Welcome to our stunning penthouse loft in the historic terra cotta building on Washington Avenue. This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit offers over 2,500 square feet of living space with soaring 14-foot ceilings, skylights and large windows that showcase the views of the City Museum and Delmar. You will enjoy the comfort and convenience of having a high-efficiency washer and dryer in your room, as well as free wifi and complimentary secured parking in the attached gated lot. No other property downtown can match this offer!

Our penthouse is ideal for families who want to experience the best of downtown St. Louis. You will be steps away from the entertainment and business district, with plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and attractions nearby. Please note that we do not allow parties or events of any kind, and we have a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. For your safety and ours, we have installed exterior cameras to monitor compliance with our rental policies. Please read our rental agreement and house rules carefully before booking. We had a wonderful time. Lots of room, loved the property. Very clean and fully stocked. Only downside was location.

Stayed the weekend for a Cardinals game and to visit the zoo. Close to great restraunts and cofee shops. Walkable to busch stadium but also a quick uber ride as well. Clean, easy access to building and host was bery responsive! No issues and would love to stay again.

Brought my mother for a weekend get away to celebrate her 90th Birthday! We did the Arch, rode on a riverboat, toured The Hill, went to the aquarium and had a fabulous time!

First of all, Chris is INCREDIBLY helpful and responsive. I would absolutely rent from him again. The location is PERFECT for the City Museum!! It was a 5min walk tops. The penthouse was super clean and was exactly what the listing pictures showed!! It's a huge open space, and everything was provided! We just had to bring whatever food we wanted to make and your suitcases (and yourself lol). The beds are super comfy too! Nice foam mattresses and fluffy, squishy pillows!! Whenever we come back to St Louis, I'll definitely be checking to see if this space is available!!! 10/10 would recommend!!

We enjoyed a couple of hot days in St. Louis. Took in a Cardinals game, the Zoo, and some excellent local restaurants! The loft was wonderful. Plenty of space and nice to have the grocery store across the street with my 3 hungry teenagers! We appreciated the quick response by Chris when we had any questions. This was by far one of the neatest places we have stayed at. Looking for a clean, stocked, unique stay? Chris, as you can tell on arrival, takes pride in his Penthouse.... rightfully so, this is a beautiful stay!! As for location, you really can't beat the fact that you can easily walk to the City Museum and Union Station.

This was a weekend trip with my spouse and another couple. We had a great time exploring the area. The beds and seating area were so comfortable. We had to cancel dinner reservations one evening due to bad storms and agreed that we enjoyed grabbing take and bake pizza from the grocery store right across the street and lounging around in the apartment was even better! This is downtown in a major city but we did not leave anything visible in the locked car and otherwise did not encounter any safety issues. Thank you Chris for being a great host!

Amazing place, great location, the cleanest vrbo we have seen, convenient to everything, only downside was the fear my vehicle would be broken into over night, decided not to park in the provided parking pass lot due to the amount of shattered car window glass on every inch of the lot, parked on the street under the street light. A provided spot across the street in the secured lot would have been nice. But then again this was all a non issue and doesn’t take away from the great place. Just follow the recommendations

This was one of the best VRBO experiences we have had. The listing was accurate and even better than the photos, which were already great. Property was clean and well supplied. Easy parking and easy access to so many St Louis tourist spots. We would definitely come here again!

Cannot think of a single thing to say bad about this experience. Chris was very quick to respond to all of our questions prior to travel and gave very detailed instructions for every step of the process. The loft was absolutely beautiful - the pictures don’t do it justice. If you’re looking to stay in St. Louis for a weekend or a month, this is the place to stay!

It was so much fun to be so close to all of the things we wanted to do in our first St Louis experience. Everyone in our party enjoyed the loft and it will remain in their family memories, always. The host went out of his way to accommodate our change in plans and we very much appreciated all of the things that made it comfortable, fun and memorable.

The Loft exceeded expectations, was even nicer than the photos. Room sizes were huge and amenities were fantastic. Host is easy to reach and quick to respond. My only draw back to staying here was the parking was not very secure, there was shattered glass in the lot from car windows being broken and no camera's so I was concerned about my vehicle. We made sure nothing was left out and didn't actually have a problem which was good. Chris did try to assure us that if you leave nothing out you should be okay. If the surrounding area was better I would definitely return.

We came in town for a concert with our 2 young boys (age 8 & 11) and wanted a place we could spread out and relax. This was the perfect place for us with tons of room, including 2 huge bedrooms and 2 very nice bathrooms. It’s in a great area close to lots of shopping and food. Right across the street is a grocery store which was so helpful; especially when the weather isn’t cooperating and you really need some ice cream. I highly recommend this condo!

The pictures don't do this place justice. It's much larger and much nicer than the pictures would suggest. The finishes and furniture are all top notch. The space is absolutely huge with great spaces for hanging out. Communication with the host was easy and clear. Chris clearly cares about the experience of his guests. Location is walkable to many bars, restaurants, and activities.
