Een heerlijk verblijf in het hart van Cihangir, met comfort, gastvrijheid en een geweldige locatie!

De locatie is top, de kamers zijn schoon en de bedden zijn heerlijk comfortabel. Het personeel is ontzettend attent, zorgvuldig en doet er alles aan om al je vragen te beantwoorden en je wensen werkelijkheid te maken. Echt een aanrader!

Een heerlijk verblijf op een perfecte locatie in het hart van Cihangir

Het meest beviel me de geweldige locatie in het hart van Cihangir! Dit was mijn tweede verblijf en het voelt inmiddels bijna als thuiskomen. De sfeer, de faciliteiten en de buurt maken het elke keer weer een fantastische ervaring.

Eigenlijk niets. Er was een beetje lawaai buiten vanwege dat de wegen gemaakt werden maar de ramen waren best goed geisoleerd dus had er niet veel last van en daar kan het hotel weinig aan doen.

Overall, a great place to stay for a great price!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! The location of the property was perfect. It was easy to walk to all the major sites or take public transit. The staff was also so helpful and went above and beyond for us. We were traveling for our honeymoon and they decorated our room and gave us a bottle of wine. It was so sweet of them. They were so helpful the entire trip.

The room itself was still nice but didn’t look like the picture so it was different than what we expected. It was still good for us but just as a heads up! Also, there is some street noise (we had a few nights of construction right outside, but it wrapped up by the end of our stay), so just be prepared for that.

we had a great stay in Istanbul, hotel was good and had everything we needed.

the location was amazing, we could walk to most interest points, and the tram was close to hotel as well if we needed it. The room had everything we needed for a weekend break.

air conditioning broke on one of the days. The hotel staff tried to assist and called out a technician, but technician never arrived. every time we would ask for update, we would be told that technician is coming in 20 minutes, but he never arrived. next day thankfully the AC started working, but the staff gave us conflicting stories of what was done. anyhow, if they were honest from start, it would have been really appreciated and i would give them full marks for our stay.

Замена адреса проживания за пару часов до заселения, переезд в выбранный отель на следующий день, где не оказалось оплаченного номера, грязь, плесень ,дыры в полу, волосы в холодильнике, отпечатки пальцев и пыль на всех поверхностях, мочевой камень в унитазе, отсутствие посуды в номере , не было уборки , мало света, отель подлежит реконструкции

So good

This is a really nice hotel, the environment here is good. You can see the village view in your room and the marker around here is nice and cheap. All the employees here are friendly and helped us a lot. Especially reception Seçil , she provided a good service. Her smile made my day. She helped us to find the way to airport. I will come here again and wish you all the best!

Extremely old and rusty room with outdated appliances and furniture.

I had booked the Queen room specifically for the bath and spacious room size, however it ended up being an extremely old and rundown room on the 1st floor where: 1) the wifi didn’t work anywhere but in the bathroom; 2) window could not be closed, problem was not solved immediately; 3) the sink was leaking; 3) the bathtub was extremely rusty; 4) there were 0 conveniences- lack of a mirror in the room and no place to even hang a jacket; 5) floor had horrible looking marks; 6) couch looks nothing like in the picture; LED lights did not work around the mirror in the bathroom.

It was wonderful experience, terrace suite has a an amazing sea and city view. It is located at the top of the building of hotel that you can see anywhere of city.. colors of the suite are warm and it makes you relaxed, it is well decorated and terrace has a sitting place outside. Turkish bath inside of the bathroom. Water pressure is ok. Wifi is strong. Location is hard to find but staff helps you to find out. It let u to reach many places in a few minutes. Overall that is fantastic experience.💯💯

Everything was fine

I was looking for a hotel with a kitchen, this option is not bad value for money. Nice staff, good location

One important point is that smoking is allowed in the hotel. I had missed this point, so it was an unpleasant surprise.

Завтрак должен быть нормальным, тем более он оплачивается, а не лепешка с мясом. Запретите курить!

Наличие джакузи, терраса.

Верхний этаж, номер с террасой. При входе в номер запах жареной рыбы. Под утро кто-то курил в соседних номерах или где-то в здании и в номере отчетливо слышен запах сигарет (работала климатическая система). Завтрак! Ужас. Во-первых, он с 9 часов. Попросил принести хотя бы в 8.30, чего конечно же не сделали. Принесли лепешку с мясом и мини салат. Всё. Считайте, что завтрака в гостинице нет!

Nie wieder diese Hotel Apartment

Die Lage war sehr schlecht, 4OG trotzdem so laut von Straße und sogar durch die Wände von Nachbarin. Keine richtige Namen Schild, kaputt Kühlschrank, Tür war auch kaputt . Ich werde nie weiter empfehlen. Bitte vorsichtig! Und gut überlegen.

Персонал пытался нам помочь, спасибо за это. Но так или иначе осталось впечатление не очень хорошее. Плюс в номере стоил

Месторасположение хорошее, рядом с Таксим районом и в семи минутах от Галатопорта

Номер достался с неработающей ванной, сломанным окном, протекающей раковиной. В первый день, к сожалению, помыться не удалось. На другой день нас переселили.

Perfect location

My experience was fantastic. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. الفندق أعجبني كثيرًا، ويقع في منطقة رائعة جداً. يقع في مكان ممتاز بالقرب من جالاتا وميناء تقسيم والعديد من المواقع التاريخية الأخرى. بما أنه يقع في مكان مركزي، يمكنك الوصول بسهولة إلى أي مكان ترغب فيه. وسائل النقل العامة مثل المترو ومحطة الترام على بعد خمس دقائق سيراً على الأقدام فقط. تجد في الفندق عدة مطاعم ومحلات تجارية على مقربة منه. يوجد مطبخ في الغرفة ومجهز بجميع الأدوات والتجهيزات اللازمة. قمت بالإقامة في غرفة تركية تحتوي على حمام تقليدي ومدفأة. قضيت إقامة رائعة في هذا الفندق الفاخر. الموقع لا يقاوم، فهو قريب جداً من وسط المدينة وجميع الأماكن السياحية الرئيسية. يمكنك الوصول إلى محطات المترو والحافلات بسهولة، مما يجعل التنقل داخل المدينة أمراً مريحاً.

تجربة الحمام التركي كانت لا تُضاهى، وكانت الإضاءة الهادئة والديكور الفاخر يضفيان لمسة من السحر على إقامتي. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، كانت المرافق الاجتماعية ممتازة، حيث يمكنك الاسترخاء في الساونا أو الاستمتاع بالجاكوزي بعد يوم من التجول في المدينة. الخدمة في الفندق كانت استثنائية، حيث كان الفريق دائماً على استعداد لتلبية احتياجاتي. الغرف واسعة ومجهزة بكل ما تحتاجه لإقامة مريحة، والإطلالة من النافذة كانت رائعة.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at this hotel! It exceeded all my expectations. The location is simply fantastic, nestled in the heart of a vibrant area with easy access to Galata Port, Taksim, and numerous historical landmarks. Its central position allows for effortless exploration, thanks to the proximity of public transportation – just a brief five-minute walk to either the metro or tram station. One of the highlights for me was the well-appointed room featuring a fully equipped kitchen. I had the pleasure of staying in a room with a Turkish bath and a charming fireplace. The meticulous decoration of the room added a touch of luxury to my stay, and the Turkish bath experience left me feeling incredibly content. The reception staff were exceptional, fluent in multiple languages, and their professionalism, especially in English, was noteworthy. They went above and beyond to provide valuable information about must-visit places in Istanbul. The level of cleanliness in the room was outstanding, with attention to every detail evident from the moment I entered. Daily cleaning services ensured a consistently pristine environment. the location was good, near to Taksim square, Isteklal road and many markets

not easy to find uber taxes if you order you have to walk to the main road around 10 minutes walking. For housekeeping you have to ask them every day to do it otherwise no one will come to do it

In general, the stay was fine, but the room and the facilities are not in a good condition.

The location is great, nice neighbourhood, lots of restaurants around.

The room was not very clean, there were stains on the bed table. The hairdryer wasn’t there although it was mentioned to be in the room. It’s a bit noisy in the room on the first floor.

Mismatching the expectations

The one and only really good thing is the location of the hotel, was convenient to travel to the main sightseeing.

Seems that one day it was a really nice apartment but now it's much worse than in the photo. The wood became black in some areas, light in the bathroom always blinks, the bath isn't clear, no lamp in one of the lightnings. There was no coffee machine, no bath robes, even no glasses! The staff always smiles but does nothing with it. I asked to fix the light FOUR times and they didn't fix it anyway, I just bought the new light by myself. It's really a shame. Cleaning goes randomly, I traveled to another city for two days and my room was still dirty on the return. And after all those things they insistently asked me to rate them at 10 points. Awful.

Very good and cozy, as always

I’m staying in this hotel every time I come to Istanbul for over two years. Friendly and responsive staff, very good location, neighborhood full of good restaurants and cafes, and amazing Bosphorus view right behind the hotel building. I recommend room with spa bath since it’s the mid-sized room among standard room with hamam and royal suite.

Beds , elevator, no daily room service, no body helps you with the Luggage.. etc I booked a 3 bedroom apartment and they don't have apartments!. I got only 3 rooms. BOOKING WEB doesn't help me once I arrived.
