NOTE: In 2024 and 2025 there will be building construction next door north of Sandcastles. There will be noise off and on throughout the day OUTSIDE, but not inside unit.

Looking for a condo with that comfy coastal feel? Welcome to the beach vacation you have been dreaming about!

This unit has a spectacular Northeast view for space launches, side view of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. Additionally, you can gaze north toward Cape Canaveral and see the cruise ships arriving and departing. We are a minute's walk to the ocean and just over an hour's drive to all of Orlando's attractions and theme parks.

You will be staying in a renovated two bedroom, two bathroom condo on the 4th Floor with all the luxuries of home. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils and appliances for your convenience.

UPDATE:
November 2021 - All new large kitchen appliances (and yes, a personal Keurig), flooring throughout, cabinets throughout, bathroom renos and much more.
December 2016 - New A/C unit installed
Summer 2016 - Brand new full size washer and dryer, and toilets.

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, wall mounted TV, walk-in closet and bathroom en suite. The second bedroom has a twin bed and a full size bed as well as a generous closet and wall mounted TV.

Luxury vinyl flooring throughout, this is a smoke-free and pet-free unit, very family friendly! We've included everything you'll need: all bed and bath linens (including beach towels), beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and boogie boards.

There's a dining room and a family room. The family room features a flat-screen TV with cable and movie channels and the dining has table for 6. This coastal feel condo can't be beat for comfort and convenience. We have great high-speed WIFI throughout.

Sandcastles includes a beautiful outdoor pool and spa, tennis courts, private beach access and key-coded elevators and stairways for your security.

We had a wonderful stay! Location was great and accommodations were exactly as listed. Full kitchen with anything you might need, as well as full beach gear (umbrellas, towels, toys, coolers, chairs). Host was great and super responsive to our questions before we arrived, and even checked in on us during our stay with a quick hello message. Would definitely recommend! Good location with grocery store nearby as well as places to eat.

Excellent condo suite exactly as described! Everything in kitchen fully functional including kcup coffee machine and lots of extras in pantry for meal prep. Balcony has great view of beach and ksc. Also condo is very close to downtown strip, many dining and entertainment options. Thanks for the amazing stay!

We enjoyed our family vacation to Cocoa Beach. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The pool and beach access was perfect - we even saw a rocket launch from the balcony. Close to many restaurants and shops. Kathleen was an excellent host. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying here! Everything was as advertised. Condo was very clean and we had no problems what so ever. Plenty of good restaurants really close as well. The owner let us know about some rocket launches that we got to see as well. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Kathleen's place just feels like a home away from home. It was so well stocked with everything we needed for our weeks stay. We especially enjoyed beverages on the balcony and evenings out in the hot tub. Everyone we met was so friendly. Very central location in Cocoa Beach. Highly Recommend!

Nicely decorated and well stocked, very clean condo. The balcony faces the Cape Canaveral launch site, so it was an added bonus to see a rocket launch. We LOVED having beach chairs, boogie boards and a small cooler to take to the beach - a short walk through the dunes. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Small snafu the day before check-in as I didn’t realize we also had to sign a lease, but it all worked out. Definitely recommend this condo on beautiful Cocoa Beach!

My husband and I loved getting to stay at this property. Even amidst the construction that was going on, the owner was in communication with us giving updates and it didn’t inconvenience us too much. This condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need including beach chairs, towels, toys, and floats. We enjoyed getting to sit on the balcony in the mornings and enjoy our coffee as well as having plenty of room to hang out inside at night. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Everything was perfect! Our host was amazing and very responsive and helpful, as this was my first VRBO experience. The host helped me plan my family vacation. This property is fantastic and the unit we were in was beautiful. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony looking at the waves each morning. Great beach with perfect sand bottom. Cocoa Beach is a great beach getaway. Going after school started made for a quieter experience which we enjoyed. The condo we were in was outfitted perfectly and there were lots of extras for going to the beach. Couldn't have asked for more!

Not only was the property renter super sweet and helpful, the property was extremely nice, very clean, convenient and in a great location. Secluded enough to not deal with big crowds but close to everything you could possibly want to do. Not to mention the condo was completely stocked with just about everything you need for a week! Definitely recommend and can’t wait to visit again!!!

Everything was easy about this condo rental. We were given the access code and instructions the day before and everything worked great. Quiet resort with all the amenities, especially for a family traveling on a budget. The condo was fully stocked with EVERYTHING we could have needed. Proximity to the beach can't be beat, security was wonderful. The other tenants and owners were very kind and accepting. The owners of this condo are fast communicators and very accommodating. Highly recommend and hope to stay again!
