Each house is fully furnished with a spacious living room and a fully supplied kitchen. This is a perfect arrangement for a large family, a growing family, or two families. We had a wonderful stay here! The location can’t be beat and the home was perfect for our group. We especially loved that we could bring our dog and the fenced yard. The home owners were very kind and helpful. We love coming to Dewey Beach and would definitely stay here again!

Awesome rental!!! The house was a 1/2 block from a great beach. We were within walking distance to restaurants and stores. Kids played mini golf a block away from the house. The house had everything we needed to cook with. Enough bedrooms and beds for the 12 of us. The house sleeps 16. There was a large porch for entertaining the grandkids and we usedit alot. There was also a outside deck above the porch. We had a great time in the house. Owners Susan and Paul were great to work with and answered any questions we had, which weren't many.

3 families came together to celebrate a 70th birthday. 13 of us and we all had a great time. The rental was perfect for our needs and the hosts were friendly and very accomodating. We will consider another family get together here in the future.

Paul and Susan’s home was wonderful! This was a surprise engagement weekend where two families stayed in the house and it worked out perfectly. Tons of bedrooms, proximity to the beach was awesome and all of the common spaces in the house were wonderful and really afforded us an awesome atmosphere to hang out and enjoy time with the families. Highly recommend!

The A-Frame was the perfect house in the perfect location for our friends beach reunion. The location of the house could not be more convenient; so close to the beach and so close to the starboard/the main road. The house itself was quirky and cute and perfect. It has plenty of parking space, plenty of bathrooms, and everything you could need in the kitchen. The best part was having separate spaces n the main house and the carriage house. The two kitchens were so helpful with such a large group (especially having two fridges!) and having a separate living room was perfect for a few of us to have some work related zoom calls throughout the week without being disturbed. We loved having the upstairs deck and the lower covered deck and booked this house in part because of the covered outdoor space in case of rain, but the main house living area was so spacious that we didn't feel cramped in there the one night we had a storm. The hosts were so super responsive whenever I reached out with questions and always provided really thorough answers which was so appreciated! I'm already trying to convince everyone to go back for a second trip!

The A-Frame is a great place for a big extended family like ours. It was great that some of the bedrooms are located in the carriage house since that made it much quieter for those who needed an early night and an early morning. Kitchens had everything we needed for preparing a big meal. For the time of year we were there (Thanksgiving), we were all happy to be close to the beach and shops and bars.

We had 4 couples in our group and loved our stay at Rehoboth by the Sea! It was the absolute perfect location between Starboard and the beach. The house was clean and there was plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. We also really enjoyed the outdoor living spaces. Thank you!

Charming, unusual for our group house with close eating spots, something we wanted. Close enough to Rehoboth to walk there for the young people and we loved the close location to the beach. Sorry about the key mix up but all ended well.

Not only are pets allowed but they also get to go on vacation by exploring the property without a leash. This minute detail made a world of a difference for the tenants' stay. Other rarities that blew my mind include AC controllability room to room, property owner responsiveness, cleanliness, and seclusion. The family loved being close to Starboard but not have any interference with noise at night. I have been going to Dewey Beach for over a decade and this is by far the best spot to date.

We had a wonderful vacation at this beach block home with a lot of great amenities and convenient features. If you or anyone else is particularly allergic to dogs, you may want to avoid or ask for a deep cleaning of floors/furniture, etc. Our son had a tough time as he is pretty allergic to dog hair. Although very close to Starboard, we had no problem with noise, which was a particularly sensitive point, with 2 toddlers in our home. In general, it is a fantastic home with great common areas and everything you need for a fun family time.

My friends and I were so thrilled to find this listing for our trip to Dewey Beach for our friends wedding. As we were all coming from all over the country, this spot gave us the perfect spot to hang out together. Three houses from the beach, across from The Starboard, and a great location in the town we all highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a spot for a large group.

The house is perfect for a Dewey Beach weekend. Access to all the local bars and restaurants, beach is close, and the house can accommodate so many people. Would recommend for anyone headed down for a party weekend / trip. Hosts are great people to work with!

The house was great for what we were looking for (~10 adults and 5 kids and a dog). There was some dog hair in the property but that was to be expected given that it allows animals. The location is great as it is within walking distance of plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, and the beach and the deck area on the ground floor between the two houses allowed for plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the weather without being in the sun all day.. Paul and Susan were excellent and very accommodating as well. Highly recommend!
