The house was the perfect size for our family and the location was great. We were right by Ruby Falls and Rock City and our drive to Cloudland Canyon was gorgeous. Everything was easy too.

Perfect bungalow for our little family. It was our boy's first trip away from home and this was a wonderful place for us to stay. Went to the aquarium and park downtown, enjoyed time in the yard, and loved the new playground nearby

My wife and myself need some decompression time. The little house was great. We had coffee on the back porch in the morning to ease into the day while watching the neighborhood come alive. Quiet, peaceful and enjoyable stay. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute, clean, charming house. The kids loved the bunk beds & games. The kid plates/cups/bowls were a huge plus! Location was super convenient to all the things in Chattanooga. Neighborhood was nice & quiet, felt safe the entire trip. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

This home was the perfect little stay for our family in the historic St. Elmo district. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the convenience of being so centrally located to all the local attractions and amenities, and the cleanliness of the house. We would definitely stay here again, next time we would bring our bikes!

We had a 2 night stay. The home is in a quiet neighborhood not far from the Incline Railway and restaurants. We had trouble with the TV because the previous guests apparently signed out of the owners subscription and signed in using their personal information. I reached out through VRBO which I had used to ask questions prior to our stay and did get a reply until the next day and then the owners had to come to the house and sign back in. So our plan to stay in and enjoy pizza and a movie the first night didn’t work out.
The house was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The location was good - close to a park and great walking. The listing was not accurate: furniture in and out did not match the listing. The outside was rundown/unkempt and the inside included sticky floors, soiled furniture and towels, left over belongings (make up and clothes) from the previous individuals, etc. The manager was responsive about the lack of cleanliness and we were returned the cleaning fee. We did have to wait on some additional issues with the home locking. We also noticed two missing fire/smoke detectors in the home. The home/rental has potential.

This house was perfect for our short stay in Chattanooga. The neighborhood location is amazing. We walked to the park every evening, my youngest absolutely loved the ninja course at the park. There was great food and ice cream near by, and I loved how close it was to rock city.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was amazing, great walking area and a few blocks from a playground. The property was incredibly clean, water pressure great and comfy beds! My only feedback/recommendation would be to get more lamps for the living area - the lighting wasn't that great and the patio furniture was not as pictured. Disappointed in this, the patio furniture could be updated. Neither impacted our stay.

We absolutely loved this little pocket of heaven. Perfect sized house for three people. So clean and minutes away from St Elmo strip. After long days spent in downtown Chatt, walking, hiking and exploring, we looked forward to coming back to this oasis and recharging. I miss it already and we are already looking at future dates when we can return! The owners were very quick to respond and super sweet. All to say, you should stay here :)

We had the pleasure of arriving on a rare beautiful and warm winter day after all the snow had melted. The whole neighborhood was out and going for walks and enjoying the sunshine. We sat on the front porch enjoying the day and people watching. The house was clean and exactly as described. Perfect for our family and we will definitely be staying here again!

We loved our stay in St. Elmo. The house was very clean and perfect for our family of 3 and our dog. We enjoyed safe walks in the neighborhood, and swinging on the porch swing, and our daughter loved the neighborhood cats and petting them. We were right along the Ironman route, which was amazing to be able to walk up and see the bikers! We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Blue Bungalow mainly for it nearness to the Incline Railroad, Ruby Falls, and Rock City. They are all just a short drive away. The playground that is a few blocks away is fantastic if you have kids.
The house is historic, which means the floors may squeak depending on where you walk in the house, but this adds to the charm. The bunk bed was thoroughly enjoyed by our kids. The complimentary coffee and tea were much appreciated:)

We loved the St. Elmo house! It was close to everything we wanted to do and had everything we needed. We also went to the playground and loved being on the bike path. We walked to get ice cream and my daughter rode her bike there, she was thrilled to be able to do that. We would stay again, thank you!

We enjoyed our stay here while in Chattanooga. We stayed with our 6, 3 and 1 year old. We loved the option to grill and use the outdoor space with our kids. A nice quiet and friendly neighborhood within 10 minutes of everything we wanted to do. Just a short walk to the great park for the kids to play too.

The Blue Bungalow was the perfect place for our family (2 kids 5 and under). It was impeccably clean, the house was super charming, and the neighborhood was very safe and walkable. We LOVED walking to the playground with the kids. The house is on a street with a huge bike path and you see people walking/biking along the path throughout the day. Location is extremely convenient -- only 10 minutes to Rock City and Ruby Falls, only a couple minutes to the Incline Railway and cute downtown St. Elmo area, and only 10-15 minutes to downtown. The beds were super soft and comfortable which is so helpful when traveling. The house was cute but also had plenty of space for the four of us. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch swing in the evenings and seeing the lights of the houses on Lookout Mtn. Truly the perfect place to stay with everything you need, down to the local brand bar of soap in the bathroom. Loved the local experience!

We have good friends, that we have been visiting in Chattanooga for thirty years. The city has changed immensely, including St Elmo. It was delightful to see renaissance, that is occurring, in St. Elmo, especially on Virginia Ave. We met several residents of the neighborhood while walking and they could not have been more friendly. The Bungalow was just the right size for my wife and I, and as a bonus we brought our pup with us. All three of us really liked the Virginia trail. Look forward to returning to the Blue Bungalow and the St. Elmo neighborhood.

We had such an amazing stay at the Blue Bungalow. It was clean and comfortable. The property manager and owners were very accommodating and friendly. It was the perfect location for us, as we had a place to ride our bicycles, along with the convenience of the nearby park. It was also very convenient to downtown and nearby attractions. Would stay here again!

Great experience. We visited friends all weekend who lives 2 minutes away so we weren’t at the property much, but it was perfect for our needs with three kids (5, 2, and 5 months). Very clean and had all the amenities we could ever need. Thank you!!

My family and I have stayed at properties from this owner many times, and it never disappoints. The homes are well equipped, clean, and neat. They even had qtips and make up pads, for goodness sake. Whenever we come to Chattanooga, we always try to stay here or another one of their properties. Thank you so much!!

The house was the perfect size for myself and my 3 kids on our short trip to Chattanooga during a school break! It was literally 10 minutes from the entrance to Rock City and the incline Railway. The Food City was so close and great for picking up food and essentials. The main road was 1 block away and easy to get downtown in less than 20 minutes as well. I felt very safe and we had a wonderful time. The propane fire pit was also great for smores in the beautiful "almost fall" weather. I will recommend your homes to all my friends.

Cozy house is a great neighborhood!
This was a perfect vacation spot! My friend and I meet somewhere every summer to visit and enjoy time with our grandchildren. I live in Indiana and she lives in South Carolina. This year it was Chattanooga.
The house was cozy and had everything that we needed to feel at home. The neighborhood was great! Our 10 yr. old grandchildren loved the playground! The location was close to all the sites that we wanted to see...Incline Railway, Ruby Falls, Rock City, and Look Out Mountain. There were also amazing restaurants just a short drive away. We really enjoyed Tupelo Honey and The Feed Company for dinner and The Purple Daisy Picnic Cafe for lunch. I would definitely stay here again! I highly recommend!

Charming and great location
Our family of 4 with 2 kids (ages 9 and 11) loved staying here for 4 nights. Awesome playground nearby and very close to Rock City and downtown. Such a charming and quiet neighborhood. The home was adorable: well decorated and well appointed with extra blankets, kitchen items, laundry, etc. Would definitely recommend staying here, thanks for sharing your home!
