We stayed in one of the cottages at the Crescent Hotel
It was very spacious and comfortable
It does need some updates but overall it was clean and comfortable

Stayed here about 10 times over the years. It’s old but always a good time sitting in the lobby by the fire

I was here for my cousins wedding and had a great time! If you love or enjoy haunted places and want to have a fun time also this is a must! The ghost tour was spectacular as well!
If you sleep with a certain type of pillow to help your neck I recommend taking it but otherwise the bed was totally good. Super awesome how they have beeen able to keep such an old building renovated and running. Takes work and they put in the grind. The staff is spectacular and will take very good care of you! Loved our stay!

Our room did not have a chair. The night lights from the exterior of the hotel were impossible to completely block out with the blinds. Otherwise everything was great. The staff in all areas were helpful, professional and friendly — could not have asked for better. Breakfast buffet was excellent. A great getaway for us

Wonderful old Victorian hotel. Beautiful, comfortable room.

Such a historic hotel with delicious pizza restaurant with a fabulous views. The staff was very friendly . We couldn't get the bathroom door to shut all the way and the doorknob fell off and we couldn't get it to stay on, and we had a terrible time getting the water to come on and then couldn't turn it off for a while. It was a one night stay and it was too late, we felt, to ask for assistance.

Not worth the price. It was like pulling teeth to get information from front desk

I realize the hotel is an historic hotel however there was several improvements they should do in the rooms. Just did not meet expectations. We left early.

A wonderful step back in time. Staff is wonderful. Shuttle service to downtown Eureka was a great unexpected bonus! The hidden gem is the outside area (Frisco Club? I think)with a food truck and game area, complete with spiked snow cones.

I left the Crescent hotel have been going there for years and years to see parties and Christmas events and tons of stuff. I’d love to go tour, but I never actually had a chance to stay with it so this time I actually did and although I love the historical part of the Hotel there is a difference between historical and old falling down broken and should’ve been replaced long time ago. I was nice but they took two twin beds and put a divider in it to make it a king bed which is extremely uncomfortable and the sink my bathroom was chipped in the wood was riding, and it hadn’t been dusted , that could’ve been replaced a long time ago there’s only one tiny little trash can in the whole room and they play sit in the bathroom and what goes on with getting your roommate up now it’s something where you say you want servicing your room and they give you a basket outside your door that has towels in it but nobody makes the bed. Nobody changes the sheets. Nobody gets rid of the dirty towels. Nobody vacuums cleaned. Takes the trash out. I had to ask him three times for this and you know, I had exactly the same problem when I stayed at the basin park so maybe this is just something new that I’m gonna have to get used to certainly hope not that all is beautiful hotel, and I love the history of it and yes, it is very haunted and that’s just the best cool part about it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is true to the time period it was built which is a cool feature. It has some minor cosmetic flaws but nothing that takes away from the experience. Very family friendly and close to the shopping and dining area downtown. I look forward to returning.

Great historic hotel. Cleanliness wasnte great as balls of various types of hair were on the wall of our shower. Also, extra sound proofing is in order. The ghost tours ended near our door and kept us up. Also, we could hear folks talking out on the blacony well into the night .
Best part of the stay was the free van service in and out of town.

The Rooms and hotel need maintenance, tub had paint 3 and 4 inch paint chip's in the bottom of the tub. Rooms were very dirty with stains on carpets. However staff were very friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Grounds were beautiful.

This hotel has a lot of history. They have a lot of activities for the guests to do. Some activities are free but not all. They keep you updated everyday what they have that day for you. If you want to relax this would be a good place to go.

I love, love, love the Cresent Hotel. Even if I’m not staying there I usually always go there when I’m in town to eat. This time my kids and I did the Ghost Tour which was interesting.

What an incredible hotel with incredible history! It’s a beautiful place and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Our first night was in room 318, which is apparently directly below the restaurant. Unfortunately it was pretty noisy at night until 11 pm so that made it tough to get to bed. And then at 2 am I was awakened to the sound of tables and chairs being moved around in the restaurant above. When I asked the front desk about the noise, they said that is when the cleaning crew comes in. I knew I couldn’t sleep with that noise so the front desk staff quickly moved me to a different room which was much quieter. We did the 10 pm ghost tour with Ollie. I highly recommend this tour! Ollie is the best tour guide ever ashes knowledgeable and entertaining! (We had met him earlier in the day on the Eureka Springs railroad trip…check it out…he does those tours too.). It’s a very dog friendly hotel too!

This hotel is so cool. It’s old so make sure you aren’t expecting modern amenities. They take great care of the property and it’s beautiful. We did the ghost tour as well and that was super fun! Great history of the hotel. I would not recommend the pizza place. Yuck. The service there sucks as well. 😫

Massive hair wad on the backside of our bed pillows. Air conditioner would not work properly. We closed off the curtains and the bathroom to help keep it as cool as possible and we were sweating the whole night. We just got up and left during the night.

Doesn’t handle handicap people because of old establishment. But, service was great.

Beautiful as always, plenty to do if you want to. Spa was better than it’s ever been- and it’s always been good.
The elevator was on the fritz during check in- plenty of assistance carrying luggage up, but be prepared to hike the stairs to your room if it’s not working

Cool, historic, unique
