Listen to the waves crash and smell the salty air as soon as you open the balcony door from the living room or master bedroom. The large balcony with gate access and steps to the beach is perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or evening drinks. Spend a week enjoying and relaxing in this peaceful, family friendly atmosphere right on the beach in this updated unit. The master bedroom is direct oceanfront with views from both the large window and the sliding door to the balcony.
Diamond Beach Unit 113 is an oceanfront unit with a walk-off balcony directly on to the beach. Conveniently located off 38th Street, it is directly across the street from the O.C. Convention Center. This unit is within walking distance (less than 10 blocks) to the boardwalk, shopping and many restaurants/bars including: Seacrets, Macky's, Barn 34, Mother’s Cantina, 45th Street Taphouse, Shotti’s Point, Higgins Crab House South, On the Bay Seafood, Rita's, Dough Roller, Anthony's Sub Shop, Satellite Café, Jolly Roger Amusement/Water Park and the famous Coconuts Beach Bar and Grill to name a few.
Minimum age rental limitation of 25 years of age. Security Deposit required. No smoking. No pets.
AMENITIES: The master bedroom has one queen bed with new furniture and mattress. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and a direct view of the ocean/beach with access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen, double bed and single bunk bed with new mattresses that sleeps 6 people. Both bathrooms have a full bathtub/shower and were renovated this year with brand new toilets, vanities, faucets and fixtures. The living and dining room are newly furnished and decorated. Sofa was recently purchased and is a queen size sleeper. The sleeper sofa mattress has been upgraded to memory foam for additional comfort. Stove/oven and refrigerator are newer appliances. The sliding door to the balcony allows for expansive views of the ocean. There is a flat screen and DVD player in both bedrooms and the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with newer silverware, cookware, dishes, glasses and other kitchen accessories including Keurig, microwave, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Central air conditioning and heat, additional fans for extra comfort, iron and ironing board and vacuum. In addition, there is a laundry room at the entrance of the unit with a full-size washer and dryer for convenience and a newly installed HVAC unit and 80-gallon hot water heater. The kitchen was completely remodeled and includes all stainless-steel appliances, newly refinished cabinets as well as beautiful granite counter-tops and island. In addition, the living area, hallway and kitchen have newly installed beach wood floors. Heavily padded, brand-new carpet was also installed in the bedrooms.
WHAT TO BRING: towels, sheets and pillowcases, soap/laundry detergent and paper products. Bedding consists of 3 queens, 1 double and 2 singles.
A linen company can be recommended and provided if the guest decided they would prefer to have towels and sheets delivered to the condo upon arrival. This would be set up and paid for by the guest.

The condo was conveniently located and just as described. There was a bit of confusion in the beginning with gaining access, but Chad was very helpful and responsive. Once in, we had no problems and really enjoyed our stay. We are looking to book again for our next beach vacation.

Great condo! Setup was perfect for both of our families. Convenient access to beach and convention center. Beds were comfortable. The faucet in the hall bath needs to be replaced. It was rusty and hard to turn on.

A week at the Beach
The location was incredible. Literally on the beach, this unit was on the ground level, easy to access two ways. I especially loved the closet full of beach essentials for our use. The kitchen had anything you'd ever need. Great experience for us.

We will rent every year
We stayed at Chad's place for a cheerleading competition at the Convention Center. The location was perfect as we could just walk across the street. The condo was immaculate when we arrive and had everything we needed for iur stay. Chad was so accommodating throughout our stay especially our last day when we had to extend for a couple hours. We have now found our place to rent every year when coming to OCMD.

Long weekend
We had a great relaxing weekend. Chad was the perfect host and promptly assisted when needed. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean as pictured. Kitchen was very well stocked. Porch access to the beach was handy with young son and carrying beach supplies. We even got a permit and had a fun campfire by the ocean! Would stay again!!

Clean right on beach!
We stayed here for the weekend. 7 adults total. The master bedroom was great, bed was comfortable. The second bedroom had plenty of beds but not much space between the beds. It was ok for sleeping though. You could walk out the balcony right onto the beach! Place was clean. There were some beach chairs and toys in the closet. The owner communication was amazing! He was available by call or text for any questions or to give recommendations! We had a great time and would stay again!

Another great year @Diamond Beach. Chad is a great Host who is very attentive and provides a very comfortable, clean and well updated condo. We did not need to bring much because he provides a lot of amenities to make sure your stay is equipped with everything that you would need or would have not realized you would have needed. I love the layouts of his condos and the feel of being at home. Can not wait to come back again and again. I stumbled upon his rental last year by accident and now I don’t think I would want to stay anywhere else. It’s not to far from the boardwalk and is literally a hop skip and jump away from the beach. This property turned my husband into a beach guy! The walkout to the beach from the balcony is priceless! The place is clean the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and pots/pans if you need to cook meals all week! We had no issues all week, but I know we would have been able to resolve them quickly as the owner is quick to respond to messages. We were even able to see the planes for the air show right from the condo! We plan to return!

Great Place!!
The unit was beautifully decorated which made my family and I feel like we were at home. It was clean. The beach was literally a step off of the balcony and it was a beautiful scene to watch the sunset/sunrise. The owner was very polite and communication was amazing. Will be staying here again.

Best vacation condo ever!
This was the best vacation rental we have ever rented. The condo is beautifully updated, very very clean, and only steps away from the beach. The condo looks just as it does in the photos. It is equipped with everything you need inside as well as beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach. I was very impressed with the organization of the kitchen. Everything had a place and was neatly put away. This owner takes pride in the ownership of this property. This is evident in how he has taken care of the condo. Did I mention that this condo was extremely clean. We hope to go back again soon. If you are considering this property, book it. You won’t be sorry.

Perfect condo for families!
This is the perfect condo for families. The unit is extremely clean and everything is new. The location cannot be beat and you are literally steps away from the beach which makes it super convenient especially with kids. The whole process was a breeze and the owner is extremely responsive and attentive while you stay which is very reassuring because it shows he truly cares about the renters. We are already planning our stay at this condo next year! We cannot wait to go back!
