It’s our 3rd time staying here and it is magical each time. The home is well-appointed, in an ideal location, and spacious. The hosts are lovely as well. Can’t wait to return next year. A gem on island.

We really enjoyed our stay at VH1! The property is beautiful and spacious with great outdoor spaces and a rose garden! It was a very charming place to stay. We were able to walk into town and enjoy everything in Martha’s Vineyard from this great location.

The house was wonderful! Just as pictured and plenty of space. Elizabeth was an excellent host and so responsive. I wish we’d been able to spend more time in the courtyard but it was too cold on our trip. Extremely close to Vineyard Haven but there is a tricky intersection to get in and out of the house. The house is on a quiet alley street and neighbors are friendly.

Incredibly clean and spacious. Thought of everything. Close to town. Darling garden and friendly chickens next door. Loved our stay. The only recommendation I have is more comfortable pillows on the beds.

We rent on the Vineyard every summer and this was by far one of the best rentals we have stayed in. This house is immaculate and has lots of space. The house exhibits unique character with elegant design. Great location in walking distance of stores. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay on the Vineyard.

The house is lovely just as listed. Due to the weather we could not enjoy the outside space. Location is wonderful and convenient. Road can be a bit busy. I would bring pillows.( Not very plush. )

We could not be happier with our stay. The property description is spot on. It is within walking distance of the ferry, restaurants, and shops.

The property was lovely and well located. Exactly as pictured in the listing. My contacts with the owner and her representative were rapid, effective and courteous. I can’t recommend highly enough. Quintessential New England sea coast house.

Lovely house and location. Unfortunately we had to leave 2 days early due to hurricane. Elizabeth was great. We would most definitely come back.

My family and I had a wonderful time! The house was perfect! It was a charming home and exactly as advertised. We were close to everything, made friends with neighbors and walked to town daily! There’s a small beach right off Beach Street just over the bridge that was lovely!

Excellent in every aspect. Would definitely stay there again. We cooked quite a bit and the kitchen was perfect. All modern in all rooms with island charm. Location couldn't be better. We took our car which allowed us to travel the island easily.

Perfect rental for our annual Martha’s Vineyard summer vacation.
Well appointed, comfortable home – easily walkable to Vineyard Haven ferry, bus, shops and restaurants, yet far enough away for quiet reflection. Open plan kitchen, dining and living room works smoothly for cooking, dining or just relaxing after a busy day at the beach/around towns or staying in when rain prevails. Great for seniors, singles or family.
Elizabeth was a delightful host, gracious, organized and responsive. Excellent and thoughtful materials (How To, Tourist and Reference info) provided in advance and onsite.
We would definitely come back for another stay.

Elizabeth's VRBO was the perfect spot to stay for my bachelorette! Plenty of space for a group of 8. Very clean and easy to manage. Elizabeth was very easy to talk to and any check in/check out instructions were clear and done with ease. 10/10 would recommend and would love to stay there again!

Elizabeth’s property was amazing! If you have a family or traveling with multiple people this is the place to stay. It’s clean, convenient, and perfectly situated. It was my wife and I and are 1 and 4 year old as well as her parents. Her parents stayed in the first floor room with its own bathroom and had privacy from the loud kids! If you have small kids this spot is great with multiple outdoor areas for catching sun or shade anytime of day. The house had everything bc we could want to use for cooking etc in it. And the best part - the walk to downtown Vineyard Haven is only 5 minutes!

Great property. Loved the decor. Comfortable furnishings. We loved exploring the island in the off season. No crowds! And we don’t mind a little rain.

My friends and I visit Martha’s Vineyard every year but this is the first time we decided to stay in Vineyard Haven. This house is immaculate and perfectly situated. It is an easy walk to and from the ferry, to shops and restaurants, and to the bus stop to explore the rest of the island (if you don’t feel like taking a taxi). Five stars, highly recommend, and can’t wait to go back!

We had a great time staying at this property. The house is lovely and is great for two groups. One has the upstairs with two bedrooms to themselves, and the other has another bedroom that's in a separate part of the house and feels very private. Short walk to vineyard Haven is very convenient. The house is located on a dirt road with a do not enter sign which was a little bit confusing but ultimately not a big deal.

We love this house: location, cleanliness, amenities, and our wonderful host. This is our second year renting this house and it as magical as we remembered. The host is the best we’ve experienced as frequent travelers and we cannot wait to return. Everything you need is easily accessible and the house is perfection. We can’t wait for our future trips to this lovely home.
Thank you, Elizabeth!

The location was ideal for our family - quiet and tucked away but also easy to walk into town, get to Tashmoo where we keep our boat, and right off of William Street where we could walk the babies. Loved the big open first floor space, outdoor areas that smelled of fresh herbs, and neat rooms. We did it all this week and loved our place to come
Home to every day. Thank you!

April in the Vineyard
Great last minute getaway to MV. Weather was great and crowds were non-existent. Home was perfectly located and great size for a family. Only challenge was many places on the island not yet open for the season.

Absolutely sublime!
We immediately fell in love with this property. It not only exceeded our expectations, it was the perfect home for our group of friends. Everything we needed to make us feel at home was there. We were close to everything in VH and yet enjoyed the relative privacy of our home and neighborhood. My friends and I took outdoor showers everyday- which was a highlight for us. Host a few friends, as there is plenty of private outdoor space, From the decor to the carefully assembled “welcome book,” this property has everything you need for an amazing getaway. Can’t wait to return next summer- we already counting down.

Great house near town
We had a wonderful extended stay over Memorial Day despite the rain. The house was well equipped and very clean. Beautiful entry garden and a short walk to town. The house quickly heated up and cooled down (the weather called for both!).

Easter Break in MV
We had a wonderful Easter Break on the island with the first peek at springtime in MA. Weather was perfect. Enjoyed watching the tiny green leaves sprouting on the hydrangea and the daffodils! The house is beautiful and very comfortable. Felt like home to us. Thank you for the warm hospitality.

Rest and Relax
The house was well appointed, clean, and had plenty of space. We were there off-season so theTV and wi fi were key for movie nights and NCAA Final Four. Very convenient to walk to tiwn or drive to Edgartown and Oak Bluffs.

Off Season Getaway with Friends
We were very happy we chose this property on Martha's Vineyard for a mid winter getaway with friends. The location is ideal, whether you are visiting off season (as we did in February) or at the height of the season during the summer months. The house is very comfortable and so convenient from the Steamship Authority ferry and to downtown shopping and dining. It was apparent from the moment we walked into the house that the owner has paid close attention to the details of the house and the comfort of the guests is top priority. The house is beautifully appointed and includes all the necessary amenities without being overdone and cluttered. This property has a simple, elegant, and cozy vibe. We hope to return to this property again to relax in style and comfort with friends and family. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.
