Casa Ave del Paraiso is located in Real de Conchas Chinas, a small, private, gated community just north of the Conchas Chinas development in Puerto Vallarta. The villa gives guests the freedom and serenity of being in an isolated, secure location from away the hustle of many other neighborhoods in Puerto Vallarta without sacrificing the convenience of a short taxi ride into Old Vallarta and its famed Romantic District known for its dining and nightlife.
In the street/entrance level, you will find the common areas: powder room; living/dining room; open and covered terraces; outdoor breakfast area with barbecue; laundry; a spacious fully stocked kitchen with the best quality modern appliances, including an island that seats 6 people comfortably; a heated pool, with a bench and wet lounging area; water jets that spring out of the pools infinity edge.
Descending from the main level, you will find the guest suites, home theater, and wine cellar. This level has three bedrooms, each with a bathroom en suite and walk-in closet. The rooms share a large terrace and have panoramic ocean views. The fourth bedroom is a Mother-in-Law suite. It features its own bathroom, small kitchenette, and double bed.
Below the Guest Suite level is a 3-bedroom Apartment with two en-suite (king beds) bedrooms/bathrooms and a smaller third bedroom/bath with twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed if needed. The apartment has a small-equipped kitchen and a small pool and terrace (ocean and lush tropical views). It can be accessed within the villa or sealed off with a separate entrance.
There is plenty of parking for the home including a large covered and secure garage that fits two cars and an outside parking ramp next to the house accommodating up to two additional vehicles.
The Home Theater may also be converted into an 8th bedroom if needed for additional cost.
The rental rate includes housekeeping service and breakfast preparation (food and beverage not included). Breakfast is served between the hours of 8:00 - 10:30 AM. There is only one service for the entire group of guests.

We had an incredible time at this villa. It is breathtaking in person and the experience for a large group of 12 ladies was seamless.
Much thanks to Sandra and Derek who were absolute gems and gave us the best experience.
Derek helped organize on site massages, a private boat trip and a private chef.
We were a group of Muslim women who were looking for privacy and all female staff and chefs and everyone was able to accomodate us, even though I'm sure it wasn't what they're normally accustomed to.
We had an absolute blast and can't recommend this villa enough.

The house was beautiful, especially the pool, and accurate to the description. Everyone on the staff was very nice and accommodating. The location is perfect, great view, walking distance (steep but doable) to town and the beach, accessible by uber and cabs, and felt very safe. Minor complaints are that we only had one key (for a group of 13), and the wifi was not very spotty, and could only be used if we were right near the mode/router.

We came with a group of 12 friends to celebrate a birthday. Derek, the concierge, was great even before we arrived! He set up a call with us to make sure we had what we needed at the house and took great care of us as well! The ladies who cooked us breakfast and lunch every day were incredible - always ask for the fresh made quesadillas!
The house and the views were stunning. The house provided a relaxing experience. We did not have a care in the world. We would definitely stay here again!

Truly terrific! Great staff and terrific location!
Pool: Both awesome! One is cold and one is warmed by sun.
Bedrooms: Great working A/C, firm mattresses, great closet spaces.
Common areas: No A/C in any hallways, living room or kitchen. Clean and spacious. No access to wine cellar. Lots of stairs. Overhead lighting electrical is pretty spotty, lots of switches that do nothing.
Security: The neighborhood is protected by a man seated by the main entrance, nice guy. You feel very safe in P.V in general, but this house is in a very safe part of town.
Transportation: Uber is ample and cheap. Very steep and aggressive road going up to house. Beware it’s not walkable.
It is a great value and can accommodate so many people. It truly was a terrific space to host a bachelor party for 14 people for 5 nights in August.

The overall property was stunning, all the doors open up on almost all the bedrooms (6/8) and the living room space opened up too, to the most beautiful view of the ocean. Dinner time with the chef was our favorite, because it was always at sunset, with the most delicious meals.
This was a very special trip, and they even had sunscreen and bug spray out for everyone to use.
Planning and prepping was made very easy with Derek, and the house staff Sandra and Louise were so kind and helpful. They even made breakfast and lunch for us all.
One thing I want to suggest is a reminder to close ALL doors/windows right after the sun sets, because the bugs all come out (flying beetles) :)

We stayed at the villa parasio for a girls trip and it was everything we wanted and more. The house is MASSIVE, and with 15 ladies we were more than comfortable . So many private terraces to spread out and have some solace if needed. They made up an extra bed in one of the bedrooms for the 15th person
The views were out of this world with ocean plus feeling tucked into the jungle hillside. Not a ton of insects considering.
There are countless beautiful homes in PV , but the staff truly made this place special . Sandra and Luisa prepared breakfast for us every morning , and refreshed the living and bedroom spaces for us every day.
Derek, our concierge went above and beyond to get us anything we needed and was an excellent communicator. They stocked the house , and had food and drinks ready for us upon arrival.
He arranged to have Balthazar come and make us dinners two of the nights. It really just takes vacationing to the next level when you can relax at home, sit for dinner, and they take care of all cooking and cleaning . Balthazar’s cooking was so good, and was accommodating with dietary restrictions
Payments for extra services and groceries was very straightforward. Payment in pesos is preferred!
10/10 recommend having Derek arrange a mariachi band come to the house and play for the guests. We had them come in the morning and it was such a special and fun way to wake up to with our coffee and breakfast
Location : Conchas Chinas is right above the Zona romantica so you are very close to the beautiful downtown area (10 min drive). Pay special attention to driving instructions that the host gives and you should find fairly easily after.
Rolf and Nanette (the hosts) answered all questions leading up to our stay, and were so kind. They were very flexible with check in and check out times which made our arrival and departure less stressful.
I have been to Mexico many times and have never felt more safe. The house is secure, and the staff were nothing but wonderful to us. Thank you everyone! I would love to come back

I truly enjoyed my time staying at this beautiful house with gorgeous panoramic views! We were celebrating my 35th birthday with 10 other family and friends. Jose, Sandra, Baltazar and Kevin were truly amazing and kind. Jose and Sandra were at the house every day and made drinks, snacks and delicious meals. Incredible and memorable stay
The property was incredibly scenic and spacious for our group of 12. Jose and Sandra were awesome. They were accommodating with cooking meals, keeping the house stocked, scheduling our covid tests, and cleaning without ever feeling intrusive.
The house is quite a ways up the hillside so I wouldn't recommend trying to walk anywhere, but a taxi or uber can be called to take you to Zona Romantica, which is only about 5 minutes away.
The art and decor in the house is very interesting.

Girls Get away
We enjoyed our time at this property. Jose, the house manager went above and beyond in spoiling us and ensuring our trip was relaxing. He is a gem! He made sure we had delicious breakfasts every day and afternoon snacks as well. It was too much food some days. We had the chef prepared meals on two nights- fantastic. Excellent sunsets!
I came here with a total of 8 women, Most of the bedrooms have doors that open to the jungle/pool view and those were preferred. That being said. the twin room was not a room anyone wanted to use as it felt dark. Most of bathrooms in the suites, except for a handful did not have doors, doesn't allow for much privacy with the open air concept. There are many stairs here so be aware if travelling with anyone with mobility issues.
There were some plumbing issues which is common in Mexico, toilets not functioning, water not hot in some showers, etc. Wasn't a major issue, but worth noting.
There are pool toys the house has on hand, there is also sunscreen that may have been from prior guests or that they have purchased, if you forgot to pack some. The pools are not heated and got a little chilly after dark. We spent most of our days by the pool.
This place is up a hill on a windy road in a secure safe neighborhood, they can organize transportation for you. Most taxis and transportation companies struggled some with finding the location. We found Uber had no issues at all and was only $5 USD to get into town.
The owner came by at least 3 times to the property. I communicated with Nannette prior to our arrival and she was very accommodating.

Couldn’t recommend this more!
Our stay at this villa could not have been more perfect! Nanette and Rolf are fantastic hosts who were nothing but helpful leading up to our stay and during to coordinate groceries, transportation and anything else we needed. The villa EXCEEDED expectations - beautiful rooms and gorgeous views. But the thing that really made our stay perfect was the staff. Jose is an absolute gem and the rest of the staff are just as fantastic. Highly HIGHLY recommend this spot.

Perfect Villa for a Large Group
We were celebrating a milestone birthday with a group of 14 and the villa was the perfect setting. It was so spacious: every bedroom had its own bathroom and there was no lack of places to lounge and relax on every floor. The views of the city and the ocean were spectacular. Also, Jose and the house staff really took care of us with daily breakfast and options for lunch and dinner. He also helped out with arranging rides. Nanette reached out to us before our trip to arrange rides to/from the airport, COVID testing, and food/drinks for the house. The moment we walked in the house, we were welcomed with drinks. I would definitely come back with a large group.

Best Family Vacation!!!!
I honestly can not express the beauty, comfort, space, breath taking views of the house, the owner is warm and friendly to open his house to us.
Jose, Sandra and Esmeralda were just so amazing to everyone of us, it didn't mater what we needed they were very helpful to accommodate. They did a great job at preparing breakfast, snacks, drinks, set up the house for swimming, sun bathing anything our harts desired.
We will definitely see you all again soon, and recommend this house, thank you all for making our family feel at home being so far away from home :)

Amazing villa and hospitality!
Even before we got to the villa, Nanette and Rolf was excellent at communicating with us, making sure all my answers were questioned with planning and transportation. The villa was beautiful and was perfect for our group of 12. Jose and the staff were super accommodating and made sure we had drinks and food all the time! We wanted dinner at the villa most nights so they brought in an outside chef which was super convenient because getting to town could be a bit hard unless you call a car. Rolf even stopped by to introduce himself and made sure everything was going well. We had a fun and unforgettable time and can’t wait to be back in the future!

Beyond Expectations!
My friends and family helped me celebrate my 40th birthday at this gorgeous villa. From the process leading up to our stay and throughout our time there - it truly blew away our expectations. And truthfully, I have some picky traveling friends. :) Rolf, Nanette, Jose and the staff all were so accommodating. The layout of the home was perfect, the food was incredible and everyone was just so nice. If you want to relax and read a book, socialize at the pool, work on your tan...it's all possible. Gorgeous views too! There are already discussions about a future trip there - highly recommend!

The facility is as it appears in the photos. Fabulous open air feel on the main level with that beautiful pool right there. The staff, Jose and the ladies look after your every need. Owner Rolf great guy and helps with whatever you might ask assistance about. Also Nanette sorts the booking out well and answers all the questions quickly.
Overall a great family Christmas week.

Beautiful, spacious, and the best staff!!!
We are so glad that we chose your beautiful home to celebrate our dear friend Jude's 50th birthday weekend. From the moment we arrived, we were taken in by the beautiful layout at the house, which allowed all of us to feel as we were each having our own singular luxury vacation, as well as having the perfect space for us to be together as a group. The personal touches everywhere made it really feel like home.
But overall the most special part of our stay here was your wonderful staff. Jose (underlined) and his crew were so good to us, anticipating our every need and cooking delicious meals for us. Not to mention the margaritas☺. Any time of day or evening we were greeted by their welcoming smiles.
Thank you for giving us the perfect spot to create the memories we will keep with us always. As we return to our homes today, we will keep a small part of this stay in Puerto Vallarta with us.

The PERFECT Puerto Vallarta Escape!

Amazing House, Great staff!
This house was incredible. We had 15 people staff a full week here over New Years and it was amazing. The views are breathtaking, each floor has balconies, and 7/8 rooms have incredible rooms (the 8th room is under the stairs on the bottom floor, but still has a private balcony).
That staff was fantastic and very accommodating. They made breakfast and lunch for us almost everyday and even drinks when we were in the pool! They also prepared dinner several nights and helped manage a private chef who came in two nights.
The pool can be heated for night swimming or left alone for a cool swim at night, but water doesn't cool down or warm up fast enough to have both everyday--so we chose somewhere in between so we could do both.
We saw the owen Rolf a couple times who was very kind and helpful. Nanette, who helps organize the staff, cooking, and payment, was excellent and always responded very quickly.
A great experience for sure. We hosted a small group for sunset cocktails and everyone commented on how much they loved the house and asked where to find it.
It can be a little hard to find the first time (the road turns into gravel in a 100ft forested area) and then back into a nice road, but that was only confusing the first time. I would suggest using uber to get to and from the house, since it allows you to place a "pin" on the house since the house doesn't have a "number." Uber then remembers it as a previous location.

AWESOME VILLA & EVEN BETTER STAFF!
First off, Rolf and Nannette were extremely helpful with all our questions and got back to us via Email or Text/Call within hours! Thankfully we decided to stay in this amazing villa for our Thanksgiving trip. In the pictures the house looks amazing but they don't do it justice! The view is SPECTACULAR and all the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Jose and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make sure we were never missing anything! From clean towels by the pool or the bath to a delicious Margarita in hand when entering the living room! I still miss waking up to the birds chirping and the smell of breakfast with the most amazing view you could imagine. Seriously Jose and the staff were an amazing added value that made our trip so much more incredible! The house is very well located and extremely secure within a gated area with a security guard. I highly recommend this place, and we will be coming back very soon!

Amazing long weekend with best friends to celebrate a 40th birthday and relax. The house could not have been more comfortable and the staff was incredible. The food was great and they served the BEST frozen margaritas and piña coladas, even coming from a group of Texans! The house is LARGE and has 3 main levels, so ideal for groups that want to hang together, but still have personal space. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Can't wait to come again...

Paradise for a Long Weekend in PV
What an incredible place! Our group of 11 stayed here for a friends-reunion and could not have been more well taken care of. We had a wonderfully relaxing & fun time -- plenty of space, nice pools, comfortable places to hang and play games. We rarely wanted to leave! A Place To Create Memories
Our group of family and friends has just returned home from our second awesome stay at Casa Ave del Paraiso.
For nearly 20 years, we have been vacationing together in PV. Early on, we committed to finding a villa spacious
enough to accommodate everyone comfortably with great common areas for conversation, dining, and relaxing;
in short, a place in which we could strengthen ties and create memories for a lifetime.
Casa Ave del Paraiso is just such a place. This year we chose a 5 bedrooom configuration (from the many
options available) that allowed each party a large room with king size bed and ensuite on two levels. Each
level had fantastic common areas; space to be together and space to be alone if you wished.
We spent most of our time on the gorgeous main level where the open concept design allowed us to flow
seamlessly from the kitchen breakfast bar to the dining/living room to the patio and poolside.
The 180 degree view of the bay and the city is so panoramic it nearly takes your breath away.
The villa owner is a consummate host who checked in on us frequently to make sure all our needs were met.
That was assured already by his excellent staff of three: Jose, Maria, and Gris. Our group is pretty low
maintenance, but Jose, Maria, and Gris were there if you needed them and inconspicuous if you didn't.
And I can tell you that their pico de gallo, guacamole, and margaritas are among the best you'll ever
taste.
If you are into new experiences, the owner is now offering his guests the opportunity, for a very reasonable
fee, to go sailing with him on his private boat. My husband and I did so on our final day. Thrilling!
Our family and friends are an eclectic group of professionals who lead stressful lives back in the States.
The sense of peace and tranquility one gets in this beautiful home is restorative beyond words. We call
Casa Ave del Paraiso "our happy place." We're already looking forward to our third stay.

Outstanding Customer Service & Management!!
Personally, I did not stay at Casa Ave del Paraiso, but I handled all of the travel arrangements and communication for our Company Executives (8 people) who travelled to Puerto Vallarta for their 4 night stay. My experience with the managing company, Helga Farrill to be more specific, was pure delight. She was quick with all of her responses. She was very patient with all of my questions, very polite, happy to help and went above and beyond her duties to ensure this trip was a success. Owners of the property were also very accommodating in all of our requests.
During the stay in the Villa, our Executives were very pleased with the house, the services of the chef and the staff, as well as the visit from the owner himself, who they found to be very delightful. They spent hours talking.
Overall my personal experience and the experience of our Executives... I would rate it as Excellent!!

Best Vacation ever - A 40th birthday party with 15 guests - House, Staff and Service was excellent
We had a large group of folks coming in from all over the US. We arranged with the owner to have the house pre-stocked with food and drink. The owner greeted us as we arrived and made sure we had all that we needed. We arrived in waves, the staff had drinks and appetizers ready for every arrival. We had underestimated our level of consumption, so the owner made several more runs to Costco, and other stores to replenish our supplies during the week. The rooms are amazing, breakfast cooked to order every morning. Mid day snacks and drinks served and the Staff did a great job on preparing and serving big group dinners on the nights we decided to stay in. The staff arranged transport with the local cab companies and helped us figure out the tours we should consider. The house is in a small secured high end neighborhood overlooking Conchas Chinas, the security gate is manned from 7 PM to 7 AM The 2 staff are included in the price of the rental...which is an unbelievable bargain. They were amazing. The house can be rented in several configurations. We took over the whole complex, but for smaller groups, using one or two levels of the house would work out just as fine. Cannot say enough good things about the house, the location, the owner and staff.

Incredible Stay!
My family (from all over the U.S.) stayed in this house for a week after Christmas 2014. There were 12 of us from 15 to 81 in age. We had a marvelous time in PV. The house was fantastic. There is plenty of room, it's clean, beautiful, interesting and comfortable. We spent many an hour hanging out by the pool, relaxing, enjoying the sunshine and taking in the incredible view of the Pacific. We opted to have many of our meals prepared right in home. Jose and Maria did a fabulous job of keeping us well fed and the house super neat. The food was phenomenal - I dare say much better than any of the local restaurants we experienced. Our needs were very well taken care of. We thank them (and miss them!). Nanette (the rental manager) and Rolf (the owner) were great to work with as well. They answered any and all questions we had before the actual trip - always a plus when you are traveling to a new spot. Do yourself a favor and check this property out. You will not be disappointed!

Jungle Paradise
My friends and I had an absolutely incredible time in Puerto Vallarta staying in this little paradise on Earth. The villa is absolutely magnificent (the pictures, although gorgeous, do not do the house justice), and very comfortable. It is a little difficult to find at first, but its location is perfect. Slightly secluded at the top of a hill, it offers the most magnificent views while only being a 10 minute walk away from the beach and only a 10 minute car ride into town. The staff, Jose and Maria, were also so nice and accommodating and made hands down the best guacamole and salsa we've ever tasted. We are so thrilled with our experience and highly recommend this villa.

Absolute paradise
Our families spent the New Years week here and could absolutely not have asked for more. Beautiful home, incredible views, fabulous staff, and great food. The owner even stopped in a few times to check on us. We chose to eat most dinners at the house because the food was so delicious. The property exceeded all expectations, and the pictures do not do it justice! We were sorry to leave and would love to return.

Words cannot express the wonderful time we have had in this beautiful place. The Casa was beautiful. The service was first class. Jose, Maria and Gris were exceptional; their hospitality was spectacular. Their meals were above and beyond. Absolutely delicious!
