From the moment I entered the hotel, I was captivated by its elegance and warmth. The heritage building and inviting lobby set a splendid tone for my stay. My room was consistently spotless, with thoughtful touches like Turkish delights left with each cleaning, enhancing the experience. The dining experience, especially at the rooftop restaurant, was exceptional, offering breathtaking views and exquisite meals that showcased the best of local flavors. The staff, particularly Jeren and Rabia, were the highlight of my stay. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made me feel incredibly welcomed and valued. My stay was outstanding in every aspect, from the impeccable cleanliness and gourmet dining to the exceptional service by all staff members. This hotel truly stands out as a memorable destination, and I eagerly anticipate my next visit.

Wonderful hotel and excellent attention. The breakfast is awesome, very complete. Everyone is very friendly and ready to help. Even on out last day, when we left the hotel very early to catch our flight, Joseph went out of his way and offered us some coffee to take on our taxi ride.

Hotel where the staff makes the difference from being great to being excellent.

The level of service from the staff, from the reception, the restaurant...everybody is just going the extra mile for you to make your stay more than pleasant. Cagri and Halil make sure everything is perfect, taxi, luggage, umbrellas, tips for going outside, you name it they know it. And this is for all the staff and management: Thank you for your great hospitality!

The hotel is excellent, but there is a temporary construction site across the road that will be finished soon. However, it is not so much bothering as the staff compensates for this in a tremendous way. Not a problem for the stay.

It was lovely and I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely spread and staff. Somewhat surprised they didn’t have goat diary options readily available given the amount of people with cow protein intolerance or allergies.

I found the music at the bar upstairs too loud in the evening. And I was surprised I couldn’t purchase any of the Marriott products or even order for delivery on site. Having stayed at the Westin a few times, I also found my mattress not as comfortable as I found it as the Westin.

Racist hotel

Nothing but the people who serves in breakfast

I think the hotel employees are racist to Asian people, I asked for help about three times during these three days but they never gave any feedbacks asap it took like 2_5hrs to get responses. I hurt my leg before this trip to istanbul, so I was coming with a wheel chair. Unfortunately this hotel didn't gave me the disable room at the first place ,when I asked them to switch the room, these people put us out side the room for one hour waiting for the room keys unbelievably.

Wonderful stay at a luxurious hotel in a beautiful city!

Location was terrific and the staff were all very friendly and helpful especially Rabia who was very thoughtful, Bugra who was exceptional at building an itinerary for me and Halil who was very helpful. The hotel itself was a great, comfortable stay. I will definitely stay at the JW Bosphorous the next time I'm in Istanbul!

Can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Location is great. Hotel and the rooms are nicely appointed as one would expect at this price level.

Room windows are painted over, impossible to see outside or get sunlight in the room. Very dark and gloomy.

Staffs were kind and friendly. The room and roof terrace view were very nice all day. Breakfast was delicious, the location was also great. I stayed for vacation and my birthday. It turns out to great memory. Big recommendation.

Good

The hotel was very calm and peaceful. And the staff were very hospitable and extremely polite.

I booked for a king bed room, yet they gave me a single bed bedroom on the first night of my stay. Even though they moved me to a bigger room the next day, they still charged me the same amount on the first night.

Very well maintained and beautiful hotel, amazing staff.

Wonderful hotel, big shoutout to the concierge and reception staff, they really are the kindest and make you feel extremely welcome. Will definitely stay there again if I visit Istanbul.
