A great little casita with everything we needed. Our lovely owner was very friendly and helpful. Great amenities in the community and close to other food/retail options. The views of the Catalinas are amazing and it is close to Catalina State Park which has great hiking trails. We had a great time and will look to come back.

Great place to stay in the heart of Saddlebrooke! Clean, well appointed - really enjoyed having the Keurig coffee maker! Access to back patio and barbeque (we didn't use, but nice place to relax.) Owner is very friendly and reasonable. We had issues with getting into the various facilities in Saddlebrooke and, in the end, didn't get to use them and we were promised a $10 credit. Bed is a queen size and comfortable for one person. Casita is quite spacious and had a compact frig, small microwave oven, toaster oven and serviceware for two. I would stay again.

We are building a home in SaddleBrooke and Karen’s casita was the perfect option for us to fly in and stay in the neighborhood. Karen is a delight and very accommodating. Her casita is well planned out for guests...complete with about everything you would need.

Great Casita in Arizona

This is a delightful little casita in the Saddlebrooke area near Tucson. Karen, the host, is friendly and helpful. We golfed two of the three courses and found them enjoyable. The restaurants in the clubhouses serve good food at reasonable prices, and the wait staff members are pleasant and very good at their jobs. Swimming pool and hot tub are available, but do require a long walk or short drive away from the casita. The club house fitness center and other facilities are quite nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Hostess is delightful and extremely helpful! The property is located in a 55+ community that contained amazing restaurants, fitness center, and golf. The employees and residents are very friendly. If looking to purchase real estate in the area, the hostess is an agent and very knowledgeable and fun to work with. We highly recommend this property!

I am considering purchasing property in Arizona and staying in Karen’s casita was very helpful. Karen was a great hostess and also spent 3 days showing me around Saddlebrooke and surrounding communities. Her casita had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it and will stay there again on my next visit!

I resided here the first 10 days of December 2018; at this very clean, excellent Casita studio, with appropriate appliances & conveniently located near the entrance & walking distance to the stately clubhouse having a guest access to the outdoor pool & all fitness service. The owner Karen, was extremely accommodating in the use of the other features of her exquisite home. She could not have been a better host during my stay. As an active realtor, Karen showed me several residential areas appropriate for my interests, since I Am seriously considering relocating to the Tucson area. Karen also accommodated me regarding my having to cut short my stay, to attend an unexpected memorial service in Minnesota. I believe you will be as satisfied as I was, staying here. When I return in 2019, I will definitely stay here again, especially since you get exceptional value for what you pay. In summary ,I would rate this VRBO at a 9:9 on a scale up to 10 for best quality & value for the pricing. 🤙. Stephen J. Spokane WA. 🌞

The Casita was very clean and very functional for our 4 day stay. It has dishes, silverware, toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator (even stocked with water). The owner (Karen) was very helpful with information about the area. There was a problem with the A/C and she had a repairman out within a day.--very responsive. Better than a motel room in a beautiful residential setting, convenient for our needs.

We are an older couple who go to AZ to enjoy sitting in the sun, reading, watching DVD movies and eating out. This place would have been fine for a few days, much like a motel room, but not for an extended stay of a few weeks. Positives: very clean, nice shower, comfortable bed, accommodating and friendly host (the owner of the home), restaurants. Negatives: smaller than it appears in photos, however, size is mentioned in the listing, only one easy chair, tiny round patio table for eating, very small 12 or 13" TV mounted near the ceiling difficult to see and watch, and large beautiful patio only accessible through a gate and to the back of the house. The room on the other side of the locked double doors (in photo) is her real estate office, and we heard all her business phone calls. This would be a nice rental for a person who is out and about in the daytime and early evening.
