An amazing stay in an amazing city.

This property was absolutely fabulous- well located in the centre, clean, abundance of towels, slippers included and fast internet. The property manager was very kind and answered fast. We had a car so we requested a garage space and one was provided to us right in the building, which is hard to find in the centre. Very happy with the apartment and will definitely stay there again next time I’m in Lviv!

Гарні сучасні апартаменти у центрі міста. Є все необхідне. В наявності різний посуд, чай, кава, питна вода, дуже зручно.

Чудовий вікенд у Львові

Дуже зручне помешкання для родини 4-6 чоловік. Гарна постіль, тепло, зручні матраци, пухнасті рушники. Сучасний охайний ремонт, власний підземний паркінг 200 грн за добу, до Львівської опери пішки 10 хвилин. Персонал привітний і доброзичливий.

Не працював ліфт кілька разів на день. Під‘їзд трохи брудний. В квартирі не вистачало посудомийки.

Чудовий варіант якщо потрібен паркінг в будинку та укриття.

Нова квартира. Все відповідає повністю як на фото. Беріть найвищу категорію . Всі зручності, навіть посуд для приготування їжі (хто на дієті або з особливим харчуванням просто ідеально) Є пральна машина з функцією сушки , не користувалась але гель для прання був. Я шукала саме апартаменти з паркінгом, він всередині будинку, під час обстрілів можна не хвилюватись за авто. Укриття там же . Зручно що через дорогу торгівельний центр, є супермаркет та планета кіно. Якщо раптом вам щось потрібно купити то все поряд.

Загалом квартира гарна бо нова, але прибирання могло б бути кращим, на сідушках стільців в кухні купа перхоті, диван в якихось пʼятнах, я навіть сісти на нього боялась, бо вони явно не від їжі . Подушки в спальні видно що були на підлозі , бо на них бурубяхи з пилюки причепилися, можливо з прибиранням поспішали і тому мені не дуже пощастило . Ще мінус дім прямо в 10 метрах від жд колії , чутно кожен поїзд , я сплю завжди в бірушах, тому мені було все одно , але радила б власнику подбати про одноразові біруші для гостей, бо можна постійно прокидатися від гуркоту якщо дуже чутливий сон. Ну і на кінець щоб потрапити в квартиру і паркінг Вам прийдеться пройти невеличкий квест )) бо поселення самостійне, все на схованих кодах, паролях, сейфах, для мене це не було проблемою але наприклад для літніх людей це була б місія неможлива ))) враховуйте якщо будете замовляти апартаменти для родичів чи батьків

Балкон, вид з балкона і ця гойдалкакрісло це щось неймовірне! Сподобалось, що в квартирі є вся побутова техніка!!!! Чайник, праска, пральна машинка, гладільна доска, пилосос і навіть посудомийна машинка… Зручне розташування! До центру пішки з дітьми за 10хв. ФорумЛьвів просто через дорогу!

Одного дня були ремонтні роботи , тому звук був вражаючим. Але закінчили вони о 20.00 тому притензіі немає.

Тільки позитивні емоції.

Житло. Великі апартаменти – для 5 чоловік міста вистачило, ніяких незручностей. 2 санвузли – зранку для 5 чоловік це важливо. На кухні все справне і всього посуду вдосталь. Комплімент від господаря: вода мінеральна, трохи чаю, кави, цукру, спецій тощо - тобто перша вечеря або сніданок не обовязково шукати кафе. Вода холодна та гаряча – постійно. Меблі нові, всі механізми – працюють чітко. Білизна – нова. Може що й забув, але то від того, що не було до чого причепитися. Все було добре. І тихо-тихо – всі вікна у двір. Розташування: 300 м до Опери. Що ще сказати? Персонал: чудовий. Персоналу не видно, але як треба вирішити якесь питання – все вирішується миттєво. Смішно сказати, але ніхто з нас не вмів користуватися газовими приладами. Через хвилину після дзвінка адміністратору був проведений інструктаж та проведений майстер-клас по застосуванню газової плити та системи опалення. Навіть у дорозі до Львова у нас було відчуття, що нас весь час вели за руку. Паркування: власний підземний паркінг. 300 грн на добу. Можна запаркуватись дешевше (за 200 метрів – вулична парковка 10 грн/год), або безкоштовно під вікнами – але вкрай проблемно та ненадійно. Висновок – вдячність господарям! Рекомендую.

Рекомендація: на балконних дверях відсутні засоби фіксації ззовні у закритому стані. Якщо хтось на балконі палить цигарку – весь дим заносить до кімнати. Треба встановити звичайний пружинний або магнітний тримач на двері (ціна питання – 30 грн).

Дуже сподобалось, в наступні візити до Львова будемо намагатися до вас потрапити 🙂

Дуже гарне помешкання - в новому будинку, сучасне, стильне, має всю необхідну нову техніку (навіть посудомийка та пральна машина з сушаркою) та меблі. Також можна орендувати паркомісце на підземному паркінгу і не переживати, що твою машину евакуюють) Надали дитяче ліжечко манеж.

Мінорна штука, але було б зручно додати гачки для одягу та рушників у ванній кімнаті і якусь невеличку поличку в душовій кабіні, куди можна було б поставити шампуні. Не дуже зручно, що сміття треба виносити через дорогу.

Дуже сподобалось!!!!!!

Ідеальна чистота, ідеальна постіль та ліжка, багато посуду, можна і попрати і попрасувати, є і де сушити. Однозначно буду рекомендувати. Молодці, так тримати

Адміністратор повідомила, що для нашої машини немає місця на паркінгу, що в будинку. 🙁Дала координати звичайної парковки в метрах 300 ( ціна 120 грн/доба), в паркінгу здається 300 грн/доба.

It's all perfect.

I enjoyed the stay at Old City Apts. The host provided the full support and helped a lot to give me everything I needed for a stay. Eventually, I got a huge comfortable apartment with a lot of space, which was quiet and close to the city center. It was equipped with all my family needed, it was clean, and quite cozy.

I can't say more as everything exceeded my expectations. The only thing I could mention is probably a narrow parking on the lower floor. There are just so little space so you should be a confident driver to manage the parking. Well, at least they have one, as the parking space in Lviv's center is a gem.

Weekend trip in Lviv

Apartment was very spacious and clean, great location to the center of the city. Everything is within walking distance. Beds were comfy plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. Staff waited for our arrival and were extremely polite and helpful. I even left my driving licence and they immediately told me about this and are keeping hold of it for when I next return to Lviv. Beautiful country beautiful building and many other beautiful things too 😉 Slava Ukraine!!!!

As was previously mentioned, we had a pleasant stay in a cosy, clean, marvellous place with a shopping mall, restaurants

We had a great apartment with all needed - kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, slippers, towels (2 for each guest + 2 for hands + 1 kitchen towel), glasses, plates & bowls, big fridge & freezer,oven other kitchen appliances). Very clean environment, modern design and high-quality furniture (the bed & sofa were both very comfortable). Overall, it was a cosy place to stay (we even used a Netflix account of our apartment and it was a pleasant experience).

1. Fry pen was a bit in a bad condition, thus we decided not to use it 2. It would be better to have a couple of keys (there were 4 of us and sometimes we had to help each other with getting in)

administration was very nice and problem-solving, the apartment was exceptionally clean, with everything you need in there for leaving. beautiful modern design

shower head was very inconvenient in use, cheap and seemed like it was removed from bidet. also no dish-dryer at the kitchen
