The host was really friendly and treat us like their family members.
They knew it was an anniversary trip for us and got us a small cake for the celebration. That’s was really sweet of them. Thank you Sue and Micheal. We will definitely come back!
Nothing all was great!

Views were breathtaking, beds comfortable and the hosts are such charming wonderful people! And they made our doggies feel so welcome as well. Would love to visit again as soon as I can

I traveled to Kairos with my mum and my dog over the NYE. They were very accommodating with my energetic husky pup and we were able to have a very comfortable and enjoyable NYE away from the busy city. They served us a huge steamboat dinner (with an extra charge) which was very delicious and enjoyed overlooking the sunset. We also had a great local breakfast in the morning and then a beautiful walk around the property. Kairos is not a villa similar to other places in that area, this place is more like a family home with functional and clean hotel-like rooms, where you're very intimately placed with the other guests and the lovely hosts, Michael and Sue. If you are looking for a more secluded/private kind of stay this will not be your cuppa tea. Kairos is more about mingling with the people staying there and sharing great chats with the hosts and your temporary neighbour!
The room was slightly too small to have a dog in it, however, we were lucky to have the balcony area for him to roam about in. It's not possible to keep a husky tied all through the stay but as luck would have it, our floor had guests who were very happy to have my dog roam about without a leash so in the end it worked out. As the balcony wraps around the floor, it would be a good idea to have a gate that separates the pet-friendly room from the rest of shared balcony so that the pets can be off-leash within that area.

The location was good. The view of the mountains from our room fantastic. The staff, specially Ms Crystal was very nice and provided us with all the attention and comfort.
We booked 1 night stay to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. It costed us RM 737 including breakfast. We booked the room with the name "LOVE". This is the room with the best view in the villa. The villa has rooms in 3 floors. On the ground floor along with rooms, they have the reception area, kitchen. The dining area is on the verandah of the ground floor. Then there are rooms in the 1st and 2nd floor. Our room "LOVE" was on the 2nd floor, corner, overlooking the hills. As you step out of the room you have this huge balcony which runs across the whole villa from the front overlooking the mountains to behind overlooking the road to the villa. The room had a queen bed and a single bed. It is a pet friendly accommodation and we had taken our pet dog too who had a lovely time roaming around in the balcony! We had very nice tea and wine sessions in the afternoon and evening using the table in the balcony and enjoying the view.
The linen, towels provided were good and we had undisturbed and good sleep. The washroom was basic but very neat and clean. The air-condition is adequate. Limited parking available inside, rest outside.
We reached during lunch time and asked for whatever is available. They made us Fried Rice which was ok with us. For dinner they have steamboat and BBQ arrangements. That evening they did not have the BBQ option so we went for the steamboat dinner - 1 seafood and 1 chicken set with Tom Yum soup. I have to tell you that we had the best dinner experience ever. All the steamboat ingredients like chicken, prawn, clams, oysters, vegetables, mushrooms, everything was so fresh and tasty. The Tom Yum soup was awesome. The dinner costed us RM 206 but it was worth it.
Tea, coffee is on the house and you have to carry it from the kitchen to your room.
Breakfast is too basic, specially the eggs and chicken sausages option. The other option was Nasi Lemak. We don't like Nasi Lemak in the mornings so we ordered for 3 eggs and chicken sausage option. But, I think they ran out of ingredients, so we ended up getting 2 sets of those and 1 set we had to take Nasi Lemak. The eggs and chicken option is too basic with only sunny side up eggs. Butter was provided on asking. We found it a bit disorganized and casual. I think adding a cereal option with possibility of having more egg preparations would be better.
The lunch fried rice was cold and very basic. But, I guess it is ok since they don't really seem to have a organized lunch arrangements as check ins are mostly after lunch at 2 pm. 3 X fried rice costed us a reasonable RM 60.
The WiFi is not of good quality. Though it is easily available across the villa, but it is weak.
When checking out, to settle the bill you have to pay in cash. Luckily I had enough cash. But, I think card option should be introduced.
They charged a cleaning fee of RM 50 for pet dog which I found to be quite steep!

Michael, Sue and Crystal really went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and that we were getting good rest in their lovely villa. They were more than happy to introduce us to Pantai and its surrounding area, making great recommendations for things to do and food to eat. Needless to say, the view from the villa was amazing at every time of the day. There was plenty of space around the villa to nap, chill, or hole up with a book, and the room was very clean and perfectly cosy. Thank you Kairos!

The villa is very clean and cosy and has a very nice sunset view. The room which we stayed in was very comfortable. The villa is surrounded by lush greenery and is very tranquil and peaceful for an eco staycation. Highly recommended for a relaxing staycation.

Michael and Sue are great hosts and they made us feel welcomed in the villa. This place has interesting background story which you will need to discover on your own. It has a charm of it's own and would be ideal if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place to wind down. The staff are also very helpful in ensuring you have a very pleasant experience.
Not much parking space if there are going to be a large group of people. Be sure to travel with as few vehicles as possible. Roads leading to the property is not the greatest in terms of condition but even a sedan could easily get up there.

The host has welcomed us warmly and we glad that we able to meet the owner, we then know the story behind of the villa and they were simply fun to talk. Furthermore, we never expected that the villa is actually quite warm and cozy. We have a great time staying there.

My expectations: Clean, comfy and pleasant interaction with owner or staffs.
All met with flying colours:)
Owner interacts with me before arriving and gave me awesome advice. The staff greeting us was also pleasant and gave a lot of tips around the area.
Comes with nasi lemak breakfast for 1st day and toast with eggs and hotdog for the 2nd day.
Will patron again in the future.
To me everything was pleasing.
Please read what the villa has to offer before booking so you know what you are getting into ya.

Friendly staff. Clean. Lovely view. Big bathroom. Quiet.
Not for you if you want privacy. It's like sharing a villa with strangers. Open kitchen with lots of used bottles and stuff lying around. Cluttered feel. Nothing to do there besides relax. No pool. No board games. No TV. No nice garden, very basic. No options for breakfast. Just eggs on toast, sausages and watermelon. No service available. The staff left us alone from the afternoon. We didn't know the WiFi. The smoke alarm went off at midnight and we had to come downstairs to turn it off. No dinner options we were asked to order takeaway food on Grab. Overall much better places to stay in the same area. Would not recommend.

cleanliness of each bedroom, the nature, the friendliness of staff, the overall property set up with a view of the valley. We were lucky that there was only 6 of us when we checked in for the night, so we were the group in the property, to fully enjoy the space. We decided to dine in, and Crystal cooked for us. It was good meal.
the road leading to the property was a bit of hike, but once you reached there, it was worth the effort, and best is to stay there.
