WELCOME TO THE ISLAND GRACE HOUSE
Take a tour through our home with HGTV's Island Life show; Season 10, Episode 2, originally airing Oct 15, 2017!
***************************
NEW in 2020! We added a 12'x48' Bocce Ball Court to our side lawn. Bocce balls, Boules balls, and Corn Hole are there for your enjoyment!
***************************
NOTE ON CANCELLATIONS: Our listing says No Cancellations because the settings in VRBO are too limited and only offers cancellation windows that are too short to allow new summer renters time to get a ferry ticket. That said, we understand last minute emergencies come up that impact travel plans, and we have always worked with our summer guests to refund 100% of their stay for what we are able to re-book it for. If you're booking farther than 6-months out, and need to cancel before 6 months, we will refund 100% without waiting to rebook. If you are booking less than 6 months out, or need to cancel within a 6-month window, then we will wait to refund you once we have re-listed and re-rented the house for your dates. We are usually always able to do this for the summer months, but non-summer months can take some time to rebook. Please feel free to contact us with any questions!

Island Grace is a wonderful place to spend a vacation. The house is beautiful and comfortable with fantastic common spaces for hanging out together as well as spacious private bedrooms. We highly recommend this property!

Stressed over picking the right house for two couples to stay for several nights in MV. Picked this house based on the location near Edgartown, the reviews, and the beautiful pics. Found all of that to be accurate!
Location is convenient to Edgartown - we rode bikes belonging to the owners into town several times for breakfast, etc. But easy ride to Oak Bluffs, and 30 minute beautiful ride to Aquinnah.
House was VERY comfortable, but we were so busy with the island that we didn’t even use all the amenities.
Loves that Marina offered up all kinds of niceties that made the house feel homey — the 4 bikes, beach towels and chairs that we took to sit and watch the sunset in Menemsha. Other beach equipment.
The pre-arrival and check-in processes were convenient and easy. Marina provided some helpful guidance to area restaurants and sites.
All four of us agreed in our love of the house and that would recommend / stay again.

The Island Grace was the perfect house for myself and 6 friends staying for a long weekend for Bike MS. We were greeted with a nice welcome note and a unexpected but much appreciated Bottle of Prosecco which set the tone for our weekend. Home is very clean, warm and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and we really appreciated the labeling especially for all the different light switches. The beds were super comfy and we all slept well. We did have excellent communication with our host who responded and resolved any questions or concerns immediately. The hot tub was glorious after our long day of biking. I would highly recommend!!

First time to the Vineyard. Group of 4 celebrating our 50th birthdays. Island Grace was the perfect place for us, great layout, wonderful location and a little sunshine made it even better! The owner was so accommodating and quick to respond. We enjoyed all of her recommendations and appreciated her advice for transportation. Renting a car for 2 days was key!! We were able to see every inch of the island. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. We even made dinner at the house one evening. Highly recommend this home for your next getaway.

Overall had a great stay. Loved the location and the host always responded immediately. Minor inconvenience of some of the tvs not working and some bathroom lights also not working. We had planned to grill and that was not available. I completely understand things happen it just would just have been good to know. Would stay here again! Lovely place with almost everything you could think of taken care of.

We spent a few days over Thanksgiving with our college-age kids. Island Grace was perfect! The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. We loved hanging out together in the living room - plenty of couches - and the kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you could need. We loved the bocce court! We hope to come back in the warmer month to explore the island even more.

We are fortunate enough to have been to the Vineyard many times. We cannot thank Marina enough for a wonderful stay. She communicated with us throughout the process and her property is just as it was represented, pristine. It has everything that you could want to hang out with friends laughing, is close to town to bike or walk, down the street from a farmer’s market and a close ride to the beach. We will return!

We stayed at the Island Grace House for a week after a family wedding. We picked it because it had great amenities (bocce, hot tub, fire pit table - used them all) and was close to town. The property was very clean and well appointed. The walk into town was a quick mile and made going into town easy as we did not have to find parking. Although the home sits on a fairly busy road, it was surprisingly quiet! My only recommendations would be to put mirrors at the driveway to facilitate getting out onto the main road (however would not be a deal breaker) and to leave some pillowcases out for the extra pillows. Last but not least the owners were very flexible and accommodating. Would 100% stay here again! LOVED every minute of our stay.

The description and photos of the listing are exactly what you get when you stay here. It was the perfect location for us - close to beaches, restaurants, bike trails, the farmstand and shops, yet still in a quiet neighborhood. All the toddler age supplies and toys were an added bonus for our group. The house is light, clean, and beautifully decorated. And the beds were very comfortable. Loved our stay!

spent a week with family at marina's house in edgartown. it is clean, bright, comfortable, and tastefully furnished.
there was nothing that we needed but didn't find. nothing that we found that wasn't in impeccable working order.
the house is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of edgartown. we used it as our home base for frequent visits to the center of town, and longer bicycle excursions around the island.

This was a great home for our girls trip! We are pretty spoiled being there was only 3 of us in your lovely 3 bedroom 3 full bath home! It was comfortable and well stocked. We would definitely rent again.

We came into town for the MV Winter Classic 20 miler and Amity relay. It was the absolute perfect house for our tired legs. The check in process was easy, the location was fantastic and the fireplace and hot tub were just what we needed. The house had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home.

The house is bright with great light and an open floor plan. Everything is labeled and well organized. The kitchen is well appointed. Having the electric fireplace in the Fall/Winter is a big plus. We truly enjoyed our time at Island Grace.

Our first time on the island. The house was immaculate and spacious. Had everything we needed. Great location near the beach. My husband and I rode bikes into town and took the ferry over to Chappy Island and enjoyed the day, Bikes were a little out dated and rusty. Hot tub was nice as well. We were able to visit 5 beaches on our stay. Great October weather. Marina gave us great tips on where to eat and visit. I would recommed this house for its great location and of course the five star inside the house!
My husband and I will be rebooking for sure.

We attended a wedding on Martha's Vineyard and chose this fabulous house for our lodging. It was perfect - the layout is fabulous and the decor so lovely and fun. We played bocce, loved the hot tub and several of our guests utilized the bikes for trips to Morning Glory Farm. We could not have been happier in your beautiful home. Thank you!

Perfect location for an Edgartown wedding. Walked to town and loved all the amenities at this beautiful house. Plenty of space, well stocked for cooking and great selection of toys and games for the kids.

The ladies in our family have not gotten together in so so long. It was so nice to have such a cozy home to stay in for all of us to reconnect! This home had everything, and was close enough to Edgartown to enjoy it, but far enough outside of Edgartown to enjoy the peace and quiet of the island.

We went to MV for our son’s Wedding and spent a week at the Island Grace House and it was perfect. Everything we imagined it would be and more. The house is quite spacious with an open concept and accommodated our family of four quite nicely. The backyard was lovely and added to the living space. The host was extremely attentive with any questions we had and responded timely. We would definitely book again if we travel to the vineyard.

This was our family's first time renting this house. We had a truly amazing experience. The house is beautifully decorated and was exceptionally clean when we arrived. We especially loved the screened in porch, bocce court and fire pit table in the back yard. The owners are very responsive and incredibly helpful. The location was perfect for morning walks into Edgartown and trips to South Beach and State Beach. We had a wonderful vacation!

This house was all we dreamed it would be! We came to Martha's Vineyard to celebrate our daughters very small wedding in Edgartown. With adult siblings coming in from as far as Colorado, this house accommodated us all nicely while also allowing us to cook some awesome meals both inside and on the grill. After their wedding dinner out at a local restaurant, both families returned to "our" house to talk and enjoy each others company for an hour or two. We all enjoyed the spacious living room with lots of chairs to accommodate us all (15). The next day the house returned to its quiet comfortable island feel and beach life and bocci became our way of life! This house is comfortable while still elegant. It has a very well equipped kitchen which was a joy to use - we only ate out once! By the time all our kids had left and my husband and I were alone for the last night we were wishing we could stay another week! Thank you so very much for a wonderful stay and for all the memories!

We loved our stay. Close to town, close to the farm stand, short drive to the beach. We loved it all and had a great time. Everything you need was at the house as well. The only drawback was the windows in one of the upstairs bedrooms didn’t open but it wouldn’t keep me from renting again because there was central AC but good to note if you like open windows. We loved it so much we will definitely be back.

My husband and I loved our stay at Island Grace. The kitchen was very well equipped. The house was immaculate, and had fun extras like games, a bocce ball court and a hot tub. It was a truly relaxing getaway. The location was great too - the farm stand down the road was amazing.

This home was perfect for our family vacation which included 5 adults and 2 young children. The host thought of everything you could possibly need, and everything was labeled making it easy to find things. There were bicycles, beach chairs and toys for the kids. The floor plan is perfect for a big group to socialize and the option to give the kids some space. The backyard allowed the kids space to run around and the adults some time around the fire pit. Location was perfect, we all loved Edgartown. I can’t wait to go back!

The Island Grace was the perfect place for our family to stay for our weekend wedding.
We loved staying at your home. It was such a pretty house with roomy places to hang out. The location was just perfect whether to walk into town or to the local farm for muffins and coffee. The bikes were a fun way to get around quickly when we didn’t want to Uber. I would definitely recommend the Island Grace or stay there next visit to Martha’s Vineyard.

My husband, his parents, and my two best friends stayed here for a few days so we could all be together for our Edgartown town hall wedding. The property was incredibly clean, and well organized, and instructions for the use of all things were very clear. We spent as much time outside as well could - using the bocce court, fire table, and the hot tub - so relaxing! While we didn't cook while we were there the kitchen is well stocked and would be have been perfect to do so in. The screened-in porch was lovely for morning coffee and doing our nails together us girls the morning of the wedding too. All three bedrooms essentially have their own full baths (the downstairs bedroom bath isn't directly attached), amazing for 6 people getting dressed and ready all at once. The house was perfect for our needs and would have been perfect for a longer-term beach stay as well. It's close to Edgartown center and South Beach while still being more tucked away and private. On top of this, Marina was very responsive to the few questions we had while staying and very nice and understanding as well. A lovely stay and experience overall!
