Overall, a very nice place to stay on the better side of the island.

PRO's - Clean, spacious, sea view, large bathroom, reasonable price, the owner lady living there was really kind and helpful, free parking (most of the time), good location (the north and west side were nicer in my opinion). The host (not the lady living there) was helpful via WhatsApp despite not actually meeting her in person. CON's - Not actually a suite (with multiple rooms) but an ensuite, the sofa pictured is not part of the room, no plug to use the fancy bath, the mosquito screen doesn't fit the door exactly so I couldn't have the door open at night due to getting bitten, the doors are really loud to open and close,

Great base for exploring Terceira

Great property in the best location on the island, immaculately clean. The room was large, the bathroom enormous and the self-catering facilities were very useful for breakfast and packed lunches. The staff was very welcoming and helpful

The bed wad noisy and the lock of our room door was broken

A wonderful stay

The service at the immigrants house is amazing. Here you can expect free cutlery, plates etc. and clean drinking water at your disposal. Absolutely lovely place, and the owner is very open for any requests as well as conversation. A very interesting man in my humble opinion!

The dogs that howled early in the morning. This however has nothing to do with the place itself, as the dogs belong to neighbors pretty far away.

Cozy room/house in Biscitos. People that take care of the house are every nice and helpful!

Warm welcome even at night, Catarina and Tiago are very helpful and are happy to help with anything if needed.

Great place for a couple of days stay.

Great guest, we were lucky to have the entire house for ourselves. Clean place and great looking bathroom & living room. Good view twords the ocean. We would really recommend this place. PS: it has an album of the interesting places on the island, in English also.

Maybe the improved kitchen would need some extra things. But you shouldn't have time for cooking on that island.
