This beautifully decorated 2nd floor duplex/condo has all the amenities. Kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops and all new appliances great for entertaining after those long lazy days at the beach. Nicely decorated in a tropical theme. Just 88 steps to the beach and no busy street to cross. Park your car and forget it. Take the kids one block to the Sandcastle playground, tennis, Pickle ball and basketball courts, or stroll the famous Ocean City Boardwalk. Two large decks to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. You are close to the ocean you can hear it at night. The property is kept CLEAN at all times and shows pride of ownership. We decided to spend a girls weekend in OCNJ celebrating 30 years of friendship. This house was perfect. The location, cleanliness and layout of the condo was perfect for groups. We loved the ocean view and sea breeze off the back deck! Loved that it’s a short walk to the 34th street beach and that you can walk to eat, shop and play. We will be back! That’s a promise. Everything was good and as described except not being familiar with the area I didn’t realize it was as far from the boardwalk as it was. We could still walk there but it was a bit farther than we would have liked.

I’ve been coming to OCNJ for family vacations for decades including years with lots of small children in tow. You just can’t beat this location. Situated on a quiet street, the house is a very short walk to a playground, a grocery store, the beach and even a few restaurants. Yet, you still experience the quiet charm of OCNJ’s South End. The house itself is outfitted with up-to-date amenities, ample seating and a deck.

We loved this place! It was nicely decorated and comfortable. We only stayed for 2 nights, so it was nice that small amenities were provided - tp, dishwashing liquid, trash bags. The hosts were very timely in responding to questions. We also really love the location - close to beach and shopping.

We spent a long weekend in this beautiful clean home. The weather was terrible, but staying here made our trip a whole lot better. Plenty of room to play games, as well as room for privacy to go read a book or watch a movie in the bedroom. Boardwalk was close so we could go between storms! Thank you we will be back!

This location is ideal for beach access, restaurants, playgrounds and shops. We love Ocean City and have been coming here for over 30 years as a family. This is a beautiful property. The decor is perfect and the place is comfy and clean. The decks are great places to allow everyone to spread out. Close to the beach and local food/shops for whatever you need. We drove to the boardwalk, but it is definitely bike-able.

The home is in an ideal location! They don’t tell you ahead of time that linens are not provided which is inconvenient to find out the day before. I had to go out and buy appropriate size sheets. Also they don’t tell you ahead of time you are expected to remake all beds, empty all garbages and sweep and vacuum floors prior to departure as well as wiping down all surfaces. That came as a bit of a shock to us. If we had been told prior to booking that would have been fine but to spring it on people isn’t ideal Overall home is great in great location but too many other rentals around to choose from. I would not stay again due to the lack of communication of their expectations.

One of the best rentals I have experienced. Very responsive owners to an early problem (totally fixed). Place is beautiful both structurally and decoratively. It is well positioned for access to the beach. Comfortable furniture (except twins beds perhaps) for sure. Kitchen was very well supplied for cooking (storing and cleaning). Felt very safe...neighbors present and interactive. Everything worked electronically!! Nothing broken or sticking or lacking working parts. This place it definitely a keeper!

We had a great week at this beach house for the 2nd year in a row. The location of this house is unbeatable because it's close to the beach, but also close to many stores in town. The boardwalk is a short drive or bike ride, but it's far enough away from the hustle and bustle that comes with the boardwalk. We loved the updated bathrooms and couch this year and hope to stay here again next year.

We just stayed at this lovely home for a week and absolutely loved the home. The location was great! Beach was close and we were able to walk to Dots for donuts and bagels, Wawa for essentials and local store for beach gear. The owners take great care with all of the decorations and the two new bathrooms are fabulous. Everything you need for cooking great meals is available. I would recommend this home. Enjoy!

This property was wonderful. It was so close to the beach and made it so easy to get back and forth. I have small children so it was nice to be able to come back easily for lunch and naps from the beach. The tvs in every room we're great, and the house had everything we need. It was clean and everything was in working order. We will definitely be staying here again.

We could not have been happier with our stay, the property is in an amazing location- only 1/2 block to 34th street beach! Clean, bright and easy to have a group hang out. Used the new grill and the deck that were lovely. If I had to say anything that could be improved: A slightly longer hose on the outside shower. A child lock on the top of the HVAC door. And as other reviews stated a safety gate at the house would be appreciated for the outdoor deck. We brought one, but a more permanent solution would be helpful! Thank you so much for having us!
