The home Is spacious and attractive. Our family had a wonderful vacation. However, I am left with the impressIon that the owner does not personally inspect the property. Of the five burners on the stove, only the two small ones work. The rail holding the silverware drawer beneath the stove was collapsed on one side. The igniter on the barbecue grill didn’t work. The wire brush to clean the barbecue grill was completely worn down. Many of the plates and mugs were chipped. The frying pans were so badly scraped that the teflon was flaking into the food, making them unusable. A broken receptacle plate in the kitchen was being held onto the wall with packaging tape. The two couches in the room off the kitchen are so worn and uncomfortable that they need to be replaced.

The condition and cleanliness of the house left much to be desired. The house was in serious need of a deep cleaning and QC. We found debris, and dead and living bugs in many corners of rooms, on floors, under furniture and beds, in the kitchen sink cabinet, in bedroom light fixtures, bathroom, etc. Only one stove top burner got red hot, making cooking for our large group of adults and children considerably more difficult. Host did nothing. Many lightbulbs were missing throughout the inside of the property, including in the downstairs bathroom where a flickering light fixture posed a persistent annoyance and several of the bathroom vanities. An uncovered/open outlet in the dining room was extremely dangerous, as two infants were able to access it and play with it. Two seemingly discarded, derelict, ripped upholstered chairs, one with matching hassock, were on the outside lower patio, both are an eyesore and a health hazard, more suitable for a homeless encampment. An area rug’s long edge in the main floor nook was very curled and raised, a trip hazard. Etc.
The advertised 7th bedroom had a dilapidated and unusable, ripped and broken, futon, which created a great inconvenience for us since we were counting on its use. We payed considerably extra for a house with a 7th bedroom. Host did nothing.
Basic standards of cleanliness, functionality, and safety were not met.
I was very embarrassed to hold our family reunion at this house. Thankfully, the weather and lake were good.

For the cost of the most recent trip would have enjoyed a property somewhat cleaner
Location had all the right pieces but was honestly dated and not clean.
Stove top burner did not function properly,
Lights were out around the home, and was just simply not clean.
4 day stay close to 9k there’s plenty to handle all the needed repairs within my stay let alone all the others.
Anyway, everything else was great, just has to do with the overall cleanliness and function

My mom and I have stayed there twice.
The first time was a short trip then we spent a month there. It was wonderful. It started to feel like home. Everything you need is provided for you. They supplied plenty of towels which a lot of places don’t. It was in the cooler months so we didn’t spend much time at the dock. The view was awesome. It was so nice to get up every morning and look at that view. That’s one thing I really miss since we left.
The host was great. Very easy to communicate with and always would get right back to you. Al in all you won’t be disappointed if you stay here. There is plenty of room for family or guests.
I hope to spend some time there this summer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lake home. We had a clear view of the lake from almost every room. The house had everything we could want. There were plenty of towels, which I was very happy about because a lot of times homes fall short on providing these. This is a large home so you have enough room for family and friends. I had several questions for the host and he was very easy to get in touch with and responded quickly.
This house is great. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This house had a decent location on Lake Lanier, but it has not been well maintained. Many of the windows did not work which was a problem since we were without air conditioning for 24 hours due to a tornado touching down in the area and knocking down power lines. The house had no flashlights or other source of lighting so we remained without lighting for 24 hours as well. Some of the boards on the back stairs were not nailed down, making them dangerous for our grandkids to walk on. There were not enough towels in any of the bathrooms and no soap for showering. For the price we paid for this house, we expected much more. It definitely did not live up to the reviews!

Let’s start with the many positives. House is on a great quiet cove, but still close to grocery stores. Great dock to hang out at and really easy walk to and from the house. That’s rare on Lake Lanier. Plenty of room for the 5 couple, one adult and 2 kids. So, 5 stars on the main things. I gave a 4 overall because it lacked some key things that one would expect for a house of this size and at this cost. There was no furniture at all at the dock. Good thing we brought chairs. The dock is also without electricity. The house needs to be sprayed for ants. Ants got into one guest’s suitcase and a bowl of beans in the kitchen. There were no paper towels, spices of any kind, glass bowls or pans, and Tupperware or anything to store leftovers. None of the bathrooms had soap - only shampoo. The house itself could use some work. No one of these are a big deal, but when you pay this much for a house, you don’t expect to run into this. Still, the consensus of the group was that the positives far outweighed the negatives, therefore we would rent the house again.

Everything was perfect for my 40th birthday. The home accommodated our family and was an awesome place to turn 40.

It was a beautiful view and the neighborhood was good for walking although there was no sidewalk.
Great restaurant nearby - Tam's backyard.
I think it would have been so much better if there were some games stocked in the house. There was 1 game - taboo but some game pieces were missing.
The ping pong table was great.
If there were kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, or anything to get in the water with, that would have made it amazing.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location and the home was nice and accommodated our large family. The Grands really enjoyed the ping pong table and play area downstairs.

The house is wonderful - well put together, lots of space, in a great neighborhood, with a nice boat dock only a few steps away. The location has the benefit of being in a quiet part of Lake Lanier. Lots of beauty and lots of comfort. My only negative is that the grill is a mess and wasn't usable. All else was terrific.

This was our second time staying at this property. It does not disappoint. The house has everything you need for a large group. The location is the best on the lake in my opinion, with a flat walk to the dock and water. The property manager's are very attentive making sure periodically that our stay is going well. They also made some nice upgrades to the house since my last stay so I am assuming they are very responsive to feedback. I have never had any complaints. Just an amazing property.

Wonderful house and property, it was perfect for creating lasting memories with my family. The owners were easy to get a hold of and were amenable when requests were made.

Nice spacious house and boat dock. lots of outside area for kids to play.
Great PingPong space in the basement.
Well appointed kitchen. Air conditioning worked well in much of the house but some areas did not keep up.
Plenty of refrigerator and freezer space with 2 large units and a small one in the basement.

The house is in a gorgeous neighborhood. (The neighbor has a helicopter parked on their 20 acre property!) The lake is beautiful morning, noon and night. We spent a lot of time on the dock, hanging out and enjoying the water. The house is large and well stocked, especially the kitchen - pot and pans a plenty. The ONLY reason for my less-than 5 star rating is the need for the cleaning crew to rid the high ceilings and windows of spider webs. It's a simple thing. But the ladies in our party were on edge about it all week.
Communication with the property managers and owners was VERY good. I asked questions and received answers within minutes.

This property was perfect for our family gathering from all over the country for a 100th birthday celebration. Remote location, but convenient to groceries and gas; peaceful setting; great rooms and solariums for large and small conversations; porch for grilling; large, well-kept lawn leading down to the dock, and sunrise views from most rooms.

The house is in a beautiful, quiet and safe location. Great place to relax with easy access to the lake. Plenty of room for our large family. The house has minor cosmetic dings but overall everything we needed worked.

This is a beautiful setting. Directly across from Young Deer park.
Such a great cove on the lake! Quiet and peaceful.
The home is large ( pretty dated ) but can house a large family comfortably.
Bring small fans if summer.
It is a good walk to the dock. There are no chairs, or power on the dock. Make sure to bring chairs and lanterns.
We had a fun 5 days!

We rented the home for a family reunion in July 2021. The communication was great as was the owner/managers desire to please but unfortunately we don’t feel as if the property lived up to the price. It’s a great location right on the lake but the home needs some attention if it’s to live up to the cost. We had some cleanliness issues that we made the owner aware of and they sent the cleaning crew back out to address but by then we had already taken care of it. After the initial issues we found some significant fluid stains on one of the single mattress in the downstairs bedroom. We had issues with toilets running all night and the A/C shutting off while asleep resulting in uncomfortable conditions in the bedrooms. We respected the owners signs and did not alter the settings on the AC but each of the upstairs bedrooms became an oven in the overnight hours. The outside needs to be sprayed for bees/wasps as they were a constant nusence.

We had a great time staying on this property. 3 families of 4 with room to spare. The house is big and in a great neighborhood. We rented a pontoon and tube for the day from Port Royal and drove it to little islands around the lake and to Margaritaville . We also brought out ski boat and was able to watch each other from the dock at the house. I would definitely stay here again!

This location is idyllic, the house is located on what our family called the lake cul-de-sac. Lake Lanier is beautiful and this house was spacious enough for our extended family of 10 people. We enjoyed boating, cooking out and lots of games. The house is located only a few minutes from the Publix grocery store.

I rented this home as the backdrop for celebrating my husband’s birthday & to welcome friends we hadn’t seen in 10 years. It was immaculate & there was plenty of space for the 11 of us to gather. We dock our pontoon boat at a nearby marina. We brought it over for the weekend & the home’s party dock was perfect. The deck is a seamless extension of the kitchen to grill, eat, drink, & congregate. We checked in excited in anticipation of a great weekend and we checked out with memories we’ll keep for the rest of our lives. Thank you to the owners for sharing this beautiful home.

House was big and clean, lots of space for the family. Beautiful location by the lake. Landscaping and home could use some updates. Old and rotting chairs left on dock.

Beautiful home with lots of space. Large backyard with easy access to dock. Plenty of room for our family to relax and enjoy a weekend together. Large TV to watch the DAWGs win!!

The house is aesthetically beautiful. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. The sunroom rafters were full of spider webs and live spiders (black widow) and a live snake was found in the living area of the bottom floor on the second day resulting in the inability for my granddaughters to sleep in the bedroom downstairs. They also on the living room sofas. The weather was wonderful but we couldn’t open windows because there were so many spider webs and wasp nests between the screens and windows. We also felt insecure because the sliding glass doors on the bottom level do not lock and the only locking mechanism on the sliding glass doors between the living room and deck is on the screen.
