but without the bustle. Gorgeous character cottage with private lake access. Lake is peaceful and beautiful great for a swim or kayak….kangaroos and bird life wonderful. We visited with our dog who also loved the wide open space. Rob was great host warm and friendly. We didn’t stay long enough to go on the kayaks on the lake but will be back.
Bed a bit hard

Great location with access to the lake and also use of kayaks to get out on the lake, plus golf, bocce and plenty of area to walk.
Bathroom was small and shower over a bath, which was a little difficult travelling with older mother.

we arrived at nighttime and woke up in the morning by the sounds of singing birds and kangaroos paying us a visit in front of the house. The cottage has everything you need. From comfortable beds to a well equipped kitchen. It had been everything clean and well maintained. And Rob the owner had been very welcoming and supportive to find the right activities. This place can be highly recommended when travelling to the area around Noosa.

A fabulous house in a glorious setting, so lovely to be able to have a glass of wine on the veranda whilst watching the kangaroos nibbling grass on the lawn. Use of the kayaks on Lake Weyba was great, it’s a lovely shallow lake which is safe to swim in too. Rob the owner was really kind and welcoming. highly recommend!

Lovely house, nice & private, away from neighbours. Plenty of breathing space with park-like gardens. Private access to the huge lake. My bed was super comfortable. Mob of roos make for fun visitors & dogs can safety watch from verandah which has gates to keep everyone safe. Host is very nice : )
Noosa is pretty spread out, so unless you’re staying in the guts of it, there’s likely a fair bit of convoluted driving to do. This isn’t a criticism of this property at all, just something you need to know. Not sure about public transport here, you’ll almost certainly want a car or Uber to get around.
4.5
Very well provisioned. Owners really have the place we’ll set up. everything you’ll need. Cosy cottage with nice furnishings. Comfortable with fans and AC. peaceful location. Roos, kookaburras, all the life you’d expect in the bush. very enjoyable 4 day stay. friendly owner who would do anything to please.
nothing in the property. but I would recommend checking the canoe for spiders before you take it out. the huntsman that crawled over my thigh while out on the lake caused my to leap out. fortunately it’s only knee deep.

Everything. Cottage is sweet & includes everything you need & more. We made the most of the golf clubs & course right at the door. We enjoyed the lawn bowls we found inside, & the kayaks down at the lake - which is only a few minutes walk from the cottage. We kayaked on the shallow, warm lake for both sunset & sunrise & times in between - even those of us less inclined towards water sports had fun with it.
Kangaroos everywhere. We also made use of the bbq on the deck with the big outdoor setting for dinner. Owner was friendly & popped in with updates as relevant, as well as to welcome us & introduce himself.
? Nothing. Everything was great.

The ambience, wildlife, peace and well appointed facilities.

Over half of the house overlooked the neighbours junk yard.

What a nice stay we had at this cottage close to Noosa village! The surrounding area is so peaceful and the house itself very charming. The owners had foreseen everything we might need during a 2-day break and we’re very approachable. The close by presence of such a beautiful lake is amazing and the fact we could use the kayaks was the finishing touch to our stay.
We visited the cottage with 2 couples, which was ideal. I slightly doubt if 3 couples would be handy since it would imply a bit of a loss of privacy in our opinion. However, if the weather is nice, you will spend most of your time outdoors so don’t hesitate to book :-)

great location.
fantastic fire pit
cute character Queenslander
friendly host
Needs repair in places. Bent and broken blinds. Noisy air conditioning in main bedroom. All games provided either broken or missing pieces, this was however reflected in the affordable price.

Exactly as described. Quiet, comfortable and really well equipped. This is a lovely old property with all the modern updates to make your stay comfortable. Rob was a lovely helpful host and I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in a good location close to loads of top spots but still enjoy the feeling of a secluded getaway.

We had a fabulous stay and relaxed in a beautiful place surrounded by kangaroos and nature.
The house has everything you need for a fantastic time, and the host, Rob, is super helpful.
In the morning, we went kayaking, which was one of the highlights of our trip. 100% recommended.

Everything was amazing. We stayed 8 nights and was perfect for our family of 4. Everything about the house was great, clean, plenty of room, comfortable beds, free wi-fi, fully equipped kitchen and BBQ. There’s also a camp fire. The property itself is huge and plenty of room for the kids to run around. Few minute walk to the lake and if you’re lucky will get to meet the owners dogs on the way down. Rob is very attentive and helpful, checking in to see how everything is without being intrusive. Highly recommended and we'll definitely be back!
Honestly can't fault the place.
