3 Bedrooms, 3 Full Bathrooms, Sleeps 8 Adults. The open floor plan is great for entertaining, and we have recently installed a shuffleboard table!

The Toledo Bend Lakehouse Rental is conveniently located mid lake, near the Pendleton bridge. (On the main lake, amazing sunsets!) Only 8 minutes from Toledo Town and Tackle, Grocery Stores, and Restaurants and 15 minutes away from the beautiful Cypress Bend Golf Course.

Toledo Bend Lake was recently named top bass fishing lake in the United States by BassMaster Magazine!

Samantha provided great communication on any questions we had about her property. The home was very clean and just as described with plenty of space and 3 bedrooms. You don't find this often with rental properties but each bedroom has its own bathroom, which we found to be an added bonus. There back porch and covered dock were beautiful and allowed us to view many wonderful afternoon sunsets. This property is also located on the central part of the lake which gives you quick access to guided fishing tours, boat rentals, restaurants and supermarkets. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

We all loved staying here. Amazing view and we enjoyed our fishing trip as well, I would recommend this lake house to all of my family and friends again! I would definitely stay here again 100% satisfied, and all the amenities were wonderful too!

we enjoyed the property, house was clean and we had no problems. The only reason i gave the home 4 stars overall is there is no wi-if and they don’t have a smart TV. We were rained in one day and Netflix would have came in handy. But overall the house was great.

Beautiful property with very nice dock to swim and fish from. Fish cleaning station outside was very helpful. We caught plenty of fish from the dock using crickets and minnows.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Lake house property. It was just what our family needed to get away and relax. The house was super clean had everything we needed to enjoy the week. Our favorite thing was the spacious pier where we could sunbathe, fish and eat dinner together. Highly recommend this rental and we will definitely be back!

Our family (dad, mom, and two adult kids) had a great stay. Comfortable beds and a nice, open kitchen/living area. Great back porch to watch the sunset - we saw bats, various birds, and even a bald eagle. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again. We had a great time! Btw, we have to plug a little ice cream shop nearby - Tasty Treats on the Bend. Fantastic ice cream and very nice owners.

Very nice and clean property with up to date amenities. Ice cold ac and very comfy beds. Centrally located so its easy to get to town by car and also to fishing spots by boat. Will definitley be back.

As usual, excellent ! If you enjoy the outdoors, you’ll love this area and still have all the comforts of home. This well equipped, spacious lake house is located minutes from everything you will need and adventures wait just steps from the front and rear door. Returning soon !

The views were beautiful. The signal was not good and there was no wifi so that made matters a little worse. The outside definitely needed some care because we had to clean before sitting on the furniture and take off spiderwebs from furniture on patio and dock on pier. In the pics before booking I did see a fire pit and was really looking forward to using it since the weather was chilly. I messaged owner and she said there was no fire pit only fire ring at the bottom which would of been ok if we hadn’t encountered a snake. Also one of the bathroom showers from upstairs leaked to the hall and I did inform owner and she said she would contact plumber but that was last I heard. Once again great views of lake and sunset.

Fantastic location right on the water with endless views from the back of the home. We had a Friendsgiving during our stay and there were plenty of pots and pans, dishes, a big oven, gas cooktop, large refrigerator, etc. Plenty of seating as well whether at the breakfast bar or dining table. The shuffleboard and games were appreciated too. We watched the sunset and stargazed from the dock on the lake. We also enjoyed the balcony with rocking chairs and swing. It was cold during our stay so we used the firepit and/or the fireplace nightly. To explore the area we went to nearby Cypress Bend Park where we spotted a bald Eagle. The property is also close to North Toledo Bend Park. The local grocery store Market Basket was just a 5 minute drive away. We had a fantastic time on our vacation!

The property was awesome. It was very clean and the property manager was easy to communicate with. A well-equipped kitchen for the group of chefs we have in the family and beyond comfortable sleeping arrangements. Our favorite part was the spacious dock and the convenient boat launch just down the road. Minutes from a local grocery store and Dollar General, so we were able to get all that we needed once we arrived and settled in. Also only an hour drive to Natchitoches, where we were able to enjoy the light festival. We will be back. 10 stars if I could give it that!

Very nice house, lots of room. Clean and neat on inside, outside could have used a little sweeping or dusting. But overall enjoyed our stay. Some of the furniture could use a little updating, also.

The pictures do not do this Lake house justice. Incredible views from the time you pull into the drive to winding down with family on the dock… just an incredible time! Never an issue getting a response to questions or concerns. 5-star!!

Our family had a fantastic time at this property. The house was BEAUTIFUL!!! The VRBO pictures don't do it justice. It was very comfortable and well equipped. Our grandchildren LOVED it and want to come back and do it, again! They lived out on the pier or in the water every day and well into each night. Fishing, kayaking, shuffleboard, games... We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend precious time with our children and grandchildren. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and location with us!

Great experience! Everything was nicer than I imagined! The house was clean and comfortable and the covered pier was great for watching the sunset, fishing and just relaxing! Samantha is very easy to communicate with…answered all questions very quickly. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home, comfortable setting, great fishing spot. Very spacious. Only problem outdoors were ants and deck area needed attention. Great condition. Excellent spot to relaxe and fish till you drop.
