Property and apartment clean, and perfect to stay for skiing. Close to downtown Breck

We loved location of this appartment.

Location is good, up on the mountain. Condo unit itself is in need of some serious TLC. Things were falling apart left and right. The rug in the kitchen covers a number of chunks taken out of the linoleum. Which my MIL tripped over a number of times. The wheels easily fall off the chairs in kitchen, the “shelf” above stove fell multiple times, along with the towel rod in the big bathroom. Forget attempting to open any windows as the crank is rusted on all windows that we attempted to open them. Little to no seating in the living room made it uncomfortable for us to all hang out together in the evenings. The chair in living room has exposed staples on the side that cut me a few times. Overall was less than impressed with the unit.

Great experience. Good location. Needs a little up grade but over all good!

Super accessible and cute inside

Dated but comfy and well appointed
Please be aware of the altitude, you at 9500 ft. If you are not used to the altitude, have a weak heart or bad knees, this may not be the place for you because there are no elevators
If the above does affect you then that s is the place for you. Very well appointed and lots of room to spread out. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has all the things you need.

Located at the corner of Four O'Clock and Ski Hill Road, you can't get much closer to the Black Route bus stop. Five minute walk at best. The condo and beds were comfortable. Some items in the condo are a little dated, but everything was functional and nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location
Very nice condo with easy access to peak 8. Gondola to town was great and shuttle bus at the end of the parking lot. Well equipped for our 4 night stay. Lots of snow the day we checked in. Great midweek skiing. Would highly recommend. Thanks for renting to us.

Perfect for us
Close to the Nordic center, easy to find.

Unit was clean and well maintained, beds were so comfortable and soft goods were of good quality! Coming from sea level the stairs to the third floor were a challenge for us. Otherwise the location was quiet but at the same time just a few minutes drive from Main Street.
Hair dryers in both bathrooms was a nice touch.
By the end of our stay the weather started warming up, that’s when we found that the window in the back bedroom could not be opened, the handle was stripped, I mentioned it in my exit text, received message that it would be fixed.
Overall a great experience!

Family vacation
For the past 3 years, We always stay at gold camp and always have the best time. We were disappointed in the status of the condo. We have never stayed at a condo at Gold camp that has needed so much work. The blinds were broken and they kept falling off every time you opened or closed them. The screen door was broken at the halfway point so we couldn’t even have a nice clean look out of our condo. The linoleum in the kitchen was torn up, so we had to wear our socks at all times and sometimes shoes so that we did not hurt our feet. The area carpets were dirty and stained. The futon that pulled out into a queen bed was not a sofa sleeper, therefore my 6 foot brother had to sleep diagonally. The master bed was extremely comfortable, as was the queen bed in the other room. It was nice to have two bathrooms and two showers. We were also disappointed that the building did not have the laundry facilities so we had to walk over to different condominium buildings multiple times to try to wash our clothes. Management was always available and due to COVID-19, they brought us extra supplies that were out at the grocery stores including paper towels, toilet paper, and tissues. Overall we always enjoy our stay in Breckenridge, but next time we will not stay at that specific condo.

It was worth the money
Definitely outdated but was clean and close to the resort. It was stocked with everything we needed in the bathrooms and kitchen
4.3
Convenient Location. Tons of Hooks
Super close to Peak 8. Shuttle right out front. Two bathrooms was super convenient. 20 hooks in the hallway to hang all of our gear after skiing.
4.3
Close to mountain but outdated
Great location on free ride black bus route that takes you up to the mountain in less than 5 minutes. but the property, the furniture and the pillows/ blankets probably has not been updated in 40 years.

Great Weekend for skiing near Peak 8 & 7
Good condo. Some where on the carpets and furniture. Providing firewood and matches would have been great. Otherwise, all was good.
4.3
The unit and condos are very old. Many things are not working well, or at all. The hot tubs might have been ok, but not appealing so we didn’t use. Pretty sure the unit was haunted, but the beds were comfy, and the heater worked great. The list of rules was TL;DR.
However, Sky Rentals was super nice, and offers good customer service. The proximity to the black line was super convenient. Would not rent this unit again but would give this location another try.
4.3
Has everything!
Had EVERYTHING we needed for a great Christmas ski vacation-clean, comfortable, great location, spacious, more than fully stocked with everything we needed plus more!
4.3
Perfect escape for ski season
Fantastic location! Literally, steps away from the free shuttle Peak 8, Peak 8 is close enough to walk if you don’t mind carrying your skis. The kitchen counter/bar has so much room, we weren’t crowded at all. Easy check in/out, I would definitely rent again.
4.3
Great Space
Perfect accommodations for our family ski trip.
4.3
Cozy Unit and Easy Bus Access
This unit was very spacious for 2 people. I could see 4 fitting in very comfortably, and 6 close friends/family getting along fine. Everything was well stocked with pots/pans/flatware/silverware/towels/soaps/etc, and all the appliances and heat worked well. We also made use of the hot tubs, which are in the adjacent building on the ground floor. They were easy to get to even while walking through 6 inches of fresh snow. The bus stop is maybe 50 feet from the front door of the building, and the ski lifts for Peak 7 and 8 are only 1 or 2 stops away. The bus was reliable in the mornings, but the evenings seemed to be a little more sporadic when trying to get into town. Overall, I think this location is great for skiers or anyone looking for a nice quiet place a little outside of town (but town is still easy to get to).

Gold Camp i131
Gold Camp is a great location. We walked to and from Peak 8 in 10 min every day. At night we took the shuttle into town. The condo itself was not fancy but cozy. Great Oika pot was available to make our own coffee. Sky Run staff very good at communicating through text. Received answers in minutes. Good sense of humor to.
4.3
Need some major improvements
Very dated. No fan or way to open window in master. Hide a bed was tipped dramatically so head was below feet. Felt dirty. Sand on bedspread. Has great potential with the right couple of features updated. Wasn't very relaxing because it was so busy and nothing felt like it flowed. I liked the improved bathrooms but the rest needs some work to feel like it was worth the money.
4.3
Positive
We rented the condo for four nights, to give us two more bedrooms to add to the large home we also rented for a family reunion. Since the rooms were only used for sleeping, no one used any of the other facilities included. Since I didn't personally stay in the unit, I am not qualified to review it. The people staying had no complaints, though, so it served the purpose for whom we rented it.
