The condo is located in the beautiful Terrasol Beach Resort, right on Land's End. It is truly the Jewel of Cabo. Each of our guests have had an amazing time and express a deep desire to return. We have owned the property for over 25 years and absolutely love coming here multiple times a year.
We have the only 4 bedroom, 3 full bath condo at Terrasol Beach Resort. The condo is completely remodeled and features 2 primary bedrooms with terraces...fall asleep to the crashing of the waves, a room with a queen bed and a perfect 4 bed bunk room for the kids. Each of the 3 bathrooms is fully equipped and features granite counter tops and tile showers/bath. The spacious great room allows you to reminisce about the days adventures while not feeling crowded. Both terraces overlook the main pool with it's swim up palapa barestaurant as well as breath-taking ocean views and a BBQ. Watch both sunrise and sunset over the ocean. Sit and relax while watching whales, rays, fishing boats, and cruise ships pass by. Our condo is absolutely perfect for a big family or multiple families to make memories of a lifetime.
Terrasol is a 24 hour gated\guarded beach community that offer a quiet and serene setting to allow you to relax and enjoy your stay. All of the condos in Terrasol are privately owned and most are not rented, so it is never crowded or loud like other resorts. There are plenty of chairs available by the pool and always a table open at the restaurant. It has three sparkling pools, a swim up palapa barestaurant where Maurice and Tina serve breakfast, lunch and amazing margaritas. The main pool has a small kiddie pool attached for the little ones. The open air gym recently got new equipment and was expanded. There is ping pong and a "Take a book Leave a book" little library located in the lobby. We have beach games, board games and cards.
Some of the best surf fishing can be found on the beach directly in front of the condo. Catch roosterfish, sierra, tuna, dorado along with many others. Take your catch to the palapa bar and they will prepare it to your liking. Unfortunately it is not advisable to swim in the surf in front of the condo, due to rough surf.
Terrasol's perfect location is a short. 5 minute walk to the marina and downtown, giving you easy access to numerous restaurants, great shopping and the famous fishing fleets of Cabo, water taxis, and more.
By the end of your visit, you will agree that this is the best place to stay in Cabo and will want to make memories here year after year.

We had an amazing time. Everything we needed was in the condo. Both pools are steps away from the condo and getting into town on foot was safe, easy and fast. Such a great host. We had a million questions before the trip and during and she always responded promptly. The house manager was so friendly at the property and offered recs that were not tourist attractions. I highly recommend this place.

The beachfront view from the deck is amazing and a beach walk is just steps away. The condo is very spacious and plenty of room to unpack belongings. My one complaint is with the property management team. They did not do their job in preparing for our arrival so we had to have them in the day after our arrival to address water pressure issues. If a proper cleaning had been done days before we arrived, they would have known there were problems.

Fantastic location, great view, close to downtown and the marina when you want it, nice secluded beach when you don’t. Most reasonable food and drinks in town at la palapa right in front of the unit. Saw tons of whales which were a huge hit.
Unit has an insane amount of space and it was very nice.

Great communication with owner! Great Condo & peaceful surroundings. The condo had everything we needed. It was clean, large but cozy. The patio area had great views of the pool, ocean & we even could see whales migrating! Walking distance to town/ marina. The office staff was very helpfull will setting up taxis & rental car. The restaurant on property had great breakfast & lunch.

The view shown on VRBO is accurate. 3 couples stayed 1/27-2/3/24 and had our expectations exceeded. Overlooks pool, beach, and the Pacific. The unit is very comfortable and outfitted with all items needed for a wonderful stay. Terrasol is THE best location in Cabo. Can walk to marina in less than 10 minutes, making it close to all the wonderful restaurants and nightlife Cabo has to offer. Laurie was very responsive and made great recommendations for both excursions and restaurants. Terrasol is relaxing beyond belief-very quiet and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We will be back!

I arrived with 3 adult children and their spouses and 4 grandkids. We had an amazing week's vacation for my 70th birthday. the condo was a perfect place for us all to be together. Being close to Lands End on the Pacific side, it actually was good that the beach was not for swimming since it kept the kids safe. The pools were fantastic and the Palapa Bar served great food and drink - margaritas not to be missed! - we had many meals there, never leaving the property. So so easy to call an Uber to anywhere we wanted to go, including shopping trips to Walmart for food and necessities - quite easy. Highly recommended. Condo staff were very helpful - we hired a taxi for the whole family to take us up to San Jose del Cabo one day - went to other beaches and the treat of meal at Flora Farms. BTW a great dive shop just down the road: MantaScuba - several of us were able to do a day trip to LaPaz to snorkel with whale sharks and sea lions. Thank you!

This property is the perfect location if you're looking for beach, sunset/sunrise, and peaceful venues! The home offers space for large groups to have some privacy. 2 balconies with a view over the pool to the beach and ocean is beautiful! Easy walk to the Marina area. If you want to experience the Cabo life, it's just a 10 minute walk away.
Overall, we enjoyed the experience as a true flavor of Cabo. We even caught a nice tuna and marlin with Mario in the marina! Small boat for 4 and great captain!

The condo was great! Could use one less bunk for a full bed. Place was clean! Water pressure in the master wasn’t good. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedding and bed are great. View was stunning from the back porch.
Now the stuff that needs changing! Customers advise. The restaurant is understaffed and they don’t pay any attention to the customers because they work their tails off. It’s to small and if your not at breakfast by 8:30am your going to wait and I mean wait. Then they close at 5pm. Ridiculous! The staff even told us they need help and two shifts. Was really disappointed! The beach is amazing. But don’t plan on swimming. It’s not a swimming beach!
All in all we really enjoyed our stay. Location was great.

This was a beautiful condo in Cabo with four bedrooms and 3 baths. It had two balconies off the master suites and a third balcony off the main living area. The kitchen was nice and everything listed was supplied.
The bathrooms were warm as they don’t have great ventilation but the rest of the condo was cool. We had issues with two bedroom units but the owner completely took care of them quickly.
We loved the pool and Roger! The swim up bar was amazing and we ended up eating at the restaurant most days breakfast and lunch.
There is no swimming at our beach but another beach was close by. We did walk on our beach and get some amazing photos!
We would love to stay here again!

Our stay was fantastic. The view and location are unbeatable... We did have an issue with the A/C upon arriving but the property manager was able to address the issue in a timely manner. Would absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in Cabo.

The hostess Amanda was so great to deal with. It was my husband and my first time to Cabo and we enjoyed our stay so much. Amanda helped us with check in and check out. She was very accommodating. It was my 60th birthday that I will never forget. My whole family got to join us and we made lots of memories together. Love how close this is to everything. It is very quiet and was very clean.

Property was accurate to photos in listing. Clean and had everything we needed. The beach is private, so no one is trying to sell you anything. The pool bar had great drinks and food at very reasonable prices. The patio was amazing. We spent alot of time out there. We would definitely recommend and will stay here again on our next trip to San Lucas

This is a great and unusually large (4 bedrooms) place in Terrasol. If you aren’t familiar with Terrasol, it is a quaint, low key condo building and some owners rent out. This is not a 4 or 5 star hotel, it is probably more of a 3 star, but the location is great, the food is wonderful and we like the staff. I gave 5 stars because it had 4 bedrooms, very comfy beds, nice quality linens, plenty of pool towels and toys for a big family, and all things were working (A/C, fridge, etc.) Often at Terrasol there are issues. We had one issue where there were bugs in the bathroom so we avoided that bathroom and notified the owner, who said she would take care of it and also gave us a credit. A few minor improvements would be closing up/sealing the places where bugs can get in - there are some big holes under the bathroom counter and behind the toilet paper holder. The master bathroom toilet also runs, but you can’t hear it if you keep the door shut. And two of the screen doors were ripped/needing replacing.
This unit is very easy to access from main pool and has nice ocean views, however, usually we hear a lot of waves and on this visit we heard more loud neighbors watching movies or sitting outside. It felt a bit like a fishbowl where many units were close and faced us.
There was plenty of condiments, pots and pans and glassware (though they could use more wine glasses - there was only one functional). The laundry was convenient. We would return.

We loved seeing the ocean from our balcony, and also being close to all the shops and restaurants at the Marina. We particularily enjoyed the poolside bar and cafe, which had very reasonable and delicious food and drinks and wonderful service by Cesar and Dora.

Terrasol is the best location in Cabo! The staff are friendly, the views are unmatched, and the palapa pool bar serves up a mean margarita. We’ve stayed at other units in this resort, and this one got the job done. The unit is accurately depicted in the photos. It comfortably fit a group of six adults with room for more.

We had a wonderfull stay at Terrasol. Rental was exactly as described and a perfect place for our family. Ten minute walk from the marina and swimming on a public beach just around the corner. Saw whales every day right in front of the resort and could watch them from the balcony. Resort and staff were great. Would absolutely stay here again.

We just stayed for a week Oct 4th - Oct 11th. There were 10 of us, 5 adults and 5 children. Views were beautiful, we saw a baby turtle make its way to the ocean, a whale and sea lions from the balcony. The staff and grounds of Terrasol were phenomenal. The main reason for the 3 stars is because the swim up pool was not available for almost the entire duration of our stay. That was a big reason for us staying here and we only got to use it once. It was closed for maintenance. Something that is not within the owner's control so I would still highly suggest staying here! There are also daily fees with the resort per person per day that we were not aware of until shortly before our trip. We wish it had it listed in the original reservation so we could budget appropriately. While they weren't incredibly high fees per person, for a large family (like we have), daily fees add up quickly and would have liked to budget that in when we originally reserved the place. There was also no water at periods of time, which again, is not in control of the owner. We would absolutely stay here again!

Adequate accommodations
Overall the property met our basic needs but there’s room for improvement. The owner resolved concerns which included an ant problem in the bunkbed room (in, on and around the bed frames and bedding. We had to strip and wash all four beds). Ants were in the kitchen too. We had satellite dish issues for two days. We kept killing ants all week despite being sprayed professionally. The hotel staff is very friendly. Gym is old. Definitely has deferred maintenance issues as does the unit. Built in 80s and has some piecemeal updates. Nice patio furniture. Kitchen pans weren’t very good. Kitchen was grimy. Not a big deal if you don’t cook but we were a family of 10 so I wished the kitchen was better . Refrigerator was nice and new. Unit really was a hodgepodge of old and new. Some of the bedding was questionable, The linens were old. Pillows were stained. We made do. . Also please note that the bedroom with the bunk beds has an exterior door. So be careful with young kids opening it and exiting. The pool was awesome and the view was beautiful. Would I stay here again? No. At that price point, I didn’t expect to have paint peeling from cabinets, a broken screen door, grime on light fixtures, master bathroom sink missing stopper and dirty bath mats (in addition to the aforementioned items). Location was good though. Uber was easy to use. Owner did give us a small credit at the restaurant for our inconvenience.

Plenty of room for our group of 9. We loved the location close to the marina but, we really enjoyed the calm quiet atmosphere at the Terrasol. It gave us the relaxation we all were looking for in our vacation! The property management staff were very and nice and helpful too. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place!! Great location!! Plenty of space in the property. Amazing view of the pool and ocean. Close to the marina. Amanda (owner) and Enrique (property manager) were both friendly, responsive and helpful. Pool bar food and drinks were good and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again. We miss Cabo already.
