JUST PERFECT

Me and my 19 friends travelled to the villa for my hen do. I have never stayed anywhere as good as this. There were no faults. The staff, the food, the driver - everyone and everything here is amazing. The pictures do not do this place justice. The staff are very friendly and help with anything you need. They are great at recommending places to visit during your travels and arranged everything. The kitchen staff will make your meals whenever you would like them. Rather than having the alcohol at the villa we bought alcohol at the airport to help with costs, but soft drinks, coffee, water all available at the villa for reasonable price. The main bedroom is stunning!!!

It is required that you pay the final villa bill (food, drink, taxi’s) on the last day prior to departure. This meant all 20 of us had to go to a cash machine the night before, this was a lot of hassle and not ideal when young children gather around cash machines. It would be preferred if this could be a bank transfer, or at least part transfer. We did not want to take out extra cash that we wouldn’t not use earlier on in the trip.

Amazing stay!

One of the most beautiful villas we had ever stayed in. It felt like your own private spa. The staff go above and beyond to ensure you are looked after and will help arrange everything for you. The food was stunning and is freshly cooked for you. A special mention to Khalid, our security guy, who was there for the duration of our stay. He was absolutely amazing and really made our trip extra special.

The only feedback for improvement would be there was a miscommunication to the chefs for one of the guests dietary requirements (coeliac) and she often had to ask to get meals altered.

A wonderful stay at Palais Sohan. Can't recommend enough.

The staff were amazing - so kind, helpful and attentive. Laurent was there to meet us upon arrival and show us around the villa. He gave us loads of great recommendations for activities and dinners and sorted everything for us and managed to get all the best tables and was super flexible. The villa was beautiful and looks just like all the photos. It is a great location if you want to be outside of the city centre (about 25mins - taxis are cheap if you are splitting them as we did between 13). I would highly recommend the food - it was incredible - as good as, if not better than any restaurant and more affordable and we were catered for 13 people. A 10/10 stay at Palais Sohan - can't recommend enough. *get cash to pay at the end*

Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Marrakech!

Palais Sohan exceeded all our expectations and the pictures don’t do it justice. We’ve never experienced better service and everyone was so accommodating. Hasania, Laurent Khadijah and the rest of the team went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and we had everything we required. They were extremely flexible and helped us plan our trips/excursions/restaurant bookings etc. and this was invaluable as we were such a big group. The food was wonderful, swimming pool and the entire villa was always clean and staff were extremely accommodating. We could have easily spent another week here and would highly recommend to anyone wishing to visit Marrakech and enjoy the best of travelling but also being able to relax. Thank you again for an amazing stay!

Palais Sohan is a wonderful setting for a group holiday

Palais Sohan is a beautiful villa with excellent facilities and food. The villa is very clean and the staff are very accommodating, and went the extra mile to provide everything we needed.

Everything was excellent, but make sure you have enough cash (Euros or Dirhams) to pay for the catering as bank transfer was not accepted.

Exceptional service made our stay enjoyable.

The staff made the full stay so enjoyable. The villa was lovely and comfortable. The cook is amazing. The location was slightly out of city but still good access for shops. The only thing missing was a Jacuzzi.

Everything. Very accommodating staff. Beautifull house. Awesome architecture in all details

Paiment transactions with cash is a problem in a place where you can get 200€ max by transaction in the ATM which is far from the house.
