Guests praised the convenient location for various activities, well-stocked kitchens, cleanliness, and responsive hosts. Highly recommended for a cozy and enjoyable stay near Lake Tahoe.

Great location and apartment had everything that we needed for a family of 4. Easy check-in and the owner was super friendly and communicative. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The location was perfect and close to all the activities we wanted to do. The parking was easy for our two cars. The host was very helpful and responsive when I had some questions. The kitchen was well stocked. The place is older though and the bedroom doors stick and are hard to close without making a loud noise. There are also shelves at head height next to the beds which are a little hazardous but we just draped some clothes or towels over them and it was fine. We stayed with my older parents and they noticed that the handrail for the stairs ends 4 steps before the end. It was fine for our group but if anyone has mobility issues, it might be difficult. All the bedrooms are upstairs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Tahoe!

This was the perfect location for all the wedding events, rehearsal dinner, wedding, reception. It was so relaxing to be among the tall trees and hear the birds. The condo is well stocked with many thoughtful touches. The host really made us feel welcome.

I had an amazing experience here. The house was wonderful with everything I needed to enjoy a weekend away.
The location is perfect for exploring all that Lake Tahoe has to offer. It’s close to hiking trails and restaurants. The host was very friendly and responsive to any questions I had during our stay.
Overall, I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway near Lake Tahoe.

We wanted to give the kiddos a chance to play in the snow, and this home was perfect for that! All the winter activities were an easy drive away, and the home itself was lovely. From the cozy living room and fireplace to the well-stocked kitchen to the comfortable bedrooms, this place was simply great. Marcel was the most responsive host I’ve ever met and helped make this an unforgettable trip.

A Mistake
Upon arriving at the condo it was necessary for my wife to vacuum and clean the floors. The medicine cabinet in the master was missing it’s door. The light above the kitchen sink was broken along with the light above the stove. The master shower was clogged and filled with water. The carpet had stains both downstairs and upstairs. The owner (Marcel) was contacted on all these issues and I requested a refund of the cleaning deposit, Marcel denied that refund and stated all he could give us was $50, which was insulting. Marcel had not listed any of these issues on his VRBO site, so please don’t be fooled.

We had a wonderful time in February! After Skiing at Diamond Peak we had a warm and comfortable home to relax.

Awesome location in Incline Village
We took a family trip to try out snow skiing and the location of this home was perfect. It was within a few minute drive to the store, restaurants and Diamond Peak Ski Resort for our lesson. The home had board games and blocks for the kids and they were always using them while we were there. Great home and host. We will definitely keep this home in mind when looking to visit the area again.

Wonderful stay at incline village
The house is very clean with a nice kitchen and all the household items needed. The location is super convenient. It is within 2 minutes walk to a golf course, where my kids had a lot of fun sledding and playing snow there. The house is close to mt rose , diamond peak ski resorts and local ski rental places. It is also close to a super market which is about 15 minutes’ walk, where you can get almost everything there. Property manager is really great. He responded to our questions and requests very quickly and had been really helpful. One more thing about the house, the parking lot is plowed daily on time, which makes the drive in and out very easy when there is heavy snow. We definitely would like to come back next time.

Very Enjoyable..
We spend a very enjoyable few days hanging out with friends.. we cooked, drank, played games and even found time for a quick casino visit. Only concern from the guys is they could not get local TV for 49r game! But we watched it at a local casino on BIG screen so everything worked out.

Convenient Rental in Incline Village
This cottage is conveniently located (short walking distance) to a really nice golf course and Incline Village township. All the amenities one could need in the cottage are available. Loved sitting outside on the deck and listening to the wind blow through the tall pines! The owner was very responsive from the moment we booked the cottage through check-out. The contactless check-in / out process was very easy too. Would definitely recommend this rental property for anyone looking for a casual, cozy place in Incline Village.

Just what we needed
We mostly needed a place to sleep, shower and eat breakfast at while visiting family and the property was everything we needed at a good price. Communication with the host was great. Wifi was better than I expected in a mountain area and handled several devices logged in. There were several coffee makers available. We used the Keurig for vacation convenience. If you stay here, go check out Monkey Rock and Tahoe East Shore Trail from the Tunnel Creek Cafe.

Centrally located and as advertised!

Nice townhouse at quiet, convenient location.
The townhouse size and layout was good and amenities provided were adequate. Location was perfect for a wedding we attended at the golf course. Room for improvement in a couple areas: couch was uncomfortable (worn out); pillows in master bedroom worn; very noticeable large carpet stain in front of couch that could have been easily cleaned prior to our arrival; wooden shelving in master bedroom and 2nd bedroom were too close to the bed which could make it dangerous to hit your head in the dark.

Incline Village cabin
This property is in a quiet neighborhood. The cabin had everything we needed as a family to prepare meals and sleep here. The interior needs some updating but overall worth the price. We would prefer an attached garage the next time we rent in Tahoe, but the parking was close to the cabin.

Great area
Great place, well stocked kitchen, plenty of space for our family. The owners communication was top notch. I would have given a 5 star and rented again my only thing is I like a softer bed and the master bed was firm. I know it sounds silly but for me I didn’t sleep well. It’s personal preference on that.

Fall family trip
A great quiet location. Parking was a breeze. Plenty of room to relax, cook and sleep. The owner was most accommodating & responsive to questions leading up to the trip.

Perfect for Families
We visited with our four kiddos and our stay was fantastic. The host was absolutely wonderful and responded immediately to any message or inquiry we had. The host arranged access to the private beaches which was lovely. We loved Burnt Cedar Beach. The rental was stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of paper goods, spices, equipment, and a Keurig. Our kids loved that there were games and a small amount of toys to play with. The home was 3 minutes from dozens of restaurants and the grocery stores. It was clean and just what we needed. Don’t look anywhere else, stay here it is perfect.

Excellent for the price!
I almost hate to review this place because I don’t want the availability to become even harder!
You can’t beat the price! Location was about 5-7 minutes of a drive to the beach- closer to the store and other things. It worked well for two families with a combined number of 4 kids. It was obvious that they are working on renovating the property, but it was clean and functional and the communication with the owner is the best I’ve had so far. The property had everything we needed for kids- including access to Apple TV, board games, legos, a baby gate and pack n play. We had no issues and are looking forward to staying again!

Great location, fully equipped and cozy house
The house is really nice, very clean and cozy. It is fully equipped with everything one might need. Communication was easy and effective.
Location is great. Very quiet, 5 minutes drive to Dimond Peak ski resort, 3 minutes to Incline Village shops and 5 to lake Tahoe beaches.
I would definitely recommend this place and would surely return.

Clean, comfy, and close to shopping centers.
We had car problems, and they where flexible with check in and out times. It was clean and close to shopping centers. Which was helpful because we did not have a car to go anywhere.

Great Lake Tahoe Stay
We spent a month in this wonderful townhome. The flow of the place really works well - we had up to 6 people there at times. Plenty of dishes and glasses, linens and towels.
All appliances worked well. Appreciated that there were some beach towels. Fireplace was awesome and appreciated during chilly evenings. Marcel was exceptionally quick, personable, and professional with communication. Queen bed in B2 very comfortable, and no complaints from the kids with the bunk beds. Comfort issue with the master bed, and since we both have back issues it was somewhat of a hindrance. But as Marcel pointed out, and rightly so, bed comfort is personal preference.
We do recommend this lovely townhome!

Great location
Overall this property was great. Location, ease of parking, large front room. The only problem was the overly soft and too cushy master bed.

Marcel was easy to work with. The rental was clean, comfortable and in the perfect location for my sons wedding at the Chateau. We were able to walk to the Venue. I highly recommend this home and would rent it again!

Perfect rental!
I loved the location of this property being so close to Sand Harbor and Kings Beach. The grassy area out front was a perfect place for my kids to play. The house was exactly as pictured, no surprises at all and was fully stocked in the kitchen with everything you could need. We loved eating out on the patio shaded by the trees. Everything was so immaculate and the couch was so comfortable and huge! All seven people fit on it comfortably! The kids loved staying in the bunk room together, too. The owner communicated with me constantly and was so helpful. This place is perfect for one or two families to stay. We will definitely be back.

Great family place!
We really enjoyed staying here. This unit is tastefully decorated: clean and modern, while cozy. Plenty of space. Everything we needed (well stocked kitchen with all the tools and appliances to make us feel at home). Lovely outside seating area made for barbecuing and having a relaxing family dinner. We got everything for dinner at a huge Raley’s that was only a 4 minute drive and offered tons of great food and drinks for vacationing! Nice restaurants close drive also. The owner was responsive to our needs and easy to connect with. You can tell he really cares about his place. While we enjoyed staying here in the summer, I can see this would be a great snow stop as Diamond Peak is so close by. Highly recommend.
