Really nice stay, close to everything

Big, nice apartament, in the city center, close to everything. 2 min walk to the water, 5 min walk to White Tower and 10 min walk to take the ferry to Perea beaches. Our flight was delayed, but Danis was really nice and waited for us to check in little after 23:00.

There are 2 bathrooms, but the showers are both in the same bathroom. The other one has only toilet and sink. It is something we didn't figure out from the photos and having 2 bathrooms was one of the main criteria for us, as 6 people.

Fantastic location - great hospitality / service

Location is amazing!! Property itself was spacious and well air conditioned. It was surprisingly quiet considering it was so central - this was a bonus!! Also We had a stocked fridge with plenty of water, and juice, croissants and coffee pods for the morning!!

Bathroom & second toilet felt tight but the rooms were big and everything was were clean.

The property is in an excellent location, very close to the port, shops and restaurants. The apartment has been fully renovated and is very spacious. It accommodated the five adults in our group superbly. Having an extra toilet was great. Dani was a very hospitable host, waiting up for us quite late at night on our arrival. He even helped us find a well priced parking station. He had plenty of fresh fruit, water and snacks in the kitchen for our arrival. The air conditioning was wonderful, the hot water in the shower was always hot and reliable and the beds were super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The elevator was a little bit rickety but it wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.

The apartment has dampness. There are no wardrobes in whole apartment. Not very clean apartment and you can't pay otherwise but cash although the host doesn't specify on booking. We also didn't get any receipt when we paid.

Large apartment that needs more care. In old building.

Large bedrooms and living area. Location was good for restaurants, shopping.

Parking on arrival and in area was very difficult you can’t stop in front of building. You will need to pay in car park. There is only one bathroom with 2 showers. The other toilet is a very small room with a washbasin (with leaking tap). Bedrooms are large but have nowhere to put luggage or bags on everything goes on floor which didn’t feel and look that clean. I feel apartment has great potential but needs more care.

The ideal short vacation place in Thessaloniki

Lcation is great, our host Danis was very friendly, the apartment is spacious, we had all the comfort we needed at this place.

The wi-fi connection went down for about 20 minutes when I was online for a business meeting and my family members who used the two rooms close to the living room said they had some noise coming from the club downstairs during the night. I, honestly did not hear anything, having chosen the room next to the kitchen. These were minor things anyway...

Great stay in the heart of Thessaloniki

Great location, within walking distance of most attractions, just a few steps away from the White Tower and the seafront. The apartment is quite nice with good size bedrooms, a separate kitchen and a nice balcony. Hats off to our host Danis who was very helpful and even left some water and sweet treats for us. Bonus tip - there's a really great restaurant right downstairs, "To Elliniko", definitely a must-try in Thessaloniki.

Nitpicking here, but the second bathroom of the apartment is really really small and the views in the back are nothing to write home about.

Everything was perfect, starting from the location to every detail. There was even food and drinks in the kitchen. The guy who was responsible for the apartement was extremly kind. wow wow wow. Everything from location to decoration was excellent. Easy convenient and located in the heart of the downtown city, walking distance to restaurants, seaside and white tower. comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms and good kitchen facilities with fruit and water and coffee capsules provided. Very happy with our stay and the host.

Parking is tricky downtown.

Big rooms with new good looking furniture. Found water, juice coffee, apples and some corns in the kitchen for all of us. The location is probably the best in Thessaloniki.

Great

The apartment was very comfortable, in the center of the town . The beds and pillows very comfy , there was cold water and fruit waiting for us in the fridge.Bathroom with two showers was also nice to spare the time. It was easy to contact with the owner .

You can't leave your car in front of the building , just to get the bags upstairs. You have to park first ( there is parking near ,20Eur for 24hours) One of the bedrooms was noisy because of the air conditioners from the other apartments and the pigeons flying.
