New and fabulous!! Professionally decorated 4 bedroom 4&1/2 bath beachfront condo in turquoise place with all amenities including custom lighting! Massive open kitchen with granite bar and top of the line appliances including wine cooler and ice maker. Unlimited dining space. Den with comfy seating and gas fireplace. Roomy master bedroom has luxurious king bed with exceptional linens. Master bath with large walk in shower, great jacuzzi and flat screen TV! Unbelievable closet space throughout with laundry room ,washer/dryer to die for! 2nd and 3rd guest rooms with king beds have flat screens and astounding views of surroundings including beaches/bay with private bathrooms. 4th bedroom has 2 full beds with flatscreen and private bath. End unit outdoor balcony wraps around the condo so the view speaks for itself! Also has outdoor balcony gas grill with sink and private hottub! Great property. The Condo was very nice and clean. The owner was super nice. She communicated with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our time in Orange Beach, and Turquoise place is a well-appointed condo centrally located to restaurants and souvenir shops, grocery stores and is beach front!! The condo owner of this unit contacted us early in our stay (Monday) to let us know the prior guest had problems with the dryer not working and asked if we had the same issue. We didn’t have any wash to do by then so I didn’t know. On Thursday, I confirmed it did not. A tech came by but it was never resolved. I also let the owner know the remote control in the master bedroom did not work to operate the tv. She acknowledged and apologized but it did not get fixed during our stay. Apparently it needed to be reprogrammed. Minor inconveniences and annoying, but overall, our enjoyment of the property overshadowed those two issues. I am still debating whether Turquoise is worth the significantly higher price point than other nearby (and newer) properties. So far, it is the only place I’ve seen that has the hot tub on the balcony per each unit, so that is hard to beat. We likely would stay again.

This property was amazing! We had a group of 11 ranging from 1 - 55 years old and everyone was comfortable and had a great time. Hoping to be able to go back next summer!

This unit was wonderful. Great location and beautifully decorated. Overall, it was very clean. The only thing that was disappointing was the amount of mold in the master shower and shower head and the mold in one of the guest showers.

This was the absolute best condo we have ever rented. Everything was just as advertised. The amenities in the unit were up to date and well taken care of; tons of pots and pans, two different coffee makers and the top of the line appliances were superb. We have more than enough room for the 13 of us, all of the beds including sleeper sofas were as comfortable as our bed at home. Would most definitely rent again.

It was an incredible place to stay and everything was perfect. The only hitch was the address on the email they gave us to check in was incorrect. We eventually found it as it is a beautiful building. The rest of our stay was perfect.

Our only complaint was with the television service. We had difficulty working with the system and eventually could not watch on any of the 4 televisions. More detailed information is needed on how to use them.

We more than enjoyed our time at this exquisite location. The condo contained all the amenities one desires and so much more. The views were majestic and we enjoyed a delightful trip at this fabulous property. Many thanks to the attentive owner for making our trip worry free and enjoyable on every level.

It was a great place to stay, but our hot tub didn’t work until our last day, but the host did all they could to remedy the situation. My suggestions for the host is maybe a few more forks, there was 8 of us and only about 10 forks total, and maybe a cake pan and a few more pots and maybe a few more dish towels ( we bought some, 2 wasn’t enough) All in all we had a great time and it was a great place to stay!

Orange Beach just isn’t the place for me; not very walk/bike friendly- windy as heck felt like I was in Aruba. Most things within 10 minutes but the traffic flow was a little janky. Accommodations were great exactly as advertised and couldn’t have been better the area just not for me.

We stay here 5/20/23 - 5/27/23. The condo was wonderful and had everything that we needed. It is in a great location in proximity to all the town shopping and food choices. The condo property itself is great for families. There is a large pool area, an indoor pool, workout facility, lazy river and immediate access to the beach. We will absolutely stay here again and are already planning out trip back for next year!

Issues with the hot tub were known long before we were made aware. Last minute offers to cancel, of course, are simply lip service. Too late to make other arrangements and the idea was to be AWAY from the stress. Black mold on the shower head, green mold all around the sliding glass door casing, loud whistling noise to the extent our dinner was dissrupted... finally realized if we open the glass door about two inches it stopped. For a high end rental, I expected to not have to deal with these things. Dont rely on getting support or resolution of your concerns from owner or VRBO. We made the best of it, Tourqouise Place is lovely. We would not rent this unit again.

My wife and I took our 9-year-old daughter and in-laws to Orange Beach, AL and Turquoise Place for a weeklong Spring Break vacation!! This property didn't disappoint! Tons of space, very comfortable and the view was spectacular. I look forward to leasing this property next year for my daughter's Spring Break!! Loved every minute!

Turquoise towers has been under investigation by the Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH) since December due to a Legionella outbreak in their water system. This meant that all of Turquoise Tower's hot tubs were unavailable for use during our stay...which we didn't learn until our arrival. Normally, we wouldn't be upset about a single amenity being unavailable, but given that it was wintertime in Orange Beach, my group and I were banking on spending a majority of our weekend in the private hot tub on the balcony (a feature that makes these condo more desirable and expensive than others in the area). Upon contacting the Condo owner, we learned that the owner had in fact known about the bacterial outbreak and unavailable hot tubs, yet chose no to tell us. We asked for compensation, but our only options were to leave for a refund, or stay and get nothing. Period. There are plenty of other beach front properties with private hot tubs, but we chose Turquoise for it's private hot tub on the balcony (I can't use a community pool because of my immune system during chemo). Again, being that it was WINTERTIME in Orange Beach, not having a private hot tub (which is what we agreed to and paid for) put a huge damper on our freezing weekend and left us with nothing to do at the condo. No to mention, the entire experience with the owner was pretty much a nightmare, and we ended up having to receive compensation through VRBO directly. Save your money and find a better place to stay.

This is the one you've been looking for - everything about Rockstar is perfect. It starts with the ease of location of the parking space in relation to the bank of elevators continues through to the beauty of the decor to the amount of space for all to the absolutely stunning views throughout. The pictures on the website are fantastic and I'm not kidding, they do not compare to the reality.

3 of my sisters and our husbands shared the condo for one’s 60th birthday. The weather was absolutely amazing (80 degrees in January!) and the condo perfectly clean and spacious. We enjoyed long walks on the beach, playing Yahtzee on the balcony, great food and dancing in the kitchen! Highly recommend Turquoise Place C-509! Our only complaint was not being able to stay longer.

Our stay was PERFECT! We had four generations gather in this beautiful condo. Every family had a room and a bathroom. The living room was perfect for our 8 and the dining table was a perfect size for all of us to play games. The view, just gorgeous. Dolphins swimming in the ocean every morning was a perfect view to start our day off. . Tresha, owner, couldn't of been any nicer and helpful to us. We are all very grateful to have enjoyed this Christmas 2022 at Turquoise Place.
