While Master Bedroom #1 graces the first floor, Master Bedroom #2 and #3 occupy opposite ends on the third floor.

Perfect loo, between the bay and beach! Walking distance to many shops and pizza and ice cream! Kids really loved it. The place is very roomy and bright and airy. The owners take a lot of pride in their property! We will be back! Thank you!

Perfect location just super short walk to Pacific one direction or to Bay the other direction. All 3 rooms had own bathrooms and decent size kitchen. Parking is difficult with large car so we had to always have someone grt out to guide into alley. Address is actually on a pathway, not a real street. Great find and easy to get to many food, shopping, and beach places. Definitely recommend!

Our stay at this beach house was exceptional, just steps away from the bay, boardwalk, and restaurants. The well-equipped kitchen and spacious layout provided everything we needed, including child gates for safety. The sofa sleepers were surprisingly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. The highlight was easy beach access, allowing us to make the most of our time by the water. Overall, this beach house exceeded our expectations with its great location, amenities, and thoughtful touches. We can't wait to return for another perfect getaway!

We just recently stayed here at the beach house! Michael was very easy to work with!! The check in process was great, we arrived late, and he was able to help me get into the house quickly! The house lay out was great! Plenty of room for our group of 9. 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms plus an additional bathroom on the second floor! The views of the bay from the upstairs rooms were wonderful!! The parking was a bonus! One mid size suv in the garage and one suv outside. We couldn’t be happier with our week in SD! We will definitely be back to this house!

This home is steps from the beach and the bay! It’s beautiful and close to everything! Only thing to note is that the adult capacity is really 6, the pull out couches are definitely more for children and the “twin beds” are fold up mattresses that go on the floor! Only 3 actual beds. Also the kitchen sink faucet needs replaced as it hangs instead of retracting like it should. We had a wonderful stay, beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs are all there. Location is great and the kitchen has most of what you need for meals.

The top floor overlooks the lagoon and it was so beautiful to watch the sun rise and set. Kitchen was stocked with supplies when our party decided to cook a few meals. Walking distance to the beach, as well as a couple of places to eat. The property owners were VERY helpful with our needs. Highly recommend!

The property was exactly what we were hoping for- plenty of space for our whole family with all the comforts of home. The location is ideal with both the bay and the main beach within a one minute walk from the house. The hosts were very easy to work with, accommodating, and responded quickly to messages. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend booking this property for your next trip to San Diego.

Very nice house and great location for a family. We had 10 people stay there comfortably for a college graduation.. The house had most essentials needed. The only concern was one of the pull out beds was broken and needs to be replaced, but would definitely rent the house again ..

Great stay for a friend reunion. Loved getting to walk right onto the bay for beautiful walks along the water. House is spacious, kitchen was fun to cook in together! Parking was tough for my small car, but the host provided a video that was really helpful. Hosts were responsive and flexible with checkout to accommodate flight time. Thanks for a great stay. We made some great memories here.

Well maintained property with views and good lighting and close to beaches made it very cozy and comfortable stay. Parking is an adventure sport here. Some minor glitches with checkin. Make sure you have all your kitchen supplies before you check in, especially coffee filters.

There were some really great things about this place — awesome location, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, big kitchen, two living rooms, parking for three cars (a real plus at the beach). But as mentioned in other reviews it needs deep cleaning and a number of repairs. If you need to use the couches as pull out beds it’s important to know there’s no mattresses, just couch cushions. And one couch is in a room with no blinds — in the night multiple security lights shine into the room. Our family had a great time together here.

It was perfect for us. Close to the bay for the youngsters and not too far to the ocean for the adults. Beds were comfy and we brought all our food to cook in the kitchen. We didn’t think to bring food containers or ziplocks, but that was our fault. We came up with some creative storage methods, lol. Overall, a great experience for our family!

Nice, comfortable, well-stocked, but with some deferred maintenance. Needs deep cleaning of bathrooms and floors, and bath mats needed to be replaced, well worn. No A/C made it uncomfortable on hot and humid weekend stay with family. Some of the cantilever windows would nit open. Some windows missing screenes. Kitchen was nice and well stocked, but Viking range was dirty, and greasy and burnt stuff left behind. Obviously not cleaned prior to our atrival. Outdoor set up was awesome for our Labor Day BBQ.

This space was perfect for our group. We were up top in the master along with our other friends who stayed in the second master. All of our adult children had ample space to lounge on the bottom & middle floor. Kitchen was nice & large, as was the dining table & counter areas w/ stools. Even without AC, there were plenty of windows that allowed the breeze to flow through. The other plus was having 3 parking spots!! (but they are a very tight squeeze)

We had an incredible stay at this gorgeous beach house! It’s perfectly located between the Mission Bay and the beach. We loved not having to drive anywhere. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The house itself was beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for our group of 14! We can’t wait to come back next spring break and more memories. Our group was 3 couples and a total of 3 children. So nice for each group to have their own room + bathroom. Sitting/family areas were slightly separate, which was nice. There were beach toys and chairs to use. The grill & washer/dryer were definitely appreciated and used!
