Rug, furniture badly stained, floor was sticky, dusty, hair/debris in the TV remotes, drawers, and dishes put away dirty. We’ve stayed at PW2 6 times, and never been so disappointed. Parking system is different, and we thought we might not be allowed check in. Ike’s has no lounge chairs, just camp style chairs. Fridge leaked.

The ease of process of renting was flawless! And the condo was amazing! Plenty of room for our family without having to step over each other. The only complaint….which has nothing to do with the condo or landlords, the wait for the elevators on the building at times was frustrating. However I would still highly recommend this condo!

The refrigerator was leaking, the filter had mold, and mold in the ice maker. Mold in the ice maker at the bar, mold in the outlets of the sink. All the supports on the master bed was collapsed. The shelves were missing in fridge. The dishwasher didn’t clean dishes had to hand wash. The floor turned my grand babies feet black.

We had a great time staying in this condo. The views are amazing and the location of the property is close to anything you need. My 1 and half year old had plenty of room to play. The beach access and pool and lazy river was perfect. We will definitely be going back

We very much enjoyed our stay in this well layed out condo. All the basics are at hand. Enjoyed the patio and watching sunrises, sunsets and a caught site of a couple dolphins passing by. We stayed at the end of February so we enjoyed a couple of walks on the beach. Otherwise the water in the ocean and the pools were too cold. The hot tubs made up for that tho! We flew in and did not rent a car. Found that Uber and Lyft were ok to get us around during the day within the area but are not a source for early morning pick ups back to the airport. So we hired "Pensicola Transport" to get us back. Highly recommend them.

I really hate that getting from floor to floor was such a problem because I loved the unit and the property however when it came time to bring our things upstairs there were no carts available and were told we might need to floor hop to find one. Also we waited downstairs for 1 and a half hours just to get on the elevator to get back up to our room… sadly we will not be staying here anymore. It is unacceptable to have to wait for elevators that long..

Location was perfect. Beautiful beach! Room was ready for our check in and access to get in was great. Building felt very safe and there were no issues with the elevators. I will say, that this condo is outdated compared to the others in the building. We were with a large group and the condos are all the same floor plan and everyone else’s was much more nice. We had a toilet that continued to have an issue with running even when we would try to fix it. The washer and dryer are quite old. (But they did work) The headboards in the one bedroom weren’t even attached. Did these things affect our stay, no, but when you are paying the same as the others who have a really nicely updated condo, this one definitely could upgrade many things as well. Also, remember to bring all paper products, garbage bags and soaps!! They tell you that for a reason! ;)

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean and had everything we needed. Tons of room and seating for everyone inside and out on the balcony. We had a TV in one of the bedrooms that was broken when we got to the room, and they literally had it replaced and working within an hour.

We've stayed in several Phoenix condos over the years and this unit was definitely below standard. The furniture is old, minimal, and scratched. The following did not work: 3 TVs, coffee maker, can opener, 3 lamps. We also had issues with the kitchen sink and dishwasher. The decor and lighting is not aesthetically pleasing. Most importantly read the fine print - bring your own hair dryer, toilet paper, trash bags, everything! Also note that when the building is full, the beach is over-crowded.

There were a few issues that we called maintenance for and we never heard back from anybody. There was mold in one of the bathroom and the refrigerator did not keep items cool. We felt this was a big issue and nobody ever addressed our issues. We cleaned the entire condo ourselves because the floors were not clean and there was layers of dust on the shelves. One of the mattresses was badly stained that we did not use that bed. Just think you should be aware of these issues and you should address you clients concerns when they call.
