About this house rental
No Pets. Luxurious 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, 3-levels of decks, fantastic roof-top deck, with Ocean and Beach Views for your memorable stay in Dewey Beach! Have to see the pictures. Stainless Steel and Granite Gourmet Kitchen with grand center island. Relax on 3 wrap around decks with the ocean views by the landscaped yard. Outdoor hot/cold Shower. Grill. High Speed Internet. Parking for total of up-to 5 cars: 2-3 cars on driveway in addition to 2 street-parking-permits for total of 5 cars. Optional additional weekly/daily paid street parking available for purchase at the town hall. Fresh LINEN provided. Bring your own towels. 2-blocks to restaurants and entertainments. Saturday-to-Saturday rentals is preferred due to weekly cleaning schedule.
*NOTE* : Please provide some info about your group when booking. We require guests to consist of no more than 4 unrelated groups with principle's minimum age of 24. A rental agreement will be mailed to guest's US address which has to be signed and returned with payment in order to finalize your booking.

- ground floor: The entry foyer opens to the bunk-room (BR4) which connects thru a hallway (with full-bath & laundry closet) to the back bedroom (BR3) which has a sliding glass door to the ground-level deck. Please note that to get to BR3 you have to walk thru the bunk bedroom or from outside deck thru the sliding glass door.
- 2nd floor: Living area with kitchen and powder room and deck area.
- 3rd floor: Bedroom1 and Bedroom2 each with en-suite baths. Each bedroom has sliding glass door to 3rd-level deck with spiral staircase to the rooftop deck.
- There is also an out door hot-water-shower and the beach chair closet and grill on the back.
Our House Cleaners put fresh sheets on all beds as part of cleaning+linen service. Guests need to bring Towels and house supplies.

We enjoyed our vacation near the ocean. This beautiful three-story house is practically on the sand. Very spacious and clean. The owner is very polite and easy to communicate with.
There are many restaurants nearby can be reached on foot with children. Also we enjoyed having dinner on the roof watching subset.
It was one of our best beach vacations!
We would like to go back there again!

We booked last minute, and are glad we did. The property was great, and Amir was awesome to deal with - very clear directions for everything. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils we needed, and we really enjoyed the large kitchen island. Great place to gather after a day in the beach. Will definitely look to book again next year.

Property location can not be any better. Check in process was easy and quick. Communication with owner was pleasant and timely. House has adequate parking for extended family.

Wonderful home to spend time at beach with family .
Owner Amir very responsive and accommodating..
Very impressed with how clean unit was when we arrived. Home well equipped with small appliances and cookware. Furniture was nice. Ample space for 10 people to eat together and enjoy game nite and movie nite. Great parking.

We just got back for our 1 week stay at this house. There were 9 of us, 13-50 years old. The house is super co
nvienent to walk to the beach, beds and rooms are comfortable and the decks, esp the roof top, are all really nice. For our group, the adults(3) had the top floor and all the young people(6) had the first floor (common area is the middle floor). This worked well for us, but if you have younger children, under 12ish, I do not think it is a good house for you. Amir is very kind and communicative leading up to our stay and check in was easy. Our biggest issue was with the common area set up. There was not a good pace for the 9 of us to hang out and/or eat together which we remedied with a quick rearrangment of furniture to make it more comfortable for for us (we put everything back as it was when we left). It was a lovely week in Dewey for our crew! TY!

We have been coming to Dewey for over thirty years. We always come for Columbus Day weekend. Our friends own a house nearby. Since our group has gotten bigger over the years, I decided to look for an additional place for my family to stay. When I saw the pictures and location for this property I knew that it would be perfect for us. It was everything that it said it was. And the host was very accommodating and always quick to respond. He was such a joy to communicate with. We will definitely be recommending this property and hope to return to it again in the near future.

Excellent stay - exactly as described with a smooth arrival and departure process. Plenty of room for our party of 11 (6 adults, 5 kids range 5-8 years old). I’d say for little kids (3 and under) this house might not be ideal as the kids bunk room is in the basement and the stairs might be an issue for little ones. For us, our kids were able to come and go from the beach with ease and the adults had too much fun. Great neighbors and walkable to restaurants/bars. Would stay again!!!

Excellent location
The location is great for the beach, and local restaurants are in walking distance. My granddaughters walked to the Rehoboth Boardwalk. The furniture is comfortable, and the beds are very firm. The house is clean , but there was a problem with ants in the kitchen. The owner was responsive and easy to reach. We enjoyed our visit and would recommend staying at this property.

The house was very easy to access, it was clean, and the location was perfect. The roof top deck was great and the bedrooms were very spacious and accommodating. The house was perfect for our family and friends. The house was very clean when we arrived. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent. We were there when remnants of a hurricane passed by. We felt really safe while in the house. No issues at all. Thank you for the excellent accomodations.

Excellent rental experience
We booked this property for a short last-minute getaway over a long weekend. The owner was fast to respond and thorough with instructions. The house was great: Right next to the beach; clean and comfortable; and had everything we needed (including beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards). Would definitely stay here again.

Going Back to Houston
Our return vacation of 2020 was delightful as always. Even though Cv19 was attempting to disrupt vacations, ours was great being together with family (6 ft apart, of course). Ocean looked beautiful and all enjoyed our stay. Can't wait til 2021!

Perfect house in a perfect location
We could not have been happier with our stay. The house is well laid-out. The location is ideal - quiet street, directly adjacent to the beach, and easy walking distance to all the Dewey restaurants and bars. The owner was very communicative and responded immediately to any questions we had. We had no issues with the house, appliances, or furniture. Everything was just as advertised - or better!

Ocean delight
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Houston St. The location to the ocean and the town of Dewey Beach can't be beat. We're already looking forward to returning there next Summer.
