We came to town for a gravel bike race so it was great to have the big balcony (bigger than other units!) and all the living space to spread out. Highly secure building and beautiful Neighborhood was very safe. Conveniently located down in the town below beaver creek for lots of adventures and fun without breaking the bank. Well stocked kitchen made home meals a breeze! Highly recommend!

Our teenage son was a patient at the Steadman - Philippon Research Institute in nearby Vail. We needed a place to stay that was close to the clinic because he had to be transported to the clinic for physical therapy twice a day for several days after hip surgery. This property was perfect for our needs. This condo is located next to the elevator, so it was easy for him to navigate to and from the car on crutches. All rooms were on the same level with no stair-climbing needed. The condo was clean and spacious. The bathroom off the master bedroom has a walk-in shower that is easily accessible on crutches. The kitchen was adequately stocked with pots, pans, and appliances, and the unit also has a propane grill on the balcony. The condo is within walking distance of several good restaurants and a supermarket. Although we were not there to enjoy outdoor activities this trip, this would be a great place to stay - short drive to multiple ski areas, fishing, hiking, biking.

This property did not disappoint, pictures were accurate, beds comfortable, management team easily accessible and responsive. The location was perfect for our family of 4, the skier express shuttle to Beaver Creek was just a walk across the parking lot. Once we arrived our car never left the underground parking as the grocery store and several restaurants were within walking distance.
Would definitely rent this property again.

We had a wonderful stay a this Chapel Square Condo. The access to condo and ski locker in underground garage was right off the elevator.. the kitchen, living area and bedrooms were so spacious, and the 2 1/2 baths with laundry were a definite plus!! The view off the patio was gorgeous, grocery and dining within three plaza or across the street, and the short walk to the skier express shuttle across the parking lot was super convenient!!

Great place with the usual upscale amenities but the extras make the difference. Covered reserved parking garage space and personal ski locker were awesome. Building overall was very quiet, which was very nice. Best of all, location is amazing. 7 min drive to base or a shuttle stop is within 5 min walk. Grocery, ski rental, Sun and Ski, Christy Sports, restaurants all within a few hundred yards. Communication from property manager was excellent. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again!

The condo was very clean and conveniently located. Several restaurants were within just a few minutes walking distance. There are 4 restaurants in the actual building itself. The grocery store (City Market) is just across the street. And the shuttle stop to go into the Beaver Creek resort for skiing is also on the property.
Management is very responsive and helpful. They do an excellent job of thinking of everything that you may need during your stay including plenty of towels, soap/shampoo, laundry detergent, and kitchen supplies. They even had tote bags for you to take to the grocery store and a friendly reminder to take the tote bags with you when you go to City Market.
I highly recommend this condo and will definitely be staying there with my family again.

The rooms were exactly as listed, very clean, and spacious. You’re not likely to find a better value for the money, especially where the property is located. Ski rentals, grocery store, and restaurants are all a very short walk from the property. The heated parking garage is a lifesaver, especially when it’s snowing.
We had an issue with the door code (typo in the email) and the coffee maker (previous guest poured coffee grounds where the water goes). Both of these issues were remedied within minutes, and the property manager was great to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I rented this condo during a quiet time in the mountains. The condo is excellent, very clean and in a quiet area in Avon. Comfortable seating in living room. Very good storage space for clothing and hiking gear. Kitchen is adequately equipped for cooking.
Only a few items could be improved. The lights over the dining table are very dim even at the highest setting. Reading lamps need to be positioned at each end of the couch. Clothes dryer is very squeaky and likely needs service.
Overall a great rental property.

Nice place. Only complaints parking garage is extremely tight. We could not fit one night because car next to us was on line. But there is parking outside. Minimal toiletries so might bring your own. Would stay here again.

2 problems. In summer (Aug) there was no way to adjust the thermostat so it was hotter inside than outside (couldn’t find it anyway) so we were forced to open windows and use the provided fans. We did not expect AC, but it was not clear if we were getting heat.
The shower curtain rod in the master bath is a simple (cheapo) type and fell 3 times. A better more solid solution would be better.

We stayed for seven nights during the July 4 th holiday. Another couple and my husband and I enjoyed the roomy accommodations that provided a nice seating area, with a fully stocked kitchen ( with pots, pans, flatware, paper towels, etc.) and small outdoor patio. The two bedrooms were spacious and had small desks so we could work remotely when needed. The bathrooms were very clean and the master bath had two sinks. The location was perfect for a walk to city market, restaurants, massages and pedicures. We went mountain biking, hiking, golfing and walked to nearby trails. There was an issue with the elevator, but the key in the unit allows access to all of the doors to the floors. Very secure and safe. The owner was very responsive to our questions and needs. Highly recommend.

Everything was as listed. Beds and living conditions were very comfortable for our party of 5. Quick response times for questions, and WiFi not an issue. Non-stick skillets should be updated though, as a minor improvement.
Outstanding location for skiing at Beaver, with free shuttle to and from, right across the parking lot, and only a 10-15 minute drive from Vail. Grocery store also right across the parking lot.
Also, to avoid confusion, day passes to the rec center are NOT available through the property. They’re available like they are to the general public, and not particularly inexpensive for what they offer.
The worst part was the incredibly tight parking in the garage, particularly if your vehicle is larger than a compact and you’re assigned a spot next to one of the garage’s concrete support pillars. It’s doable, but a real hassle if you’re coming and going.
Still a great place to stay though, and would recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed staying at the condo in Avon. It was extremely spacious, clean, and comfortable. The parking spot was a little hard to squeeze into with a larger SUV but not impossible. I would recommend the condo for any friends or family looking to ski at Beaver Creek within a close proximity to Vail.

My family and I stayed here to ski Beaver Creek and it was awesome. The condo had everything we needed and the property manager was so proactive with reaching out! We were two adults and a 15 year old and 16 year old and we had all the space we needed. The plaza had everything we needed for after skiing, restaurants, massages, groceries and a wine store! We would absolutely stay here again!!

This is a great location. We enjoyed all the amenities. Management was so helpful with identifying the location and dealing with parking. The only issue was that hot water ran out quickly for showers and bath. We could not use the two showers at the same time. It is a very quiet, secure place with great amenities. Will hope to visit again.

This is a perfect property for a family or two couples with children. You can park your car in the heated garage and leave it there for your stay. Everything you want or need is just a shuttle ride away. Large private locker directly adjacent to the elevator in the garage keeps your skis and poles safe. There are multiple ski equipment rental places within steps of the condo along with numerous restaurants (all were great) and a grocery store. The shuttle stop for Beaver Creek (or connection to Vail) is just across the parking lot--no long slog wearing ski boots. The condo itself is immaculate with a huge balcony, nicely appointed common area and fully appointed kitchen. The two bedrooms are on alternate sides of the common area with ensuite full baths. There is also a half bath with washer and dryer adjacent to the kitchen. One bedroom features a large desk and work area (if you can't quite break away completely). The other features a large walk-in closet with storage shelves. In short, this is an absolutely perfect place to stay, play, ski and enjoy. Rent it today, you won't be disappointed.

A group of 5 of us stayed here for a thanksgiving ski tri. The location is perfect for Beaver Creek or Vail, easy 10 or 20 min drive to the mt. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Great place, my only complaint is that the beds were not very comfortable, they sunk in in the middle. Check in and check out was so easy! Would 100% stay here again.

Excellent Avon unit
Well appointed and good-sized unit that had everything we needed. Excellent location - a very short walk to the Beaver Creek skier shuttle, a major grocery store, and an excellent ski shop. Excellent pre-check in communication from property management. Definitely worth a return stay.

Great location price and amenities
Loved staying at this condo as everything was as described the codes all worked and it was well appointed and managed by Itrip. Communication was good and the place was cleaned and well stocked. Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay and how well thought through the rental was put together. Really shows.

Excellent accomodations
Accommodation was very clean, as shown in photos with no issues. Management company provided great communication and quick responses when needed. They could let you know the kitchen is pretty well stocked, even with spices, tea, cocoa mix, but I'm sure that varies. Would definitely rebook again.

Clean and convenient!
Our family of 4 had a great stay here! The condo is clean and well appointed. Great parking underneath the building. Stores and restaurants within walking distance. We appreciated the basic kitchen items - salt/pepper and coffee and also fans in both bedrooms were a plus. Management company had prompt and clear communication - we found the condo, parking and entry codes with no problems even arriving after dark. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great mountain escape
This is a wonderful property. I was here to offer my daughter a break from the college dorm life and really liked that the bedrooms each had their own bathroom and own entrance to the balcony. They were spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect with great restaurants downstairs. We liked having our own reserved spot in the garage. I don’t know how it could be better!

A Week In Beaver Creek
This is a nice property in a town location. Close to grocery, some restaurants and Beaver Creek. The best part is how clean everything was. And it is very well stocked with kitchen dishes and laundry supplies. The parking in the garage is very tight so I parked in the outside area the entire time which worked out fine. There were some issues at first - no water when I arrived but it was turned on by the time I got back from dinner. But they were working on the flat roof outside for half of the trip so I couldn't open the door to the outside or the blinds since the workers were out there. And they started at 7am! The TV is ROKU and so I wasn't able to watch any local channels which cut out watching the nightly Olympics broadcast. I did get to see lots of recaps on the ROKU. I'm just not techy enough to deal with it. There is no closet in the master bedroom. Not a problem for me but if 2 couples were to be there it could be a problem for the ones in the master.
The management company did respond to any questions that I had.

Never give up
The first unit was not up to standard and we requested to move to a different unit, which happened the next day.
We moved to Chapel 220 which was a nice two bedroom unit. We did have a couple of house keeping items which were quickly fixed.
we did manage to cook breakfast one morning and the skillet handles were loose and the handle screw needed to be tightened.
We did like the unit.
Weather was good and we did some hiking and visited several areas close by. Golf was great too. Plenty of good restaurants.

Maintenance guy
On the next tp last day, a maintenance guy knocks on the door to fix the shower handle. He’s all set to come in. Neither of the shower handles were loose. Very suspicious of someone coming in the late morning for a non-event f
Repair. Made it feel like we were possibly going to have our belongings looked through. Rest of the stay was great.
