The location and size of condo were perfect for our family of four (it would be small for more than 4 adults/teens). Upon arrival we discovered one of the sliding glass doors for a shower was missing. I reached out to the owner and she was quick to respond and explain this had been broken by a prior guest. I would have appreciated knowing this in advance and not left to discover it and deal with water all over the floor every time the shower was used. She did schedule a light clean mid week (a nice gesture) but it hardly made up for the inconvenience. It's worth noting the location can't be beaten but the condo could be cleaner (used ear plugs and hair accessories behind the nightstands and mildew/mold around base of shower).

My kids, grandmother and I stayed for a quick trip. It was so convenient and nice. The three beds in the 2nd bedroom was perfect for us my two kids and I. The master was nice and living space felt spacious for the four of us. The location can't be beat steps to the Funitel.

The place was great, it could not have been closer from the ski lifts. We have stayed in other properties in the same development but this was the best, with a nice view of the mountain.
The host was super helpful and responsive.
We will definitely look up this property if we get to ski in this area again.

My family & absolutely loved this condo. any closer and you're sleeping in the Funitel gondola! Gorgeous views, excellent size, love the kitchen & 2 bedrooms 2 bath set up. Extremely quiet for sleeping, and walking distance to all the restaurants, pubs, and breakfast places. Owner couldn't have been nicer in getting us set up there, not that there was much to really do, check in was seemless. Our first time at Palisades, and we can't wait to get back there

Our family had a wonderful stay enjoying the summer weather at Squaw. The condo is clean, nicely furnished and welcoming. The bunk bed room with trundle is the perfect spot for kids, yet the lower bunk could easily accommodate a couple if it was just adults staying. We hope to be back.

The host is an excellent communicator! The arrival and departure instructions were very clear, and the unit was exactly as I expected it. The layout of this particular unit is excellent for 2 adults and teenagers - we had plenty of space! The furniture is in good condition, the unit is clean, and the kitchen had everything that I needed. The accessibility to the tram and lifts can't be beat - we will return during ski season!

Fantastic location - perfect location for our Spring Break (four days of skiing) at Squaw Valley. Central location right next to the lifts and across from Starbucks and lots of food options. Clean place and well equipped. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

We just had the most amazing weekend at this property. Everything was located near by and we skied some fabulous snow. The owner was a huge help in giving suggestions for these interesting times. I hope we can get back up there again soon!
Thanks!

This condo was extremely convenient to get to the lifts in the morning. This was awesome in terms of carrying gear from condo to lifts and being there before they opened so you could be one of the first on piste! It had everything we needed, but we mostly ate out, so we didn't need much in the kitchen. It had a lot of board games, which took up most of the master bedroom's bedside table storage space, so there wasn't a lot of storage for our clothes. We also would have liked having a boot dryer or 2 in the unit. Laundry facilities in all the Olympic Valley condos are shared, none in units. So if you need to do laundry, bring quarters.Hot tub was a walk to the other building--you could go through the garage or outside, but it feels weird to wander through the Village in your towel & swimsuit so we mostly went through the underground garage. The common area was comfortable, especially the couch. We had fun hanging out there. The couch would be a comfortable place for people to sleep on if necessary. The unit, especially the 2nd bedroom, was loud until 9-10PM since it's right above a couple pubs--not great if you have kids who sleep early and lightly. The noise was definitely noticeable in the master bdr as well--wait for the pubs to close or wear earplugs! Light also came into the bedrooms from the slopes even with the blinds closed in the 2nd bdr, so sleep masks were in order there. I would also say that the unit needs updating--we noticed carpet fraying, older appliances/counters in kitchen & bath. If you pick this place, it's because of its amazing location next to the slopes (and Starbucks, actually) as well as the many many boardgames.

We had a great Squaw weekend- the condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We brought my parents to watch our baby while we skied and the location could not be beat! They enjoyed the village and we could easily meet for lunch. The underground parking was amazing! Weekend couldn't have been easier!

What an incredible place! I have been up to Tahoe many times and have always wanted to stay in the village at Squaw. So when my mom came to town I booked this property, and I am so glad I did! We had an amazing time. Everything is right there and the place is beautiful. We loved being able to cook our own food as I have a gluten allergy, however the village had many options for me including gluten free pizza! There was plenty of space and it was very clean. We loved having wine by the fire place and reading on the porch. The weather was great but it did range from 75 degrees the first day when we hiked to shirley lake (beautiful but difficult) to 30 degrees with a foot of snow when we left! Even though it was off season there was plenty to do, hiking, biking, boating, and concerts. I had to study some while I was there and I loved that Starbucks was literally next door! This place and experience was so easy and wonderful for my mom and I. I also think it would be great for friends or couples as well. I can't wait to revisit! Best of all working with the owners was a piece of cake, they were so accommodating and nice. I HIGHLY recommend for your next trip!

The condo was exactly as listed. Upon arrival the unit was very clean and abundantly stocked with clean linens, towels, soaps, shampoos, etc. The location is amazing - great views of KT-22 and a central location in the Village. With the windows open, one feels in the heart of the village and you can hear the music from the restaurant below, the live bands that play on the plaza and the people walking about. Close the windows - or wait until the later evening hours and all one hears is the rustle of the leaves and the crickets in the valley. There is a great selection of shopping and dining steps from the unit so once the car is parked in the garage you can leave it there. Don't miss the hike up Shirley Canyon in the summer. I had to speak to the owner during our stay to coordinate something after a Squaw-wide power outage due to high winds and she was incredibly responsive and easy to deal with before and during our stay.

Beautifull stay. I'd rate it excellent if it was not for the fact that the hot tub and sauna are in a different building (the main building) few steps away.
As for the rest, impeccable.

Fantastic condo, perfectly located across from slopes at the heart of the village. My family had a great time skiing and I appreciated the convenience of our condo from cherck in to check out, the place was perfect.
