This was a super cute and very clean little cottage. Location was great! We chose it because the description said comfortable memory foam beds. The bedroom my husband and I stayed in did NOT have a memory foam bed. The bed was not comfortable for me at all, but would probably be fine for some. I’m just super picky about beds. The house is old and it does have a musty smell. I was worried when we arrived because I’m super sensitive to stuff like that. I thought for sure I would end up stuffy, but no reactions at all. And they have an air filter running. So if it wasn’t for the bed, I would absolutely stay here again. One of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in and Monisa, the host, was super responsive. If you are not picky about beds, this is hands down one of the best places to stay!

This house worked well for us, a group of four mature adults in town for a concert in Nashville. The host was very pleasant and responsive. Neighborhood was fine and the neighbors seemed friendly. The backyard was spacious and reasonably private. A little tidying up around the outside of the house and the yard would be a good thing but nothing too objectionable. If we were to stay in Franklin again we would probably try to be within walking distance of downtown. This place was probably walkable, but it would have been a long walk and there was also a fair amount of road construction going on. All in all we had a positive experience. Thank you.

We loved the house. Very clean and well kept. It was just a short distance from the shopping and the restaurants. We had a great time. Peaceful and relaxing. We didn't get to do everything we wanted to do, so we have already decided that we will be going back. The host was very nice and didn't seem to mind all my questions. :)

This home is so comfy, cozy and peaceful! We were visiting to spend our daughter’s 21st birthday with her, and it was just what we needed. Close enough to campus and yet a respite from the city and some much needed down time for her. We were easily able to get into Nashville for things planned there, but then retreat to the quiet of Franklin and Stone cottage. The house is well appointed and the backyard was inviting and the perfect place to sit in the afternoon and play with the dog. We will definitely stay again! Thank you so much for your hospitality!
