A note to start: The third bedroom is a convertible den off the kitchen - with a brand new memory foam mattress on a futon frame. This room is set up as a double (queen sized) bed bedroom.

Stay in a luxury condo that you would love to call home. A distinctive and stunning 'brand new' restoration of the historic Hibernian Hall.

A gorgeous kitchen featuring ubatuba granite counter tops, stainless appliances, maple cabinets, and tasteful pendant lighting in a wide open floor plan provides a wonderful environment for gracious entertaining or those private family dinners.

The large open living room has beautiful large windows, recessed lighting and remote controlled gas fireplace. The hardwood red oak floors give the entire first floor a distinctive warm look and feel.

The condo features a roomy office/den on the first floor which can be used as a third bedroom. A full bath and laundry completes the first floor.

The beautiful wood staircase with oak handrails brings you to the second floor where you enter another den or home office. This space has a vaulted ceiling and is flooded with natural light from the skylight and light entering from above through large french doors leading from the mezzanine to the deck. There is another full bathroom off of this area. The wonderful red oak floors continue throughout the second floor.

The first large bedroom has big windows, appealing ceiling angles, large closet and is nicely lit with recessed lighting and wall sconces. It is a perfect family bedroom or large room for guests. This room contains a queen bed plus bunk (this room sleeps four).

The master bedroom will appeal to the most discriminating. This room features a cathedral ceiling with skylight and tasteful ceiling lights and remote controlled ceiling fan. The custom arched windows provide for spectacular views of Abbot Hall. You will enjoy the carefully appointed master bath, walk in closet, and a 60 inch heart shaped, double Jacuzzi tucked in a granite and marble room that also features a separate walk-in shower.

Enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail from the mezzanine and deck overlooking Marblehead with a beautiful view of Abbot Hall. The mezzanine has a wet bar and refrigerator for your convenience.

Located near downtown this bright and air-conditioned condo offers the convenience of being within walking distance of everything the town has to offer including only a ten-minute walk to the beach.

This is a spacious and well kept home that provides plenty of space for being together as well as enjoying quiet time alone. Peter is a gracious host and always available to answer any questions. The location is ideal as is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, shops as well as historic sites such as Fort Sewall, Abbott Hall and the Harbor. The view from the rooftop deck is an added bonus. My family of four (2 adults and two young adult sons) has enjoyed this home several times and we look forward to returning soon.

Marblehead is a great small community with strong historical roots (as seen by the old and renovated houses). Although the drive to a supermarket was a bit long, but the great cafes clise to the apartment made up for it.

It was just my wife and me (we are both in our 60's) in the area for the Boston Marathon. We arrived on a Saturday night late and departed early Tuesday. The place is very spacious, clean, and in a super convenient location within walking distance of tons of stuff. The parking and home entry directions were easy to follow and spot on. The wonderful jacuzzi tub was just what I needed after running the marathon! Five stars all the way!

The condo was a wonderful place to stay and enjoy holiday get-togethers with family and friends. It is spacious, well appointed, and within easy walking distance of cafes, restaurants, old town, and beaches. Peter is very east to communicate with.

Great house and great location! Peter was very responsive for all questions/concerns during our stay! The only issue was occasionally the 2nd story shower had only cold water, but there were 3 showers so it really wants a huge issue! Look forward to visiting the area again!

We had a girl's trip, and the location could not have been better. It's such a quaint area, we absolutely loved it. Easy rides to Boston and Salem with ample Lyft / Uber options. Definitely recommend.

Perfect accomodations for our friendscation to visit Salem and other coastal towns. Marblehead was very walkable and safe. The condo was just as advertised and very comfortable for our group of 7. The property owner was quick to respond to any questions and more than accomodating for early arrival!!

Our stay was overall pretty good. The location was convenient, clean and very spacious. It is located near a CVS and local shops/restaurants (within walking distance). Beds were comfortable. It was very quiet most of the time too which was very nice for sleeping. The house is next to an auto repair shop and one night there was a late car drop off and the tow truck and driver were quite loud from 11 to midnight, but not much can be done about that. The biggest struggle we had was with the hot water not working a couple of the days we were there. Peter was very quick to respond to our request for help and did fix the issue promptly each time, it was just hard to have freezing cold water that would instantly switch to scalding hot water anytime someone else was using water while you were showering. We also ran out of toilet paper and paper towels the last few days and we couldn’t find any extra in the house. It is also important to note if you are like me and prefer to sleep in total darkness and not wake with the sun, that 2 of the bedrooms have sun lights so it will be bright as soon as the sun comes up. The other room had only a sheer curtain which did not really block the auto shop people from being able to see into the room or keep sun out. Again, overall we did enjoy our stay and would recommend others staying here if you’re looking for a place in Marblehead.

We stayed here on a 3 day girls trip to Salem. The place is absolutely beautiful. Location was perfect for us...close enough to Salem but far enough out to not be in the center of traffic. Perfect for one car but if taking 2 would have been tricky to find parking. The hot water did run out quickly especially if multiple showers were being used at once. Highly recommended alternating showers. The upstairs lock is very tricky. Read the directions on the door!! We did run out of toilet paper the second night so I would bring some extra. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the condo. It was perfect for our family of 5. (me, my husband, and 3 adult children). The location was just perfect - in the middle of town and close to everything. Having access to the garage was a big plus for parking our car. The condo was very clean and check in and out was simple. 5 stars all around. Highly recommended.

Really great, roomy apartment. Floor plan made for large (cozy with gas fireplace) living room to gather and good sized bedrooms for lots of privacy. Three bathrooms was a bonus. Very well appointed kitchen. Perfect location - several coffee/breakfast spots just a block away. Detailed instructions and Peter was incredibly responsive. Hope to be back for more Thanksgivings.

We had a wonderful stay in Marblehead. Our son got married in Salem but it was a short Uber ride and we were very happy we chose a quieter place to stay. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. The kitchen had everything we needed. Very nice accomodations.

This property is absolutely gorgeous, spacious and welcoming. Very clean and well kept, you can tell the owner takes pride in this home. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. My friends and I were in town to visit Salem, which was a short drive away. However there is one huge drawback, the beds! All of the beds are the most uncomfortable we’ve ever been on. The one in the master bedroom is seemingly broken and very slanted. The bed in the upstairs room was so creaky, loud and uncomfortable. If you have any sort of back problems it may be best to skip this listing as we are in pain today after a weekend stay.

This property was perfect for our group of 6 people! The condo is in the perfect location to walk to most places in Marblehead and we were a very short Uber ride from Salem. There a quite a few nice restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within a couple minutes walk of the condo. Peter was very easy to work with and was very accommodating.

We absolutely loved the town & the condo was so spacious, clean & beautiful. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go and see. I loved the spa too after walking as much as we did. I can't wait to return for a visit sometime again!

First, the photos of this space do it no justice. There are 3 levels to this space! Common area on the first floor with kitchen, bedroom, living room/den, bathroom & laundry room, then the second level has two bedrooms, 2 baths, and another common area, 3 level has the balcony that over looks Marblehead. Walking distance to coffee shops, CVS, pizza, 20 minute walk to the beach or 3 minute drive. We were a party of 5 with PLENTY of space. It was perfect for our little get away. I would recommend this space for anyone looking to check out the New England area. We were in a perfect location for all the things we wanted to do. It was a lovely weekend!

The photos scarcely do justice to this spacious, immaculate property. The owners have thought of everything to make sure their guests are comfortable. While the property is in the center of Marblehead, it is quiet and peaceful. We were delighted with our stay and look forward to returning.

This property exceeded our expectations, it was better than the photos showed. The house was centrally located and walking distance to most Marblehead attractions. The owners were responsive and friendly. Tips: the Fish Market is great, get your groceries at Crosby’s, coffee and muffins at Java Sun ( you can see it from the house).

We have 3 couples, so the 3-bed-n-bath was ideal. But one couple had just a full size bed. Kitchen was big and well equipped, made it a lot of fun to prepare meals together. Neighborhood was quiet. Didn't find a produce store though there were many eateries. Walked around Castle Rocks Park and Fort Sewall, both are well worth the visit, but finding a restroom was a challenge.

We were in town for a funeral and this place was amazing. The pictures don't do it justice, it was almost twice as big as I thought it would be. The location is perfect, everything you need is in walking distance. It was clean, fully stocked and the beds were all very comfortable.
