Experience all of this & more when you stay at this impressive newly remodeled top-floor, corner unit ski-in/ski-out Breckenridge condo. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & enough room to comfortably sleep 10, this condo is not only a stone's throw from the Quicksilver SuperChair, and it's also steps away from the amazing shops and restaurants on Main St.
*Update: 17 million dollar update to the Health Club, pool, and hot tubs. There is a Rocket Fizz candy store, Maggie on the River restaurant, ski and snowboard rental shop and a Breckenridge lift ticket sales in the condo's lobby.
*Resort Fee: Starting 11/1/2023, all reservations will incur a resort fee, which will be included in the VRBO fees.
We offer everything you need to feel at home, including high-speed internet (100 Mbps), a wood fireplace, and four 4 K smart televisions in the living room (65-inch) and each bedroom.
The interior of this gorgeous home was recently renovated from top to bottom and features cozy décor and plush furnishings, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for your stay. Massive sliding glass doors and windows fill the living area and bedrooms with an abundance of natural light, and the two large private balconies offer tables and chairs for you to breathe in the crisp air and dine al fresco. While relaxing on the balcony, you'll have access to some of the most breathtaking scenery around. This corner unit boasts commanding views of the mountainous surroundings, which include ski slopes, Maggie Pond, and Breckenridge's adorable Main Street.
In addition to the 100 Mbps private internet connection, we have outfitted the Penthouse with Xfinity Comcast HDTV. Voice recognition and DVR capabilities allow you to record the game or your favorite shows while you enjoy all that Breck has to offer. Over 220 channels, covering nearly all national and local sports and Netflix, are free to watch in 4k. We also have NFL Redzone and NFL Network for our hardcore football friends.
When you're not enjoying one of the wonderful nearby restaurants, you can prepare your favorite foods in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Feel free to enjoy your meals around the beautiful wood table in the adjacent dining area, with seating for 6 people. Our family with teens had a wonderful stay here. The unit was clean and spacious with nice amenities and communication was fantastic. Access out the door to the lift could not have been better and the views were incredible. Great location to restaurants and shopping too. Easy check in and digital key was super easy for all of us to use. The front desk even stored our Thule our entire visit so we could park in the garage. (Clearance is 7’6 for the garage). So that made it super convenient. Thanks for a great stay- we would definitely stay again.

Our time was amazing at Breckinridge. The location of the property is just what you want. Only steps away from the lift allows you to get as many ski runs in as possible. This place has just what you need to feel like your at home!

This property was as advertised with a great view of the slopes. Everything was close so we were able to park the car and not touch it again for three days. The unit was clean, easy access and had everything we needed. I would definitely book again!

Wonderful stay in Breckenridge. Would highly recommend, only piece of advice I would give to potential visitors (you should absolutely visit) is that the check in process is a little different than your standard home rental. You check in with a front desk (which was actually really nice) instead of getting a code/key to access the property in advance. Highly recommend.

The location was perfect between the views from the room to being walking distance to everything downtown. The pool, hot tubs, sauna, and steam room were great amenities for the family.

This is a great condo, conveniently located along Main Street, easy walk to shops, gondolas, and multiple trail heads. Beautiful views from windows/balconies, comfortable beds, and updated furnishings, clean. However, there does not seem to be enough staff on sight - there was no one on site for front desk, and when I called the desk multiple times asking for more towels and paper products (they don’t do housekeeping here) it took >24 hours and my calling the property owner directly to get some linens. Also the fridge was not working and they had a mini fridge in its place when we arrived, which was a bummer. Day 2 of our trip we were told a new full size fridge was being delivered, but this never appeared, despite calling the management and asking for an update (which we never received, and we were there for a week).
Again, the property owner was helpful and responsive, I probably should have escalated to him sooner, I just don’t think the building management company is well staffed. Overall great vacation, great condo, just service issues.

Overall the condo and location was outstanding. The amenities were outstanding. The view of the condo was outstanding. The condo was well finished with everything you needed from toiletries, towels, kitchen well stocked with everything you needed. Restaurants and shops all close and walking distance. The restaurant selections for food was outstanding.

We stayed in the condo for a family get-away to the mountains in the summer. The condo is clean, well outfitted for cooking and keeping young kids busy (games, big dining table for activities). My favorite part was the beautiful mountain views, perfect for watching while drinking coffee. The property also has a newly renovated game and swimming area that was a highlight for our kids...they never wanted to leave. The location is great and is walkable to most amenities. Our only hiccup was the new keyless readers for entry as it was just rolled out and rarely worked. This was easily fixed as we just asked for physical keys instead.

Our group of 7 had a very comfortable stay. Clean, well equipped, amazing views. The on-site front desk and maintenance folk were easy to work with and accommodating. Worth noting that the pool and hot tubs don’t open until 10 am.

Perfect vacation in beautiful Breckenridge! The penthouse was as advertised and in a perfect location within a few steps of the Peak 9 lift. It was also an easy walk to Main Street. Jeremy was great to deal with and was extremely responsive to a minor issue we had with TV. Would definitely go back!

The fact that you need to pay $50 per car per night for parking needs to be upfront on the listing. The space and location is great. The front desk team also great, however the host is not responsive, i called 3 times and never answered or give me a call back. Room for improvement for sure.

We enjoyed ourselves immensely. Plenty of space for us. We relaxed and ate well. Def recommend the Sauce on the Maggie restaurant on the first floor. Convenient, huge portions and the food was excellent.
We had a snafu at check in - the front desk said we were booked for only one night instead of 3 and that someone was in the unit. However, I believe this was a technical glitch. (unit was empty and ready for us) We also had a maintenance man come up and let himself in while we were there... not realizing someone was in the property. Front desk then called me to confirm it was okay for him to be there. He came a 2nd time to check his work, but again, we were asked for permission to enter. He was quick.
Overall, we had a great trip. Great location, plenty of room, nice views. I'd book again and just might for spring break.

As beautiful as the listing shows and promises. Parking was a little hectic…we had two cars and only one pass for the garage is provided (so we had to shuttle the other car to a lot a mile and a half down the road). Wasn’t a huge deal but would have liked to understand more about the parking situation before arrival, especially with kids in towe. Overall a fantastic location (right in town) and stay though!

The condo itself was beautiful, but our favorite part was the mixture of Peaceful Nature and Human-Style Fun we saw and experienced in the unit and its surroundings. We don't ski, but in September it's easy to enjoy yourself anyway. High elevation, though ... apparently the third-highest ski town in the world!

The accommodations were great and as shown when booking. Restaurants nearby were delicious, especially BoLD. Everything in the condo was clean and in good working order. So glad to find the humidifiers for 2 bedrooms. Only issue had was a washer ( outside the unit on the floor) malfunctioned. The mgmt company paid for a wash on another floor. We had a great time and would stay here again if we come back to Breckenridge in the future.

I loved this property. The view is stellar and the patio was so lovely to relax on. I booked this property for a work retreat with two of my staff members for a change of pace and a chance to rejuvinate. It was exactly what we wanted. Plenty of space, everyone had their own room, walking to everything made it so easy and the host was a gem. I would come back to this property with my family in the future.
