To say superb really doesn’t give the most accurate description. They made sure every single thing was going make feel welcomed and accommodated. The decor was impeccable. Breakfast was delicious and presented in the most beautiful elegant way. Definitely going back.

We had a wonderful time at this Bed and Breakfast. The cottage was nestled in a residential area and perfectly secluded. Beautiful house with a wonderful nature and bird theme to it. The rooms were perfect and very comfortable. Very easy to navigate throughout the house. The living and sitting areas were cozy and inviting. The back porch was so enjoyable to sit on and relax with a glass of wine and some dinner. The garden and backyard was so nice to stroll through and enjoy the freah air. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. So friendly, sweet, welcoming, and engaging. The food was delicious and the service was perfect. If you're going to the area, we highly recommend staying instead of the usual hotel. You won't regret it!

The St. Francis is a beautiful bed and breakfast. We were amazed at how they had anticipated any need we might have. The bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! We stayed in the one pet friendly room which had an outside door for convenience with our dog. As we entered our room I noticed a little chalkboard welcoming us by name and included Jax our Yorkie. They provided food and water bowls for him too. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely return when in the area.

This quaint B & B is very nice and the hosts really go out of their way to accommodate all guest needs! Wallace even made us a to go breakfast because we couldn't stay for the formal breakfast since we had a long day of driving ahead of us. The B & B is in new condition, very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We brought our little dog and they even had everything we needed for him to be comfortable as well! We'll be back.

Wallace and Nancy's B&B is beautiful, clean, well appointed, and oh so peaceful. We stayed in the Bluebird room with 2 comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, a huge bathroom, and gorgeous windows. Breakfast was delicious, filling, and interesting. Snacks, drinks, filtered water, and ice were readily available. We enjoyed the back deck and garden too, it's a quiet oasis. The owners are lovely hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Really enjoyed the facilities and at home type atmosphere. Wallace and Nancy were great host and the went above and beyond to make sure we had an awesome experience. We really enjoyed the bottle of champagne that they put in our room for my girlfriend’s birthday! We will definitely stay there again and will recommend it to all our friends.

Wallace and Nancy are experienced hosts and live a short distance behind their 7 room B&B. Everything you might need is either in your room or downstairs. They provide a very nice breakfast each morning and their location is convenient to Hamilton Place Mall and downtown Chattanooga. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay. Wallace and Nancy are very gracious hosts and pay attention to details. Breakfast were super good and included dessert! If it was warmer we would have liked to enjoy the outside property and hot tub. Our only issue, and this may be preference, is the mattress was to soft for us to sleep solidly throughout the night. If we get the chance to return we will!

Spent 2 days in Chattanooga with my husband for a Fall trip. It was our first time staying at St Francis Cottage. It is the perfect place to unwind, take in the beautiful view of the backyard, listen to the singing birds and sit by the cozy fireplace. We had a nice time talking with the other guests and owners in the evening while sipping on wine and eating snacks.

St. Francis Cottage was a wonderful choice for our trip to Chattanooga. It was an exceptional value and I highly recommend this property. Each morning we ate delicious gourmet breakfasts prepared by our charming owner/innkeepers. Our room was beautiful & comfy & our stay was relaxing & enjoyable. The property is surrounded by beautiful gardens and has a large, covered, back porch & deck & hot tub too! The cottage is located about 15 minutes or less from all the attractions we visited in Chattanooga and the main roadways are easily accessed. We would totally stay at this property again.

Their home is charming and welcoming with fireplace lit, complimentary wine, and a culinary breakfast that kept us full all day. I even tried the outside hot tub on a chilly night. Just lovely! Wallace and Nancy are amazing people with a true talent of running an amazing bed and breakfast. They literally think of everything! From the electronics in the room, the tea, coffee, and soft drink bar downstairs, beautiful backyard with a hot tub, to an amazing home cooked breakfast, and happy hour in the late afternoon! This place truly takes care of their guests! If you are going to be in town this is the place to stay!
