Хороший готель в центрі міста

Чудове місцерозташування, сучасні, чисті номери, привітний персонал.

Це один з найкращих готелів в співвідношенні ціна/якість

Готель був на висоті!!!! Перше що хочеться зазначити: персонал. Приїжджала по відрядженню із додатковими вихідними днями. Адміністратор терпляче з розумінням провела мені документи по відрядженню і проконсультувала як зберегти бронь у букінгу. Звернутися до персоналу можна по будь-якому питанню, вони завжди допоможуть чи порадою, чи обігрівачем, або просто збереженню речей після виселення... Сніданки смачні й різноманітні. Безлімітний обсяг напоїв для каво-/чайо-манів рятує вечорами) У номерах чисто, і наявність мікрохвильової печі із достатньою к-стю посуду дозволяє розігрівати їжу з доставки. Меблі розміщені у номері дуже зручно і продумано, що особливо важливо у роботі за ноутбуком. Сейф наявний. Місцезнаходження також вдале, поряд із пішохідною зоною та транспортною розв'язкою. До цього готелю хочеться повертатися, що я зроблю наступного разу. Дякую за приємне проживання)

Короткі ліжка. Мені, невисокій дівчині було зручно, а от моїй подрузі не дуже було зручно спати. Відсутність ліфта (про що є попередження одразу!) або людини яка б допомогла піднести речі.

В целом, не плохой вариант на пару дней или 1 ночи

Расположение прям в центре города, вкусный завтрак.

Старый диван в номере, портил интерьер и на троение. Звукоизоляция слабая, всех слышно

Розташування - навпроти пам'ятника Тарасу Шевченку Сніданок - шведська лінія, неочікувано різноманітний кавомашина - бомба!

Місцерозташування супер. Персонал дуже люб'язний і привітний! Сніданки доволі смачні. В номері чистенько)

Номер з вікнами у стелі. Щоб дістатись до вікон і провітрити номер, треба було просити драбину. Тхнуло каналізацією з труб, тільки в моменті, коли хтось приймає душ - тхнуло менше, потім знову неприємний запах повертався (висновок один - відсутній гідрозатвор/сифон для перешкоджання цьому).

When renting the room there be prepared to be fined for every scratch and chip on the glass

The room was really clean, with everything necessary.

My family stayed in this hotel more then 5-7 times, and the last time we had an issue with the staff. They have glass soap dish, which is not fixed on the surface. So it got chipped by tiles. And they fined us for that. So they put potentially dangerous item, and then fine customers for it.

Very comfortable rooms, nice bathroom and bed Staff were really helpful

A bit noisy if you have people above you, breakfast is minimal and there needs to be more fruit and better bread--the latter is very easy to do in Ukraine!

The location is great – right by the main square with lots of cafés, restaurants and museums. The room was clean and fresh, it also had a couple of plates, cups, some cutlery and even champagne glasses which was cool since we came to the city to celebrate New Year.

We had asked for a double bed as in a queen-size or king-size bed, instead, we got a bed that not only was, in fact, two beds pulled together but was also extremely short – my partner is not very tall but his feet were hanging down. I understand that everyone has a different understanding of what is a short bed, so I measured it: 175 cm – was this bed stoled from a kids bedroom? What's more, the room had practically no window – only a tiny round glass hole up on the ceiling which was impossible to reach and which, of course, wasn't constructed in a way that allowed people to open it to get some fresh air. When we asked the staff to give us another room they claimed that all the beds were the same size and normal-sized human windows are only available in higher-class rooms, which are priced accordingly as if the presence of a window in a hotel room were some kind of special request and required an additional fee. They also claimed that the hotel was fully booked and there was no way we can move to another room. Eventually, I asked if they would give us a refund for the rest of our stay if we moved out – and magically not only one but two rooms with normal-person-sized beds and regular windows appeared at the staff's disposal and we were even able to choose between them. After our successful move, we discovered that our new dwelling, in a similar way that the previous one, was missing a lot of small but necessary pieces of furniture and details like a second chair (this is a room for two, right?), bathroom rugs (nobody wants to walk on cold tiles), a shelf in the bathroom, a hook for your coat, soap and sponge to do the dishes (the plates are not a decoration, are they?). Maybe I'm just an ignorant peasant from the south of the country and unaware that all these things are considered a luxury, you tell me, but such details have greatly affected our general impression of the stay.
