The condo was very nice. The host was easy to reach and helpful when we had trouble with one of the tvs. We liked the view especially when there were space launches. The pool was good but lots of restrictions. We found many great places to eat nearby. We definitely hope to come back!

We really enjoyed the large condo with all of the necessities needed for a family at the beach. I especially loved the balcony that has a wonderful view of the beach and ocean.

The property was as described. However, there was no mention of the demolition of the next door property, which was ongoing all day - everyday. Quite noisy to say the least. A “ heads up “ would have been nice. The other small complaint, the linens were clean, but past worn out. The re decorating was very nice.

The condo is very nice. Owner thought of every little detail, provides cleaning supplies, beach toys and boards, linens, towels, fully stocked kitchen. Always replied right away to my questions. Place could use an upgrade but was very clean so is not a real issue. The only issue I had was the construction that was going on during the day, but the beach is right there so that was no big deal either. Overall I highly recommend, plenty of space for the family to spread out and relax!

Booked this place for the balcony overlooking the water- only to find that the balcony and bedroom window were under construction. Very unsettling to see a huge danger sign on the slider in the living room- overlooking rubble of buildings that were obviously hit by a hurricane and all outdoor furniture thrown in a pile on the balcony. Woke up to find workers outside the bedroom window- working on the crumbling cement. Talk about feeling unsafe- and owner took almost 48 hrs to respond to our concern as none of this was advertised in our listing, transparency is not something that should be optional. Besides the structural integrity of the building, there was black mold all over the showers and the kids bathroom shower did not drain, leaving them in a puddle of water. Also don’t expect any basics for cooking- many cooking supplies were cracked or missing. Beach and pool is locked up like Fort Knox- keys needed for everything back and forth. Don’t waste your time going to Florida and expect to enjoy yourself here- it is unsafe and unacceptable. Never been so disappointed in a Vrbo.

Check in was easy and communication with Keith Yoshino was great! The balcony was being worked on all week(which was loud and annoying) but Keith was quick to respond and gave us some money back to help offset our trouble. Room was clean and spacious and close to everything. We are looking forward to staying again!

My adult daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed this Condo. It was clean, and had everything we needed; well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, (we did buy two beach towels), as well as a great balcony view of the ocean, and cruise ships. We ate our breakfast each morning sitting on the balcony's comfy furniture, looking at the gorgeous view.
Also easy access to the private beach.
Keith was quick to respond to questions and provided easy check in and check out instructions.
Already planning another early spring trip.

Great location with views
We had a great stay. The location is great with private beach access. We had a view of the ocean and if there happens to be a launch during your stay, this would be an amazing viewing area off the balcony. Everything was very clean and convenient. The available beach chairs and coolers were extremely handy since we travelled by plane and weren’t able to bring anything like that. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing trip
If I could give it more stars I would. If your looking for high end upscale hustle and bustle this place is not for you, but if you like us and just wanna escape definitely book this place. It's very quiet, and low profile. We live in Florida so this was just a weekend trip for us just to get away for the weekend. Yes its more a 50's Era interior but everything still works. Overall it was just what we needed. Beach access, the balcony is ocean view so your on the side of the building but still see a good amount of the ocean. You get to see cruise ships come in and out and a great spot for when rockets launch and Canaveral cause you can see the island from the balcony. Your also far enough away from all the hype of Ron Jon and the main road coming in. Totally would rent again if we plan another trip this way. (Also not sure if allowed but if your looking for something to do while your here me and my mom did fin expeditions kayak tours its only 5 minutes down the road and they have amazing people for tour guides definitely Check them out!)

It was on the beach. Very good!
Only thing I had a problem locking the door, it has combo lock on the outside of the door. I couldn’t it to stay with with combo lock.
I had to leave the keys on the kitchen counter & combo lock.
I left around 11:00.
The maid was due for entry inside the condo. I didn’t know if the maid had a key so I left the door unlocked.

Unacceptable
This unit is not in acceptable condition to rent at any cost. We left after only one night of a 6 night rental. Owner would not respond to any communication. I would have left immediately but because of the time we arrived we were stuck spending one night. Left immediately the next morning. Unit is dirty/broken and not in any condition to be rented out.

Communication Breakdown
The location of this condo is excellent, close to restaurants and stores, and right on the beach. Beyond that, our experience was well below what is to be expected. We received no information from the owner until after we arrived and figured some things out for ourselves. Once in the condo, we were disappointed with the quality of the condo. The carpet in the bedroom should have been replaced years ago. The smoke detector was on a shelf in the closet because a previous renter complained about the weird noises it was making back in January. We were to be there the last week of March, and April. The condo needs to have some money put back into it. As is, the location doesn’t make up for it’s condition. We left as soon as we could find another condo.

Great Location!
We had a great time visiting Cocoa Beach! The location of the condo was perfect with a great view of the ocean and Cape Canaveral and the price was right! We were able to sit on the balcony and watch a rocket launch and fireworks during the 4th of July!
The condo was as described in the listing. We knew going in that it was dated, which was not a problem for us. There was an issue with the kitchen sink leaking and the refrigerator was not as cold as it should be. We did text Keith within the first 2 days of our stay and he did respond quickly. The handyman was not schedule until Saturday (at the end of our week long stay) due to scheduling. The handyman did not come at the time we were told. The price was right, but next time I will spend a little more to have a few more upgrades in the place that I rent.

Very clean unit but not updated which i could of cared less. We were there to enjoy the beach and we did. The place has laundry and cooking appliances and the local grocery store is a few blocks away. I was disappointed that there was no grill available as i would have liked to have made fresh fish from the local fisheries or make a quick burger. Bedrooms were nice and comfortable and bathrooms were clean. The balcony faced north so great shot of the rocket launches which were cancelled but would have been a bonus. It has a great look at the ocean and live music on the weekends from a local bar made it nice to listen too. I would stay again no questions asked. Cocoa Beach is a great destination and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Keith !!!!

Great place to stay!
We enjoyed our stay on the beach. The beach is just a quick walk away, and the heated pool was enjoyable. Only issue was only one key with 5 people using the condo. Wish they had 2 keys for it.

First, the owner is very responsive to any question asked and provided wonderful communication before, during, and after our stay. Couldn't have asked for better. Location was perfect with easy access to shopping and food options, and of course it was right on the beach! The side view of the ocean was actually more than I expected and was awesome while sitting out on the balcony. The unit was easily accessed and was very clean. All that we needed was right there. It is not the most modern of decor, and the blinds in one of the bedroom are in need of repair for adequate coverage. These did not really impact our stay at all though, and I would recommend staying here without hesitation. Great amount of space and very comfortable.

Last minute trip to CB to watch the launch of the SpaceX Falcon Heavy. Property was as advertised, Keith was accommodating and accessible. Unit was well staffed with necessities. I would definitely visit again.

DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT
Unsecure (cannot lock porch door), outdated, leaking refrigerator, very old microwave, mold in bathrooms, dishwasher that does not clean dishes, broken chair in living room, uncomfortable sofa and chairs, trash left behind by cleaning crew, and finally an absentee owner who really does not care about the overall condition of the unit.

SPOTLESS, GREAT LOCATION AND VALUE FOR MONEY.
We had an amazing 3 nights with our friends. Great location on the beach. Very clean with everything you need and more!! Wasn't the most modern place I'd stayed at...but it didn't spoil our stay at all....maybe an update on the carpets is all that's required. Our friends were able to extend their stay for another couple of nights too. We will definitely be back :)
