We had a great week. The property is so nice and has easy access to Dionis, Madeket, and town. Having access to bikes for our crew with a quick ride to get onto the bike path was so fun. Property management was responsive and kind. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

My family had a terrific stay. The house was perfect, the weather was perfect, just a fantastic stay all around. This was our 5th time on Nantucket and this was was our favorite place we've stayed. We would definitely return!

We were in awe of the beautiful views and decor of the house. You can tell the family really cares about the property. The house was stocked with every thing you would need to cook, do laundry, explore the island and enjoy the space. The sunset was unbelievable and the breeze through the windows kept us cool all week. The location is close enough to every thing but still feels private and SO quiet. All you hear is birds chirping. We will definitely be back next summer!

House is welcoming and large for big friend groups. Unbeatable location.

The open layout and four bedrooms worked perfectly for our family. We squeezed ten around the table, and the kitchen is well designed and very functional. Loved the antiques, books, paintings and distant views of water, and privacy. House was clean, though I'd suggest more frequent washing of bedspreads, living room slipcovers. Didn't make use of bikes or ping pong so can't speak to those, but overall we were very satisfied.

Beautiful old home with gorgeous view. Just needs a little TLC
We had an amazing week at your house and absolutely loved the character and charm. The views were breathtaking and I’m sure if we were able to bring a vehicle getting around would have been easier. The one big thing was cleanliness. We know it’s an old beach house but the cleaning in between stays is lacking. Counters were dirty and there was old shrimp left behind the garbage which created a smell for a day. It doesn’t look like anyone has attempted to dust an a while ( house was filled with spider and Cobb webs). We also had a nice issue at night so maybe a few traps would help. All in all nothing that hindered our stay but just would have been nice for the money we spent.
Thanks!

Good location / House needs tlc
This is a very unique post and beam house with a stunning view of the sunset from the widows watch. The house is in an excellent location to walk to Dionis beach, or bike to Madaket and Cisco beaches.
Unfortunately the house is showing signs that no one actually lives there anymore, and is being rented out non stop. It was missing basic amenities when we arrived, and towels for our family. The house had been surface cleaned, but is in need of a deep clean, and refresh of bedding which was quite worn.
The owner was very responsive to our needs that could be addressed while we were there.

Cannot wait to return!
We fell 100% in love with Nantucket, and this lovely home was a big part of it. The views, the open-ness, being surrounded by parkland - honestly: magical. The house reminded me a little of an Adirondack "camp" I've stayed in before - charming, rustic, comfortable, and a wonderful space for family and friend gatherings. Todd and his on-island crew were amazing. Can't wait to come back!

Dionis House
Todd,
My family’s stay at the Dionis property exceeded our expectations and coupled with beautiful weather our week was 5 star. Would definitely rent this property again and Todd, the homeowner, was easy to work with and very responsive to any and all correspondences.

Old World Feel In a Scenic Location
Great views in a historic feeling home.

While others may like being in town in a spick and span house with air conditioning, I loved being surrounded by Conservation land and hearing and seeing Towhees and Cat Birds! The house is well loved much like my grandparents’ house in Hinckley decades ago. We were very happy there. I suggest new glass wine glasses, bath mats and a new set of flatware.

Home away from home!
For several years our family has stayed at this location in the same house. The proximity to town and the beaches is fantastic.
The house is perfect for a family with young children especially being a post and beam home.
In addition, the owner, Todd Becker, (while being across country in California) is always accessible and responds to whatever issue is needed to be addressed. He is accommodating and willing to assist however he can, to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
This home is a gem for us in the summer on ACK! Truly home away from home!!

Lovely post and beam
We have stayed in this lovely post and beam in the past but this time it was not cleaned when we arrived at check in. The owner was contacted and it was immediately resolved. We had a very nice stay in this charming home.

Family friendly stay
We enjoyed our time at this home. Six bicycles, a couple boogie boards, and beach chairs were a bonus. Two decks for relaxing and access to roof top for incredible views. Rustic traditional Nantucket decor and feel. Tranquil and exactly what we needed.

Simply Perfect
My family had a wonderful three week stay- We have been coming to the island for over thirty years- and staying at the Eel point/Dionis area was such a treat. The location was easily accessible to not only the nearby beach, but also Town, Madaket, Cisco, and mid-island (grocery store/airport etc) We were close to it all.
The house itself was very comfortable with a rustic earthy feeling- it sits right in the Nantucket land bank preserve, which allowed for unobstructed views of the ocean and moors. You could climb atop to the widows walk for the 360 degree view, which was spectacular. You do get a fair share of wildlife- deers, bunnies, insects, spiders, crickets, birds, an occasional field mouse- which coming from the city enhanced the stay even more. It was perfectly situated for sunsets in the evening on the deck.
The inside of the house had a rustic french country feel with white stucco walls, dark wood beams, and oil paintings in every room- which was lovely, warm, and welcoming. The beds were comfortable, and there was a good amount of natural light in the day.
If I could make any suggestions it would be to update the kitchenware- making sure there were complete sets of forks, glassware, and perhaps providing a lobster pot. But the house had most everything we needed. Great laundry room, bikes for the beach, a nice beach umbrella.
We would stay here again, without question--and the memories of this family trip to ACK will go down as a very special one, thanks to this house.

Beautiful stay in this classic Nantucket house
We had a great couple weeks in this classic Nantucket post and beam house. The house is perfect for children and an easy lay out for 2 families to share. We loved the location; a few miles from Nantucket Town and also a quick bike ride or drive to Dionis and Madaket beach. The house is very private, with beautiful views and stunning sunsets. The owner, Todd, was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any questions or issues we had. We look forward to returning next summer!

17 Greenleaf - ACK
Todd Becker (owner) has been fantastic to do business with for the past 4 years. Despite being 3,000 miles away, he’s accessible whenever an issue needs to be addressed regardless of big or small.
The location is terrific to anywhere on the island and the Post & Beam construction is perfect for kids.
I look forward to next summer as our 2 weeks always goes way too fast.
If ACK is your idea of fun, this home and it’s owner are perfect!
Now if Todd can talk to God & make the weather always perfect...-)

Rustic accommodations with so many positive amenities
My family of ten just had a wonderful week Nantucket. Morning and evening views to the ocean with spectacular sunsets....close proximity to Dionis Beach and others.....first floor space was perfect to enjoy everyone but still not feel crowded....deck and yard were wonderful ...can’t say enough about it. It was lovely to have games, beach towels, etc. provided.....we hope to go back again next summer! I can’t tahank Todd enough for providing us with his home. We have rented on Nantucket for 30+ years and all agreed this was one of the best places to be.

Right at home in Dionis
We loved every minute of our stay in Dionis. We felt right at home in this rustic colonial and found everything we needed. We enjoyed the privacy in the middle of the Conservation land. The view is breathtaking any time of day but particularly at sunset when the colors flood the house.

Charming house, beautiful views!
Loved staying in this house for the amazing views, beautiful widows walk and charming post & beam construction! Having access to 6 bikes was also incredible & provided such a great way to travel around and see the island.
Nearby Dionis beach is beautiful & great for swimming - easy and quick bike ride to get there.
While the house provided an excellent stay, overall cleanliness was somewhat lacking & more attention could be paid to detail within the home. Great place to stay for a family or large group based on the abundance of beds.
The house was equipped with an abundance of beach towels, kitchen utensils, and games for enjoyment. That said, there was a lack of paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) at the beginning of the stay (one of each maximum). Just something to note for future guests.
Overall great spot on the island!

Living the Dionis Dream....
Great house for large family. The first floor is perfect to cook, eat and play together. The deck is great for sitting in the sun or watching sunset. We loved the one mile walk to the beach as did the kids who biked, walked or ran as well. Eel Point area is great for running. Easy drive to town, Cisco Brewery, Millie's. Todd (Owner), always accommodating if there are any issues!

Great relaxed place to vacation on Nantucket, nice and private yet only 10 minutes into town
Our family had a great time at the house. It has a laid back open design and a very private yard which made it easy for us to have a relaxing time. We have 4 kids ranging from 15- 22 who came and went on different days throughout the week with different friends. They all had their own unique fun experiences. Easy ride into town for groceries, fabulous restaurants and bars, superb shopping, and local beach less than a mile away. The house was clean, well stocked with supplies, towels and sheets which was an added bonus. Overall a fantastic vacation.

A wedding long weekend!!!
Wonderful time had by all! The house was perfect for our family. Two daughters, their husbands, my aunt and myself. The kitchen is well laid out for a large group and the dining area and living room worked well for us. I love the post and beam. The house listing as to location was right on as were the photographs. The house was clean, the beds made, towels laid out and all kitchen amenities were clean and scrubbed. It got quite chilly the last 2 days I was there and the lack of heat was a bit off-putting. I had not known that we were not supposed to use the woodstove--although I understand the owners' concerns. The bathrooms were heated which was delightful. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative. Millie's restaurant in Madaket is great and not too far away. I loved the fact that the house is located away from the town and on t he moors.

stunning views
The house sits on one of the highest points on Nantucket and has stunning 360 degree views. It is surrounded by land bank land so it is very private and quiet. The kids loved the loft and 5 boys slept there as harmoniously as 5 boys can be anywhere! It is a quick bike ride to town and down the road from Dionis. We had a great family vacation.
