We think our Unit "Fiddler's Green" at Madeira Norte will please the most discriminating guests. Directly on the Gulf, facing one of the world's most desirable beaches. You'll enjoy the serenity of gentle waves and soft breezes from your 2nd floor private balcony. The main bedroom offers a plush king-sized bed, newly renovated bathroom and beachfront balcony. The second bedroom includes one twin and one queen-sized bed with attached bathroom. Secure wireless high-speed Internet is available throughout the condo and by the pool. Each bedroom is equipped with a Wi-Fi enabled smart television, plus the Spectrum Premium Cable package is available on the living room and main bedroom TVs.
We now include beach towels for your convenience. The building offers secure access to elevators, stairways, heated pool, & beach. There is also an outdoor patio/picnic area for cookouts, your own reserved parking space, plus extra parking spaces for your visitors. We take pride in managing our unit to ensure the best possible experience for families and adults who are looking for an excellent location, superior service and competitive prices. Across the street from the condo you'll find John's Pass, with over 50 unique merchants it's a shopping and dining wonderland as well as a hub for water related activities. Stroll along the boardwalk and through the village, stopping at your leisure to enjoy a scoop of home-made ice cream, a glass of wine, or a complete dinner at one of the waterfront restaurants. They offer every type of shopping experience, from priceless one-of-a-kind treasures to traditional beach souvenirs! This property was perfect for our family vacation. It was decorated wonderfully, and was very clean. The property had everything we needed for our stay, including beach chairs and umbrella. The check in process was easy and the owner was very responsive. This property overlooks the ocean, the view was stunning.

We had an amazing time at this condo. The location is PERFECT! Beautiful sunsets over the ocean with the pool and ocean both just steps away. The condo was clean and comfortable. The owners were fantastic to work with. We can’t wait to come back!

This is our second time renting from Will and Grasen. LOVE both properties!!! Located directly across from Johns Pass. You can easily walk to everything. Cannot be at the Florida sun sets from the balcony or from the beach.!!! Wonderful hosts have everything you need and more! Cannot wait to return! Thank you again guys! Jodi

Property was very nice! On a corner above the pool so I could keep an eye on my teenager while at the pool. Bonus was the In-Unit washer and dryer to keep the beach towels clean and wash a load of laundry when needed. Plenty of room in the bedrooms for teenagers and all their stuff. Master bedroom was huge and the bathroom had plenty of space. Recommend

This was a beautiful condo! Well supplied with everything we needed and more. We had a small issue with the shower and the owner responded IMMEDIATELY and had it repaired within the hour. I will say my husband and I are hot natured so having to leave the air conditioner at 72 or above was not the most comfortable, but there were 3 fans in the condo that helped. Overall a great visit!

Looking for a place for our family with three adult daughters. This was convenient with beds for five. The location was unbeatable. Wish their cleaning crew was better but the actual space and amenities was fantastic.

This condo is a very nice beachfront property on Madiera Beach. It has a great view of the beach from the balcony with easy access to the beach. It's right across the street from John's Pass with many restaurants and bars. It was very easy to communicate with the property manager.

Great location and the condo was exactly as shown in the listing! Loved the balcony (perfect place for morning coffee) with the open beach views. Great for sunsets too! Plenty to do with John’s Pass Village across the street. Will is a great host who responded quickly to any questions that I had. Wonderful week that went by too quickly!

The condo was beautiful, perfectly located across from John's Pass. It had all of the necessities, plus more! Extra paper towels, tp, dish detergent, dishwasher tabs, and beach chairs and beach towels!! The master bed was so comfortable, as was the living room furniture, it even had a roll out cot. Only complaint we had was the bedrooms did stay warm, due to only having one vent, and not good circulation, fans are provided and that did help. We voiced our concern and Will was eager to help in any way. We would def stay again!

My family and I have taken many oceanfront vacations, this property was our favorite. Restaurants, bars, music & ice cream right across the street. Something for everyone in our family. The condo had everything we needed. Great place for families. Pool and grounds well maintained and cleaned daily. Parking spot is a perfect location near elevator and beach entrance, we kept our beach chairs and umbrella in our truck instead of taking them to our room every night. Thank You for providing a great place and vacation for my family.

Condo was great. Had everything we needed. Needed just a little update but still clean and neat. Property a little too basic. Small pool. Especially when taken over by kids. Not very many chairs. The different keys for pool, room, and elevator was a bit of a nuisance.

We enjoyed this property so much me and family had a week and was great, cross the street of John pass, went fishing, the only thing someone stole my nike flippers while in the pool , don't you leave anything cause you won't found it, but over all was great will do it again.

My wife saw Madeira Beach Norte on VRBO with a rating of 4.9. We had room 209 and it was beautifully decorated and very clean. We loved our stay and had excellent weather. Easy access to the beach and nice to have your own parking space. I highly recommend Madeira Beach Norte.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property and the Madeira Beach area. The condo is perfect. Our travel group was 2 adult couples and this unit would be great for families too. Very nicely decorated in nautical theme, plenty of room, large balcony overlooking the gulf. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony every morning and watched sunsets every evening. We had breakfast & lunch in the condo to maximize our time on the beach. Host provides beach umbrella, chairs, & cooler. We went out for dinner every evening and found the prices to be very reasonable. Loved walking over to John’s Pass. Enjoyed great seafood & some good craft beer. Communication with host was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!
