The apartment is very well equipped, clean and spacious. The communication with the owner was straightforward and she replied instantly. It is well situated and the connection with the public traffic and there are several shops, cafes just around the corner.

It has everything you need for a nice stay in Belgrade. I particularly like that there is a wifi, aircon, balcony, washing machine and parking. Host is also approachable.

The sofa bed could be more comfortable.

Self check-in and self check-out. Good communication with Alexandra, our host. The apartment is very stylish, comfortable. It is close to the bus stop, so it is easy to reach the city center. There are good supermarkets in a walking distance.

The host forgot to provide us with a new wi-fi password.

Superb

The apartment was clean, it was easy to find a parking spot and the check-in was uncomplicated. . The host allowed me even to come earlier than the normal check-in time. Big balcony with good view from the 5th floor. Presence of elevator.

For a reason I don't understand, the shower has an uneven ground, which makes standing in the shower quite uncomfortable.

Good location of the apartment with McDonalds, bakery and supermarkets within 100m. We took a bus to the old town, Knez Mihajlova etc. (the nearest bus stop was a 5-min walk). Every facility on the list is provided. Great apartment for a couple or a group of 3-4 friends.

Poor

Location is nice. Check-in and check-out with a key safe perfect. Quiet neighborhood. Good communication with the owner. Refrigerator is super-nice.

As soon as we arrive we went to the closest supermarket and we bought cleaning wipes and disinfectant spray to clean and wipe all the apartment. Unfortunately very poor hygiene in the whole apartment. Uncomfortable bed. A way too used pillows. Stink from the washing machine. Bathroom uncleaned. Dirty mop with the bathroom. Blunt knives, etc.

Good location for a flying-in city breaker, poor hygiene :(

The apartment has all the things needed for a day or two city break. Its location is nice: close to a highway and to the airport (15 min drive), but also well connected to the city center via public transport. Self check-in experience is nice: the keys are in a locked box and there are written instructions with hints on food/groceries in the area, along with a bottle of water.

It is not clean: after a night I found a long hair on me (assume it came from the bed linen), there was a part of a condom wrap behind the bed in the sleeping room, the dishes were visibly freshly washed but seemingly with brown water (drops of it remained and I re-washed the dishes after that). The couch in the living room can be transformed into a bed but offers very little comfort, so I would not recommend the apartment for 4 persons (as we were). There was a slight annoyance with the payment; I was messaged on my mobile several times during my stay to leave the money in the lock box. This was pretty disturbing for me: there was no previous agreement to pay during my stay, so I expected to pay at check-out as usual and even didn’t have cash at the beginning of my stay; I felt pushed and distrusted (however the tone was friendly, so I assume the reason for this are previous experiences with people using “self check-out” for leaving without paying).
