Gull Reef 634 has been Professionally decorated and renovated with all new furnishings. Located in the Gull Reef building of Tybee's Beachside Colony, Gull Reef 634 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo which features a partial side ocean view from the private balcony. Enjoy all the amenities Beachside Colony has to offer, including two community pools, direct beach access, and an onsite restaurant, The Deck. The building has elevator access. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.
The professionally decorated living area has a large flat-screen Smart TV and a Queen sleeper sofa. The contemporary design includes an open floor plan with balcony access. The dining area has a large dining table with seating for 6 and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The kitchen has also been updated with all new appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped along with a stackable washer and dryer.
Bedroom 1 is furnished with a King-size bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and has access to the balcony and an attached bath. The attached bathroom is appointed with dual vanity sinks and a large custom tile shower. There are 2 additional bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with a Queen Bed, with TVs in each room. There is WIFI internet access is available for guest use in this condo. There is onsite parking for 2 vehicles.
NOTE: Larger SUV`s may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/ high seasons.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great, the beach was wonderful, the food at The Deck was fabulous, the condo was clean and comfortable but they do not stock much of anything, only a few basics to get you started. We will definitely be back.

Couch & dining chair cushions are ready to be replaced... One mattress had a dip in the middle, others were very firm, could use a topper in the master... The door lock (it took 6 tries to open, then wouldn't lock)needed new batteries - we missed our dinner reservations the first night waiting for someone to take care of it... Overall, we were pleased...

Great & Family Friendly
We went and spent a long weekend here. It was fantastic staying with family and friends for such a big group. Everyone had their space and the open area was large enough to accommodate the whole group for dinner and breakfasts (we always ate lunch out). Highly recommend.

Great place clean rooms
This is a great place to stay. Definitely coming back. The only complaint is that there need to be more signs for the building itself and for parking. Also, if you own a big vehicle, you won’t fit. And we had a hard time finding a parking spot. After the first day, we figured it out fairly easily.

PERFECT!!
Everything about this place was perfect! Super clean and tons of space. Kitchen fully loaded with everything needed and tons of towels and blankets. Whoever decorated this please did a great job. Felt homey but still had a great beach vibe. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect beach location
We rented the condo for a beach Siblings Trip, to recognize our milestone birthdays. We had a partial ocean view, sitting directly behind a building facing the beach. We could see the beach and hear the glorious sounds of waves from the balcony. The beach is a easy to access through the bottom of the parking garage.
The condo kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cookware that we needed for our stay. They provided one roll of bathroom tissue per bathroom so we had to purchase more for our 5 day/4 night stay.
We spent two days touring Savannah. It’s great to have a beach and a historic city, all in one vacation.
The check-in/check-out process was a breeze! The property management company makes it look easy. My brother arrived early and he was able to store his luggage at their office location. This ride from the airport was $40-$45.
This place is 95% “pros” and 5% “cons”. The 5% can be corrected with a plush mattress topper and additional bathroom tissue :)

Only thing, thought the pools were small, so they got very crowded. But condo was very nice, , liked having the Deck restaurant right there.

Nice condo
This was a nice condo. We really liked the on-site restaurant. We had a couple of issues - no sheets for the sofa bed and a/c was shutting off. But TVR was incredibly nice and responsive and sent someone out immediately. Would recommend!

Nothing overly special
Property location was fine and it was clean. Covid restriction kept the pool closed which we knew booking it a few weeks prior to our arrival. We were hoping the HOA would have opened the pool. Got locked out- again that happens. Rental management was fast to rectify. Not all TV’s were working to cable. The bed in master bedroom was like sleeping on plywood and the living room furniture was not that comfortable. The restaurants we ate at were good. Island quite walkable. Area clean and beach patrollled. Island quaint. Would come back but not to this unit

this was the first time we had ever stayed on the island and it was amazing! So clean, so spacious, exactly where we wanted to be. from now on we will he staying on the island. we are coming back in 3 weeks and are definitely staying here again!!

Great condo, good food, wonderful weather. Can't say enough about our stay on Tybee. Fourth time to the island & it never gets old. Love the ease of check-in and check-out with this property manager.

Just ok - overpriced for what you're getting
First the positives: The unit is well represented by the photos - the furnishings are lovely and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and very well appointed with everything we needed for dishware and utensils - though salt and pepper would have been nice. Marlin Monroes had decent food (fish fingers - YUM) and was conveniently located right downstairs. There are three pools, a nice large patio area and easy beach access.
Now the negatives: the unit is extremely loud at night with the front being on the street side and the back adjacent to the parking garage which echoes with people leaving the restaurant and bar at all hours of the night - and that was during the off season, I can't imagine how loud it must be at peak times of the year.
One of the beds had dirty sheets that were full of sand and bits of tortilla chips (to be fair, when we called the rental company they sent someone to change them quickly) and the floors were filthy and turned everyone's feet black.
They charge a cleaning fee and two separate service fees - the check in paperwork says its to cover damages but it's not refundable no matter how perfect you leave it. I get the cleaning fee, but expect that it would actually be clean when we arrive, and that we don't have to remove our own trash for that amount. Also there were no toiletries provided - even a cheap hotel takes out your trash and provides shampoo and conditioner - and this place is definitely not cheap. A deposit to cover potential damages should be refunded when there are none - not charged across the board which penalizes good guests as well as bad.
The pools were just ok - very small and they were shocked at peak times leaving the kids standing around unable to use the pool, which was very inconvenient and frustrating. They are billed as heated but if they were it was barely discernible to all of us. This isn't the fault of the room but since it's advertised as a perk I felt it was justified to comment on.
The balcony is small and awkwardly shaped and the table and chairs were oversized for it making it almost impossible for four of us to sit around the table.
Bottom line, it's spacious and comfortable but wayyyy overpriced in our opinion. What we paid for three nights in this unit was equivalent to almost two weeks in the condo we rented beachfront in San Pedro Belize a couple of months ago - and that included daily housekeeping, toiletries, trash removal, etc.
