Spacious large 5 Bedroom home offering plenty of beds for sleeping and large open rooms for relaxing. Located in Sea Pines Resort directly on the 2nd hole tee of the Harbour Town Golf Links where the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament is played.

Just a short 5 minute stroll to the Harbour Town Club House and Harbour Town or take a quick bike ride to the beach.

We loved this place and would definitely book again ! Manager is prompt and responsive to all issues. Only problems we had: cleaning crew Sat there too long, needed paper products, supplies, certain bathroom cleaning had to be redone. We contacted Joe and immediately taken care of. Joe is great manager. Lovely home, pool, and location in Sea Pines. Great week of relaxation, golf, pool, loved it all. CJM

The house had all of the amenities as advertised and a great location on the golf course and close to Harbor Town. Bikes and beach gear were nice perks. The kitchen was well-equipped and the separate ice maker was a huge bonus with our large family. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out or join together. We also appreciated plenty of seating for the family to eat together. The screened-in porch was great to dry off after a dip in the pool. We highly recommend Joe's home and renting from him was very easy!

This house was clean, equipped, spacious and just great fun! The pool was clean and a great diversion for the kids. The provided bicycles and beach gear were an extra treat. The house location was perfect for beach trips, Harbor Town and easy trips to grocery stores. Will definitely get this house again!

Joe's home was a fantastic place for us to stay for our son's wedding weekend! Guests included my husband and 6 extended family members, and gave us a less than 5 minute drive to the Clubhouse in Sea Pines with the wedding taking place on the 18th green. The home was very spacious and had 2 dining areas as well as extra barstools for seating. The ice maker in the bar area was also well utilized. Joe had plenty of kitchen items, dishes, glassware, etc and plenty of space for prep. My husband enjoyed cooking large breakfasts for all of us out on the Blackstone grill. The pool was perfect for our group, and so nice to have right there without leaving the property or sharing with a community. As mother of the groom, I needed plenty of bathroom space as we all got ready for events, and this house has it! Thanks, Joe!

8 ladies for a birthday/golf trip. The house could not have been better. Joe is so nice, helpful, and easy to work with. The house is spacious, well stocked, and very clean. We enjoyed the pool. The location is perfect. Would definitely reccomend and hope to stay again. Thank you, Joe!

We loved our stay. Very roomy for 9 adults. Comfortable bedrooms. Nice stocked kitchen. Bathrooms ok. The heated pool was a big hit, especially the attached basketball hoop, with the GROWN ADULT CHILDREN. Included bikes were used often. Lovely ten minute bike ride to the beach. Host was very good with communicating. Would definitely stay there again

Awesome location, beautiful property equipped with anything you could need! Vacationed with 3 separate families under one roof. Multiple areas to relax/dine in. There is a separate wing off the main area of the house that is very private and was perfect for my family with a baby…quiet and baby was easily able to nap throughout the day! Having a high chair at the house, bikes for everyone but the baby, and beach toys—especially nice. Thanks, Joe, for an awesome stay!

We just spent a week at this beautiful home in Sea Pines. The location was great and it was supplied with everything we needed for our week on the island. We loved having a pool on the property. The owner was quick to communicate with us before, during and after our trip. We would definitely rent from him again.

Our family lives in different states and only have 1 or 2 days a year to see each other all together. My husband and I rented the house so we could all be under one roof for 4 days! It was amazing! The house was perfect! With 4 teens and only 1 girl the bunk room and the queen room with shared bath worked perfectly. The 3 adult couples had own rooms with in suite bath. Beautiful home and well equipped for meals in if you prefer. Swimming pool was heated and felt wonderful! Highly recommend this home.

Great location - less than 1 mile to Harbour Town & about 1.5 to the Beach Club. Easy bike ride or walk to Harbor Town & super easy bike ride to the beach. Home owner allowed us to use his bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, & more. The pool was heated to a perfect 86 deg! We made some delicious burgers on the Blackstone by the pool one night. Beds were comfortable & kitchen had everything we needed including dishwasher pods, trash bags, grill tools, and aluminum foil. The screen porch looking out over the pool and the golf course was a perfect spot every morning and evening. We enjoyed watching the golfers going by. Home had several board games that we enjoyed too. Perfect house for our spring break trip! Thanks so much Joe!

We had an incredible stay here. Everything was so clean, well stocked and supplied, and very spacious. We were really comfortable here and had everything we need (kitchen appliances, pool towels, beach chairs, beach bikes). Further, the host was incredibly generous, communicative, and made sure we had all the info we needed prior to arrival. The trip went off without a hitch because of how well maintained the house is, the great communication with our host, and the gorgeous serenity of HHI. you will absolutely LOVE your stay here.

Joe's home is beautiful as are the grounds and the neighborhood. My family and I enjoyed the pool quite a bit and did lots of relaxing by the pool and on the screened in porch during the late afternoon storms which happened most every day. We cooked at home for many meals (eating out during high-tourist season is very difficult) and I don't recall wanting for anything during our meal prep process. The grill is large and can accommodate cooking for a large group, but the grillmasters in our group were a little perplexed at the grill not having a lid to help keep the heat in, making cook times longer than expected. As others have noted, having the separate section of the house for the teens-quarters was helpful. They could keep vampire hours without being disrupted by the activity going on by us humans. Although we loved being on the second hole of the golf course, access to the Greenway, and the neighborhood in general, we were a little further than we wanted to be from The Salty Dog. As a result, Harbor Town got more of our business than it otherwise would have as that was a VERY easy bike ride and would be easily walkable as well. Pedestrians are allowed to walk the Harbor Town golf course cart path after 8pm and a highlight for us was when, unintentionally, we happened to be at the 18th tee just at sunset. It turned out to be wonderful view of the sunset that shouldn't be missed. That was our first night there and really set the tone for the rest of our stay. An additional testament to the beauty of the property at the house... a member of our group hired a photographer to take her daughter's senior pictures and the photographer loved the yard enough to take all of the pictures there and they came out gorgeous! All-in-all, it's a great house with a very relaxing environment with mornings in the great room and stormy afternoons on the screened in porch being the highlights. Book this property, you won't regret it!

10 min bike ride to beach club, 5 mins to south beach the set up of the house is amazing if you have a 3/2 split which we did so kids on one side adults on the other so great having our own bathrooms! So much seating for dining, great kitchen. Having your own pool is the icing on top.

Our family of 11 adults, teens, and children stayed here for our annual family beach vacation. The home was clean, spacious, well-equipped, and convenient to most activities on the island. The pool was an added bonus, especially for the younger members of our party. The kitchen was well-equipped. The outdoor spaces were perfect. We would definitely consider renting this house again- perhaps in the fall. The only downside was that it’s not walking distance to the beach, which was slightly inconvenient given the scarcity of beach parking and the crowded conditions at the beach club. This house would have been ideal for us in the less-crowded off-season. The hosts were friendly and responsive to our needs. Thank you for hosting our family. We had a wonderful week.

We rented Mr. Cardillo’s property while attending our niece’s wedding. It was a perfect home for our multi-generational group. The bunk room was great for our three grandsons. The beds in the additional rooms were very comfortable. The living area was spacious. The home was well decorated but not overdone. The pool off the house was a huge hit with everyone. And we enjoyed watching the golfers go by on the Harbortown golf course. The home came with some good bikes. We were able to travel all over Sea Pines from this home. Trips to Harbortown were only a short bike trip away. We would love to stay here again.

Our family of 11 stayed at this location and we couldn't be happier. It was an absolutely great location with hiking, biking, golf, horseback riding and forest perserve nearby. The home beautiful, large and comfortable and with a great pool for the kids. The home had a lot of bikes and lawn chairs. available for use (saving us a lot or rental fees). The host, Joe Carillo, was most helpful and helped a lot with the move in. We could not have made a better choice in where to stay and enjoy a great family vacation.
