Lago Vista of Dillon is a truly unique gem located in the heart of historic Dillon, at one of the highest points of the town for stunning views of Lake Dillon, Peak One, Buffalo / Red Mountains, and the Ten Mile Range. Luxuriously Rustic, Lago Vista was completely remodeled from the studs out so the bathrooms, kitchen and finishes are all brand new and high end. The house maintains its rustic charm with wildfire log trusses in living room and kitchen, and log accents throughout. With 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and two living areas, this home is the perfect mountain home away from home for a family or group.
The main level of the home features the large living room with moss rock fireplace and picture windows framing the view of the Lake and Peak One. The kitchen is fully equipped for a chef and finished with granite counters, new stainless steel appliances, and oak floors. The main level deck has an outdoor dining area and gas grill. Soak in the sun and stunning views from the expansive outdoor living area!
The Grand Primary Bedroom is a private suite with panoramic views, a designer bathroom with double vanity, oversized glass shower, granite, travertine and log accents. The primary suite features a private entrance and large south facing deck.
Dont forget about the huge covered back deck which is the perfect area for year round entertaining, and private hot tub to soak away your cares while gazing at the lake, mountains, or stars.
Downstairs at Lago Vista you will find a spacious family room with HDTV, plenty of seating, games, and card table. The custom murphy bed folds down from the wall and has a high end mattress for a comfortable night. The second primary bedroom has a queen bed, and private bathroom with clawfoot soaking tub. Bedroom 3 has one twin bed and a captains bunks with full on bottom, twin on top , and full bathroom in the family room.

We no longer ski, but this house would make a Great home base. Nice front deck with good BBQ and table for outdoor dining. Large hot tub and shaded back deck. Large master bedroom upstairs.2 bedrooms downstairs with their own bathrooms. Kitchen well equipped

Recently, our family moved two hours away from each other so we met in the middle here at the Dillon property and it was such a wonderful stay allowed us all space while still having a homey feel including all of our fur babies. The views were immaculate & there wasn’t anything we needed while there, Everything we could have needed in our own home they had there. It was really one of the best days we’ve had.

Great location, enough space for 5 of us (grown children), 3 cars, and the family dog. Thoughtfully supplied. Hot-tub and family dinners after enjoying both Keystone and Breckenridge. We will absolutely be back!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view from the front window of the lake is amazing. It was very conveniently located for skiing and shopping. The hot tub was really nice and relaxing. we especially appreciate being able to bring our dogs. The only thing that I would note is that there are quite a few steps. If you don’t have a problem with steps, I would highly recommend this home.

We chose to stay here while we had our small elopement out in Colorado. We couldn’t have asked for a better house to stay at. It had everything we needed and more! We are people that definitely need a fan to sleep, they had at least one per room! They had so many extra pillows, towels, and blankets which is also so nice. We loved having a hot tub to enjoy, it was absolutely amazing to relax in while looking at the mountains.
I asked them if we could get an early check in as we had a long travel day and were ready to get settled. They were so accommodating, even though they had people stay the night before they still got us in early! They also were so sweet to leave us a card, chocolates and a mini champagne bottle to celebrate our wedding.
I couldn’t recommend working with them enough! Thank you again for the amazing service!

It was perfect for our family with plenty of space for everyone. My grandchildren loved the play structure and roaming the backyard. The kitchen was well stocked. The front deck was lovely in the morning and the back patio great in the afternoon. Great location-walking distance to park and restaurants. It had more stairs than we expected but was manageable for person with minor disabilities. We loved it!!

This place was a good stay all around and I don’t regret booking it. Definitely some things I’d share in case it helps you decide to book it! Pros- excellent location, beautiful views, liked that it was two stories for separation with the kids. Unfortunately, there is no real privacy here. Glass doors and everything is connected- plus you can hear EVERYTHING. If you’re downstairs, forget sleeping if anyone upstairs is awake-It’s insanely loud. The downstairs “master” is a queen bed and frankly it needs to be replaced. It’s very uncomfortable (rolls to the middle) and we didn’t sleep well at all. The TV downstairs didn’t work which was a bummer for the kids. I was thankful this house didn’t smell like dogs- but wow was there dog hair everywhere. Gross and ended up being an allergy issue for us. The kitchen table and chairs were so rickety it made meals frustrating because drinks were spilling anytime you moved. I would not rent this house in the summer - it was HOT with the way the windows are designed. Great for views, but even with blinds closed it was easily 85 with no heat upstairs. And there is no a/c. The rental management company was nice and accommodating and If you’re traveling with kids they do have several amenities like the play set, crib, kids books etc.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Lago with our family. The home is very spacious and there was privacy for everyone. The grandkids loved the playground on the property. Loved that it was pet friendly so our mini Aussie could vacation with us. We loved cooking out on the grill and enjoying the patio too. The kitchen is well stocked with quality items.

Had a great time at this rustic home with my family from Pennsylvania and Colorado! Enjoyed the proximity to the playground and bike path which we used every day! Would definitely come back to enjoy a few days away from the city!

This property is great for groups because the different floors allow for privacy. The kitchen is really well-stocked -- I've never had better knives at a rental. There are two nice patios so that you can move from one to the other when the sun is too hot.

Love Dillon
Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The house provided lots of space for us to move around. The outdoor play area was the favorite of the grandkids. The view was beautiful. It’s walking distance to a great park and Dillon Lake. There was construction in front, but it didn’t stop us from getting in and out. Our property manager, Cari, was excellent at communicating. It was hard to go home. See ya again, Colorado!

Beautiful house great location.
Such a beautiful house with GREAT outdoor spaces. The king room felt a bit awkward as it didn’t show online it had an open staircase in the room but it was still great. Would rent again for sure. Dog loved the backyard

Paradise Found!
What an absolutely wonderful weekend we spent at Lago Vista in Dillion! It far exceeded our expectations. The views were breathtaking, the home extremely well equip and it afforded us the most relaxing weekend. Being able to have our four dogs with us was such a relief as this home is a fantastic family and furry friendly find!! The hot tub was enjoyed under the Big Dipper and lit by a brilliant moon. We all loved our stay…and hopefully we will be able to be here ‘same time next year’ with the addition of our new baby grandson. Also, the fly fishing was a great booking for the boys as Nana and mama ‘to be’ relaxed and reminisced under the warmth of the Mothers Day sun, enjoying the inspiring views. This home has everything! So glad we found it!! Thank you.

Great house close to several ski area
Beautiful large home. Great for families. Very close to Keystone, Cooper Mountain and Breckinridge. Loved the hot tub after a great day of skiing! Highly recommend!

We did a ski weekend here with 3 adults, two kids and two puppies. This space is an absolute gem for kids and dogs. Huge fenced in yard. Also, this may seem silly, but I've stayed in dozens of VRBOs/AirBNBs and rarely are the knives sharp.But this place had very sharp knives--good for cooking! A good sign that this place is well taken care of

Unique home with beautiful views
There was something here for everyone in our family of the generations. It's not often one can start at a place that has it's own Park in the back yard. The grandchildren loved it and we appreciated the care that was taken to keep young ones from problems at the stairs. Extremely well stocked kitchen including spices. We've stayed at some properties where we needed to bring our own salt and pepper. The views of the ten mile range toward Breckenridge was stunning at sunset

Gorgeous and well-designed home within walking distance of the lake and walking trails, what's not to like! Really amazing time for my family and our two dogs, will def. stay again soon! Wonderful location & view
The booking & check-in were simple. The house is large & comfortable with great views. The deck was a nice place to hang out & enjoy the mountain air. The hot tub was very nice. It was also nice to be able to park in the garage. The house has lots of stairs. The back yard is fenced in which made it easy to let the dogs out to play. Overall great house & stay!

We loved our stay! Great location- easy walk to the lake and downtown Dillon. Beautiful views. Very family friendly, especially for littles- swing set, toys, books, etc. We had two families staying here and the layout offered separate sleeping spaces upstairs and downstairs. And of course, the hot tub was perfect for evenings after kids went to bed! Would definitely stay here again!

The location and views from the house were amazing. The house was very clean and smelled fresh when we arrived. Check in process was easy and non contact. Management was fast and friendly at getting back to us with any problems that we encountered.

Outstanding visit!
The house was awesome, and we used every single aspect of it, including the front deck and eating area, bbq, back deck and table area, kids play area, hot tub, and the kitchen dining area. Not a single room or space didn’t get used by our family and it was so nice to have that many areas/options. First time I think we’ve ever been somewhere and not one person turned on a tv! The proximity to the Dillon Yacht Club and lake were also amazing, as we walked down to that area every day. Thanks, and we all enjoyed the vacation there immensely,

Would Stay Again
Overall this was exactly what we wanted in a mountain retreat having all the modern amenities with the rustic cabin feel. The place was clean and all linens provided. Quick access to downtown Dillon and the highway with plenty of hiking trails around the lake.
The only thing that kept this stay from being a perfect 5-star rating for us was the trash barrels in the garage were overflowing upon arrival and someone entered unannounced on our 2nd day to empty. Also on the final day we wanted to jump in the hot tub early before check-out and the maintenance guy surprised us in the backyard to perform his routine service, again unannounced. While these are minor, it would have been nice to know individuals would be at the home during our stay.

Christmas in Colorado!
I stayed here with a few friends and family. We had an amazing time. It's a beautiful house with so many places to sleep. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with supplies, which was great since we cooked all of our meals there. It's so close to the lake, which was perfect for snowshoeing. It's also so close to the town, which was great for running errands. Would love to stay here again sometime!
