Our friend grouped enjoyed having our fur babies with us in the big backyard and sharing stories over the hot tub!

Very nice could have been updated on the clean but overall we loved it.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. This home had a very cozy feel but had plenty of space for all of us. The deck was very relaxing and the hot tub was amazing. The neiborhood is quiet and just a few minutes to downtown. We made made great memories here and would come back again.

We really enjoyed our little get away. The house was clean and beautiful. Our dogs loved the big backyard. Close to town and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Property was as described. Nice location away from any busy roads. We were there to ride motorcycles, it worked great for us

Very roomy and looks pretty cool

The property was a perfect place to stay and go to my daughter’s wedding. Everything was clean and exactly as advertised by the owner. We will definitely book here again if available on our next visit. We contacted the owner when the air didn’t appear to be cooling and within an hour a service tech was on site and in 10 minutes everything was great. We are unbelievably happy and grateful that we booked this property.

Stayed here for my 30th birthday in 2014, then came back, brought the family for my 40th! We love the Perch! Such a picturesque scene in the backyard, adorable neighborhood. We will be back!

The cabin was more than we expected, the pictures truly dont do it justice. And there is no green carpet it has all nice wood floors. Amazing stay planing on going back in a few months

Cute place, plenty of room. A bit chilly until the owner told us how to access the downstairs heater, then all was good. Had some trouble w/ the light in the front bathroom--bulb was out, but when I put a new bulb in and turned it on, it popped and tripped the breaker. Got the breaker going, but never could get the light to work, had to move a different light into the bathroom on a temp basis. Very well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and certainly a reasonable price. If we get back up to Eureka Springs again, we would definitely rent this again!! Owners VERY helpful!

My friends and I enjoyed this home very much. Clean, well-appointed including a real coffee pot (instead of one-cup-at-a-time nonsense), spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Having three bathrooms was a wonderful luxury! Beautiful deck view of a wooded backyard, which is fully fenced for pets. Close to town, however felt very private. Our hostess Pam was very gracious and available for questions. Highly recommend!

Needs some TLC hot tub was not working. The large fenced yard was perfect for our dogs. Otherwise nice for what we needed. The host was gracious enough to give us a discount because of the Hot Tub .

Our second stay at this cabin and it was a wonderful weekend. Comfortable and accommodating in every way. Love the fireplace and hot tub in chilly January weather.

We had a great time, the pictures don’t do this place justice.

Loved the property and location. Will stay there again. Some updating of the inside could be done, but otherwise it was great.

We came up to get ready and set up car and our daughter's wedding at the Crescent. You location of the house was very easy to get around. Whenever we need it to go we enjoyed our stay.

We had a really good time at the cabin. It was close to everything and the neighborhood was beautiful. The cabin is huge with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The back deck is awesome too. The hot tub was nice, when it was working. Had everting you need in the kitchen and the bathrooms. One thing that could be improved is the cleanliness. And I say that because of the amount of dust in the house. There are lots of decorative things everywhere and most of it is covered in dust. It would have been so much better for my allergies if the old dusty stuff was cleared out and it was fresher in the whole house.

We loved this house. It’s rustic and charming. There are neighbors on all sides but is still very private and quiet. It’s away from town just enough to be secluded and also very convenient. We will absolutely be using this property again! The huge backyard and feel of the house makes you feel like you are at home.

We stayed with another couple and thoroughly enjoyed the property. The home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was like a home away from home. Tastefully decorated and had a honey feel about it. We were very happy with the accommodations and the location which was close to everything. We hope to stay again soon.

We enjoyed our stay. The living area was set up well for morning and evening gathering. The deck was nice, but with mosquitos out we just used it a little. There was plenty of parking for the three vehicles we came in.
4.7
Absolutely loved this cabin! It has everything you need! The host is fantastic!

Older house fairly maintained. Everything clean but deck door broken and couldn't see well through windows.

We always enjoy staying at this home. So close to everything in Eureka. Love the hot tub, comfortable beds, and big yard for our dogs to play in.

Was a comfortable home . Very spacious. Plenty of seating in and out. Nice hot tub.

I've thought carefully about my review of this property. I booked this property based on previous reviews and an overall rating of 4.8. The property is located on a quiet, tree-lined street and it was an easy drive into the main areas of Eureka Springs. The property did have new flooring on the main level. However, the property was not clean and cluttered with many knickknacks throughout the cabin. The master bathroom flooring was dirty and the shower did not drain properly. The toilet lid in the master bathroom was loose. The nightstands in the master bedroom were dusty and the "make-up" area tabletop was stained and dirty. The refrigerator had not been cleaned properly and there were magazines on the end table that dated back to 2015. The property has so much potential but needs a good cleaning and decluttering.

Property has a great fenced space for your dog to play outside. After that, if goes down hill fast. Window and door screens have holes and rips. The hottub runs continuously and kept me up all night. Lighting in every room is poor at best. Then, I had guests come over for dinner and they ended up staying the night for safety, I was automatcally charged an additional fee because I did not "declare" them up front. Blankets, pillows, and sheets were all over the floors and old tissues were found still stuffed in the couch, yuk. Not very sanitary....

Before I go into the bad, let me say something good. We enjoyed the peaceful area immensely. The house was clean. And I would recommend it if there is a use for all three beds. Now for the bad. I had a dog. Was told there was a fence for dog. Found gaping holes along the bottom of the fence. My dog got out twice and that was enough. Along the backside of the house was trash and used needles. I rented the place because of the hot tub. And paid more for said hot tub than I should have. But after the third time of turning on the jets I was tired of getting out of the hot tub drying off walking down two flights of steps just to turn on the breaker. There was no coffee like the post said there was. Out the back door there where bat droppings piled up. The back gate was unhinged at the top. And one of the railings wasn't secured. There were three beds. I played Goldie locks with the first bed it was too hard. The second bed was harder than the first. The last bed was better or I was just too tired to fight it. The rule is. If you use a bed take all the covers and sheets off. I did pull the blanket and sheets back to get into the beds. I figured since I did that I should pull them off to be cleaned. Well the host sent me a message about how many people were there and she was going to charge me for using all three beds. I was upset. Then she told me that my dog made a mess of her floor. That isn't possible my dog wears a diaper because she is in heat. I have run out of characters

This location was perfect for my husband and I, our daughter and the 2 grandkids. The downstairs was a private suite.
It was far enough away from town to be peaceful, and close enough for convenience.
4.7
Perfect location, nice and quiet but also close enough to do anything in Eureka Springs. The photos do not do the place justice, it is so beautiful, clean, comfortable and well stocked. We look forward to another visit!
4.7
The house was super nice and in a great location. Will bring the dogs next time as the yard is huge.
4.7
Lots of room and a beautiful deck. We enjoyed the large yard and all the space for the kids to play.

Place was awesome….until I woke up third morning. Stayed in master suite upstairs. Showered to find bites all over my arms, hand and face. Went to strip sheets only to find bedbugs. I notified host. Said she would tell her manager. Told VRBO. got most stay refunded, but listing remains. It takes months to rid bedbugs. And now I know why beds are so firm. Cheapest and plastic lined to “prevent” bedbugs, but they are already there. On curtains, bedspreads in closet, around the edges of bed. Look for black spots. This place is infested. I have over 200 bites. Counted them and sought medical treatment. This place should be quarantined until bedbugs are resolved.
Hope you don’t bring them home with you, because cost to treat your home is around 1/sq foot. And it’s not a one and done situation.

Comfortable, roomy, clean, well stocked house conveniently located to where we wanted to go. Quiet neighborhood. Hot tub perfect for relaxing after our day out and about. Grill was handy. Parking met our needs. Host was responsive to questions. Recommend for couples and families... plenty of room.

Everything about our stay went smoothly, from making reservation to check-in and communication with Pam. Thanks Pam!
A very quiet neighborhood close to some good local restaurants and tram service into downtown, although we were there during the week and easily found parking.
The huge fenced in yard is a definite plus for anyone travelling with their pups. Ours loved it!
Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area
