This second-floor Chelan condo overlooks the mountains and beautiful lake from its exquisite sundeck. Excellent for a family getaway on a budget, this condo is close to the park, the lake, and even has a shared pool and hot tub, so you can take a dip when the weather gets hot!
Seattle is only about 180 miles away, and Spokane is just 150 miles away, making for an easy road trip for your vacation away from the hustle and bustle of home.
Hang out at the breakfast bar while drinking coffee, or relax in the living room, watching the flat-screen cable TV in the entertainment center. Take note of the wonderful fireplace (seasonal restrictions permitting) that will keep you warm in the winter.
Cook up a feast in the lovely kitchen, complete with everything you could ever need, then eat around the six-person dining table. You can even head outside to your very own private balcony and enjoy cooking something on the gas grill while you look out at views of the lake.
At bedtime, choose between two different bedrooms (both with chic queen-size beds) and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Up to six guests can sleep here comfortably with all of these sleeping accommodations, as well as two full bathrooms (one connected to the master bedroom).
Take note of the free WiFi, but don’t work too hard! And if you need to wash off your swimsuits, the washer/dryer is the perfect addition.
One of the best things about staying at Park Pointe is the shared swimming pool (open seasonally beginning end of May) and hot tub, so make sure to take a dip! If you’re not really big on the water, you can always relax and sun yourself in one of the many lounge chairs.
A short walk from the lake and downtown Chelan, you’ll have plenty to do! Stop at the Lakeview Drive-In for some good, old-fashioned burgers and fries, and afterward watch the sun set from your spot in Lakeshore Park.
No matter how you choose to spend your beautiful Chelan vacation, this wonderful condo has it all. Book today!
Things to know:
The pool and hot tub are open from the end of May to mid-September (approximately).

The beds, especially in the guest room are wobbly and hard to sleep on. Plus one had garbage underneath it. Needs work. Otherwise the Condo is excellent.

Very nice suite but so dirty. When we arrived the toilets had poop splatters still on the underside of the seat, hair on top of the seat, all the baseboards are filthy, top of the fridge was so thick of dust/dirt. Carpets had black dirt spots everywhere. Only thing that looked done were the carpets looked vacuumed. Behind the dressers there were old dirty Scott towels, kids cloths and socks. We ended up stripping all the beds and washing them ourselves along with washing the kitchen and bathroom floors along with the toilets. It was really gross.BBQ had old food still stuck to grill we had to clean ourselves as well. Once we cleaned the whole house we could enjoy.

We loved being close to town but far enough away for the quiet. Great space, clean, great pool, had nice little amenities we didn’t have to purchase (soaps, garbage bags, paper towels). We really enjoyed it!! Thank you!!!

2nd time we have stayed there and it will be LAST! Walked in to three fans going. Zero AC working. On site workers were great and provided us with info we needed. Emergency # and local management were NO WERE TO BE FOUND AND ZERO COMMUNICATION OR HELP. Called and messaged pretty much every hour for a day and a half. No one would assist/get anything done either local or non local regarding AC felt like we were in constant loop. It got up to 90 degrees in our room place. Mother in laws 70 birthday almost ruined. Thankfully national VACASA came through and made things right with refund, but wasted 1.5 days trying to solve a problem that wasn't ours to solve and had to pack up and move. Room was missing doors in kitchen. Multiple holes in wall, molding exposed on corner of walls (can provide photos) No deadbolt, appliances outdated, no coffee, or usual cooking items creamer, inside door to fridge was missing stuff so you were missing a place to store more food.

Worst vacation rental experience we’ve ever had. showed up with a car full of groceries and packed bags from far away only to discover no air-conditioning unit was completely filthy and property management would not return. Our phone calls one 800 numbers led to many dropped. Phone calls and promises to call us back with no results, we ended up throwing away $400 worth of food staying at a local hotel for a ton of money. Because of the no air-conditioning, the unit was over 100° inside and my elderly mom almost had a heat stroke. I drove her home four hours in the middle of the night. The situation could’ve been resolved with a mechanic or a temporary air conditioner, delivered to us as promised by one of the many phone calls I had. With no response to our phone call, we were forced to leave without even staying there and scrambling to find a hotel for the night. Not only was a situation dangerous it was not taken seriously by any of the property management. I plan on filing a case with a Better Business Bureau and demanding a refund we’re out almost $5000 as a family in groceries. Hotel stays wasted food and mileage. I hope nobody else experiences this as it was traumatic and horrible. I plan on following through the arbitration process in hopes to get our money back and to teach these people a lesson that they cannot treat people like this.
Besides the air conditioner failure, the place was absolutely filthy. I took pictures of everything.

We decided to stay here because of the Hot Tub & Pool. We booked it, and checked-in. On our second day we went to enjoy the pool & hot tub to only find that it is closed for the season. This was the reason we booked this stay. Very disappointed and cojldnt fet the refund.

My daughter, sister and I rented this condo to attend a wedding. I could not have been more happy than we all were. Would highly recommend it. Thank you for all to our time away.

Location of the property was great, especially to downtown, although not easy water access unless you pay a lot to park across the street at the community park.
Condo had a great layout and was equipped with everything we needed. Could use a lot of updating, new carpet (stained), new couches (saggy), new outlets (most cords fell out) and the housekeeping seemed to have been just a lick & a promise.

Overall, the condo was great. It's in a convenient location, walking distance to Don Morris Park and other activities. The condo was clean and the property is nice. The dvd player was missing,(cords and DVD's still there) and the dinning room chandelier dimmer switch was broken. Otherwise, everything else was great!

Weekend get away
Great location, we walked to many places in town during the day and driving out for dinner was easy. The condo had a nice view, was a quiet spot, and we even enjoyed watching the deer and quail on the hill when we were relaxing on the patio.

Loved the view and the location. We didn't want to leave.

great view generally great with minor drain issue in bath tub
The view is great, the house has enough plates, cups etc for guests. The only thing not great is the drain of the bath tub is kind of clogged and the water goes down really slow. It took an hour after taking a shower to let all water drained.

Great location
I want to be clear that we enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is so convenient to everything while being far enough away to be quiet.
The property really needs a handyman. Unlocking the front door was difficult but would probably be remedied with some wd40. There was no way to close the blinds to the screen door as it’s missing the pull. The screen was difficult to close which could be fixed pretty easily too I’m sure. The fridge is missing a bar to the door which reduces the overall capacity. The kitchen knives were extremely dull. I couldn’t cut a bell pepper with the Chef’s knife.
That being said, I think a few hours of a handyman’s time and some minor upgrades would make this a great rental property.
Upsides, a dvd built into the TV! Several puzzles and games. Overall was very bright and clean.
We love Chelan and loved this location. We would definitely consider coming back to this property if we knew these somewhat minor repairs were taken care of.

Great location!
Positives about this unit: good location-you can walk to downtown and other activities, pool is great, they have a BBQ and well stocked kitchen, there are mats in bedroom closet for sleeping on the floor.
As mentioned before, this unit could use a deep cleaning, and there were only 5 chairs for the dining room table-we and 6 people in the unit and we missed not having another chair.

Disappointed
Nice pool and hot tub, nice view and great location, but unit decor was lacking and extremely dated. Can’t sleep on the hide-a-bed mattress, it was awful. All flooring was old and dirty, and the tracks in the sliding door were filled with debris. Upon our arrival we found the dishwasher hadn’t been emptied, and there was no parking pass left for us. Also we couldn’t open the spare key box after multiple tries, so we had to make do with one key throughout our stay.
Overall, not a good value for the money we spent (almost $350 per night).

Nice location
Great location! Disappointed that the sheets had not been changed from previous guests! They reeked of garlic. Also most of the dishes were dirty. After running the dishwasher for clean dishes and washing the sheets, we were fine.

Pros: Nice view, great location with parking spot, well equipped kitchen, spacious room.
Cons: The air was musty and triggered our allergy with watery eyes due to a very dusty air vent in the living room. It looks like that vent has never been cleaned. There was no dish washer detergent. The sofa bed mattress was horrible and needs replacement. I ended up sleeping on the floor because of that.

Great condo for our family
This was our second year staying at this condo. Love the location-close enough to walk to town and a short walk to the park by the lake. We use the deck a lot and love that it has a table and chairs on it.

Good Location
The location is great. The unit was fairly clean and in good order. The mattresses have seen better days and were uncomfortable.

Not recommended
Location and layout of condo where good. It went down hill from there. To start with both beds and pillows where the worst that we have slept in. There was no drain plug or toilet paper holder in the bathroom. You could not adjust the temp and so it was to hot to get a good nights sleep. The picture on the web sight led you to believe that your condo was right on the pool. That is our starting list, I'm sure there was more. We will not be back

Clean, comfortable with a good view. Pool and hot tub available at the club house. Quiet complex. Reasonable price. VRBO fee kinda steep.

Great getaway
Nice condo with a great location, pool, and view. Everything needed was in the condo to make your trip comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked with basic needs. BBQ could use a little love as it was not functioning properly. Also WiFi code listed in condo book did not match up with the WiFi code given by Vacassa.
